 + -1 moreI have worked with Amy Lippard on a few small projects in my old home. We moved to a place that needed a total kitchen remodel, and I knew that Amy's classic design sense coupled with her ability to look beyond the obvious was just what we needed for our historic home. We have done everything with her and her husband (who is also our general contractor)...from appliance and cabinet shopping to layout to execution of the project. She was able to work around the historic aspects of the kitchen, listening to our wants all the way. I wasn't sure how the new technology of the appliances and general conveniences of modern kitchens would work with our farmhouse kitchen, but that's why you hire an interior designer! Amy has wonderful, trustworthy contractors (we used her painter, cabinet makers, lighting people, etc.), too. She and her husband are a joy to be around and made what could be a painful few months really fun.
Description of Work: We had a total kitchen remodel from appliances to cabinets to countertops. This included tearing out walls and changing the footprint of the cabinetry and installing new floors.
