One Hour has performed annual spring and winter maintenance on all three heating and air systems in our home. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

Chaz explained how he would clean the dryer vent and install the dryer. He was polite and professional. Asked if we had any questions. I would use his services again. Also, George was very helpful and professional.

Darren was informative, timely and very professional. He went above and beyond and left my unit looking and working like new!

System was not cooling properly and after 3 unsuccessful attempts to correct the problem which was under warranty, Bryan arrived on time and through determination and dedication found the underlying issues and corrected each one. He was very personable and fully explained the problems and the solutions. Once he identified the prior failures, he corrected each and double checked the system to be sure it was working properly before left the job site.
