They do NOT do their job. Each year, I have to request that the shrubs be pruned around our signs and clean out the pond of trash. One sign from last years 2 separate requests is still NOT readable due to pruning and our pond looks like a dump ground. I've also noticed that we have several mailboxes that have been broken and omni hasn't done anything with them. I also believe that omni has lied to me about a parking issue I had, because when I asked for the proof that they sent letters, they refused to respond. If you care about your community do NOT hire omni.
Description of Work: Omni has supposedly been managing the community I live in for a few years. They are supposed to keep the community cleaned up and follow the covenants for the community and fix violations.

The relationship is running excellently. Omni has assigned a person to be our direct representative and the Board can contact her in a one on one contact. She is always promptly available and handles our needs in a professional, prompt and thorough manner. She is an excellent problem solver also.
Description of Work: This is an ongoing (annual contract service) to provide collection of monthly HOA fees, all exterior maintenance including landscaping, snow removal, etc. Minor items are handled by Omni's employees, but major items are sub-contracted and Omni arranges for the contracts when they are due. All decisions are then submitted to a 5 person (Condo Unit Owners) Board of Directors for discussion & approval.

Description of Work: hired by our HOA to management community without vote of homeowners. Very uncaring.. They go around bi-weekly checking all properties for violations such as bushes too tall, paint of mailbox not like others. and etc. (These are home owners....not rental property).
