Derek explained the problem and how it occurred on the A/C.

Experienced and friendly service person that quickly diagnosed and took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes. My complaint is on the pricing. The water pump adjacent to AC had burnt out and had to be replaced. The price of the pump at local hardware stores was less than $100 yet the job cost me $525 meaning that I paid $425 for 15 minutes worth of work. It was also unclear to me if I received any credit at all for the "Free Service Coupon" ($89 value) that I presented to the technician. Just feel a little gouged.

We bought our home in the summer of 2022 and the A/C unit had not been cleaned or serviced since it was installed new in 2019. I called One Hour for cleaning and general maintenance and the service technician Devin did an excellent job in thoroughly cleaning the unit and checking it out for potential issues. He was personable, honest and very professional and I highly recommend him. The cost of the service call was also reasonable so I will be using One Hour for my HVAC maintenance going forward.

Jaydon was our technician and he did a very good job of cleaning our outside heat pump unit. It was very dirty with leaves in the unit and dirty coills. He spent the most time of any tech and throughly cleaned the unit. He was outstanding!!
