+ -1 moreI LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, HE ANSWERED LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND SHOWED MY HUSBAND HOW TO DO UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE ON THE SYSTEM. HE IS VERY NICE AND HONEST. ALSO, VERY REASONABLE IN PRICING, AND HE DID A LOT OF LITTLE EXTRA THINGS.
Description of Work: HE RECONDITIONED A FURNACE IN MY RENTAL PROPERTY, BROUGHT IT UP TO CODE, AND ALL THAT STUFF.

+ -1 moreERIC CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY INITIAL CALL TO NORTHSIDE HEATING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL and POLITE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE AS I PLAN TO CONTINUE TO USE HIS SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: OUR HEATING SYSTEM WAS NOT PRODUCING ANY HEAT. I CALLED NORTHSIDE HEATING TO CHECK THE HEATER. AFTER ERIC PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I NEEDED A NEW ''CIRCUIT BOARD''. HE WENT TO THE PARTS HOUSE & RETURNED TO FIX MY FURNACE. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT NOW.

+ -1 moreHONEST, HONEST, HONEST. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS CONTRACTOR. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL HVAC CONTRACTORS OUT IN THE PAST AND NEVER REALLY FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TREATED HONESTLY. THEY ALWAYS TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING OR BLOW THE PROBLEM OUT OF PROPORTION, ''WHAT IF....?'' HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK BACK ON THE JOB AND FIND THE SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM. THAT IS DEDICATION AND BEING A GOOD PERSON. EVEN THOUGH HE COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE EQUIPMENT HE HAD, I WOULD TRUST HIM IMPLICITLY WITH MY FURNACE AND AC.
Description of Work: OUR FURNACE WOULD NOT KICK ON AND WE HAD NO HEAT IN THE MORNING. HE CAME OUT THAT VERY MORNING, 12:00 ON THE DOT AND WASTED NO TIME IN ACCESSING THE PROBLEM. HE TOOK APART VARIOUS PARTS OF THE FURNACE, USING COMPRESSED AIR TO BLOW OUT THE BUILT UP DUST. HE WORKED FOR SEVERAL HOURS ON IT AND WAS DETERMINED TO FIND THE PROBLEM. VERY NICE GUY AND HE REALLY KNOWS HIS TRADE. HE DID FIND THAT THE WATER HOSE OUT OF THE UNIT WAS CRIMPED AND DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH FALL TO OPERATE PROPERLY, WHICH HE FIXED. THERE IS A SAFETY KICK OFF SWITCH THAT KEPT TURNING OFF THE UNIT AT 150 DEGREES AND HE THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT. HE HAD NO REPLACEMENT PART ON HIS TRUCK AND COULD NOT VERIFY. MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SAID HE HAD A BUDDY AT WORK WITH HVAC THAT HAD ONE AND WOULD COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK. HE DID AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. ERIC WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO GO THROUGH THE FURNACE SYSTEMATICALLY AND FIND THE PROBLEM. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM OUT FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.

+ -1 moreTHIS TECHNICIAN (ERIC MCDOUGALL) HAS CARED FOR OUR FURNACE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY. HE IS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND IS GETTING TO BE ONE OF OUR FAVORITE "CARE TAKERS".
