One Stop Cellular Repair

Jordan was very helpful and made the process really easy! i was referred by work colleagues; told that Jordan was very helpful and quick and that's exactly what he was! I will for sure recommend Jordan and "One Stop Cellular Repair" for anyone I know that needs any help with their cell phone!!!!

Excellent, sincere and honest service. I called at 5:30 to inquire about the cost to replace an iPhone 6 screen. The cost was $145, the same as another store closer my house. Jordan was so nice and promised to wait for me to get there and wouldn't close until I had. He reassured me it would only take 10-15 min or so. I had a good feeling and chose to go with him. I promised to get there as quickly as I could and he said not to rush and just be safe. How thoughtful!

Great! Took about 10 mins, looks like new! Tried fixing on my own, showed me that I had purchased a poor quality product elsewhere. It was definitely worth taking there in the first place!

I drop my phone a lot, so when it went face-down on the pavement and the glass and LCD was completely toast, I wasn't surprised. I took my phone in for screen repair, which he did quickly and efficiently. Because I'd dropped my phone so many times, however, the interior of the back was broken. The screen wasn't fully functional, so he also replaced the back. $160 later ($107 for the screen, about $53 for the back [and he cut me a deal on that!]), I have almost an entirely new phone. Don't worry; I went and bought a case thereafter.

I called him in the morning and he told me to stop in at anytime and he would have the repair done within 10-15 minutes. I came by today over lunch and he replaced the screen as promised. The replacement comes with a lifetime manufacturer defects warranty which is great as a few other shops of this sort I looked at only warranty their work for 90 days or less (if at all). So far, so good and the screen looks and feels just like the original. Jordan was friendly and professional and I plan to take any small personal electronics repairs to him going forward. Kudos!
