The day before they were supposed to start they delayed us by a "half day" then only an hour before noon rescheduled for the next day! The work was good but they wasted a day of my time. They were apologetic but would not adjust the price for my time..

We had several bids on our project. It was their ability to be punctual and honest that sold us on this company, the salesperson knowledge, and the great support of the scheduling manager. (We had to reschedule twice last minute!). I knew exactly what my salesperson looked like and was text with updated information. When Carmel exteriors roofing arrived to do the job, they were very professional in appearance and equipment. They answered all of my questions and were able to keep the schedule as promised. Carmel Exteriors was fantastic! We were shocked to see the discrepancies among different companies. Which was concerning. When we spoke to Wes he was very disarming and attentive to our concerns. Everyone we dealt with through the project was also fantastic. We did have to call them back to do an additional cleaning touch up but the responded the very same day very politely. Wes offered a great detailed overview of what Carmel Roofing offers compared to other roofing companies without the pressure to â sign todayâ or â earn our business right nowâ . So much so we have a group 5 neighbors that will be having their houses roofs replaced by Carmel Roofing, neighbors whom Wes spent several hours meeting with. Wes was very knowledgeable, disarming, confident and professional during our questioning.

Our experience with this company is nothing less than fantastic! From start to finish replacing my roof couldnâ t have gone any smoother! We are very busy professionals and grew tireless when receiving longwinded pressure sales. We noticed their company mention being to the point so we gave them a call. Sure enough they explained everything to us and told us to give them a call when we were ready which we did after confirming the products and services were priced competitively! The work and product they use is top quality, and the finished product looks phenomenal! We are very pleased with our new roof, we expected a new change but wow! Our house looks brand new again!
