Good. Called Nick, and he said he would be out as soon as the weather cooperated and the gutters were not frozen...we got a break in the weather and his crew was on it and took care of my problem.

The owner came out and provided an estimate the same day that I called. We were able to schedule the work within a couple of days and our windows have never been cleaner. We're never doing our own window cleaning again!

Nick was super accomodating as I had a party the next day and had changed times on him. He even cleaned some of the windows with two other workers. The workers wore protective covers over their shoes when they came inside. The windows look beautiful - cleaned outside ledges as well. He even included a couple of exterior doors with half windows that I had not asked for in my original quote. He will be on my annual service list going forward.

We have used this company annually for several years. Nick or his son Joe always arrives on time with a crew who can get the entire job done very quickly under their close supervision. Whoever is in charge always goes back through the house to recheck the work before they leave. They've spotted and reported needed outside repairs to us that we weren't aware of and wouldn't have known until further damage had occurred. They are very polite, professional, and careful with our drapes, floors, etc., as they work.

Nick did an outstanding job and we were so pleased. He had to take out and put back in the most horrible windows in the world. We have had other widow cleaners and Nick surprised us with the level of service he provides. I love him!

It went great. They came out and did the job quickly, and it was easy. The workers that came out were great. When I emailed the owner, they told me that they would fit in the gutter cleaning, and they came within a week which was pretty quick.

Quick to give an estimate; very nice on the telephone. On the day we were scheduled for our windows to be washed it rained and we had to reschedule for the following week. Apparently, that was a very busy week for Nick's and they send the "B team" to do the work (Nick commented to my husband while the work was being done that he had some new employees who were learning). That evening when the sun was setting we saw streaks on almost all of our front windows. I called Nick and he said he (or his staff) would come back and redo the front outside windows and we didn't need to be home. The windows were redone (a note was left). It rained the next day and I never rechecked the work. One thing I was not happy with was the drip marks left on my woodwork on most of the window sills (and even down the wall from the window above our front entry door).I would expect a professional window cleaner to be sure all the woodwork was wiped dry and there were no dirty drip marks left.

I KNOW THAT IT WAS A LITTLE MORE WORK FOR THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND THEY SCHEDULED AROUND ME.

It went fine, they cleaned them before winter. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I set up the appointment after getting an estimate on the work performed. The day before my scheduled appointment, Gary called and said we were going to have to reschedule due to all the rain we were getting and were going to get the next day. We rescheduled for the following week (Monday) which worked with my work schedule and he was VERY easy to work with especially since I wanted them washed before a certain date. A team of 3 guys showed up in the AM and started on inside windows and then moved to outside and storm windows. They were courteous, professional, did a wonderful job and the windows look like new! They worked hard at getting windows opened that were painted shut years ago and even scraped old paint off the window panes that I didn't think would ever come off. It has made such a difference and was well worth the money! Thanks guys for a wonderful service, we will definitely use them again in the future.
