I have an older home I purchased five years ago. One hour has serviced and inspected my units every six months, when I did encounter a problem with the A/C they gave me options between a repair and a replacement. Yesterday I called one hour to schedule for my Spring inspection, within three hours the technician was at my door. and I have peace of mind.
