Temarcus was efficient and friendly. He appeared to have a good understanding of what needed to be done and did it in a reasonable amount of time.

I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks.

They came the very next day. The coils in the Ac were frozen and therefore needed them to defrost prior to diagnosing the problem. They were able to come back that same day. That being said, I’m not sure they fixed the problem.... we shall see.

Darren H. did a great job. He was so informed and informative of what was going on. His patience was great. I have no idea what was up and he helped me understand.

They took care of my problem and when it wasn't fixed they came back at no cost to me. I only paid for the part.

The service tech was knowledgeable and explained everything, and answered all of my questions.

Our A/C unit went out on the hottest weekend of the year; Home Advisor was able to connect us to the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning booking team on a Sunday afternoon and they were out at noon on Monday to start the repairs. That was greatly appreciated as our house had reached 90* inside

The guys at one hour not only work for you they work with you. On time /point on Always be my next first choice.

Very informative, very quick to diagnose the problem and replace a defective capacitor which he had on the truck. Never acted like he was in a hurry, answered all the questions I had, and provided brochures with web sites so I could see the latest technology in filters. A treat to talk to.

Zach and all his employees do a great job! Zach goes as far as following up with his customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Service Tech. Darren H. came when he said he would. Extremely knowledgeable and did a very good job servicing our heating system. Offers suggestions of how I could do a better job keeping our system running optimally. We will ask specifically for him in the future. I highly recommend him.

James & Aaron were extremely courteous, prompt and efficient. The company over all has been very responsive to my issues and resolved them quickly.

DENNIS!! Professional, explains what he does and how this influences your machine. Adds information as suggestions for optimal care and operation of A/c and Heater systems. I hope he is available in two months when I get into our next house. Will be calling then.
