I have them clean our chandelier and front entry window every year and sometimes in between. They always do a great job. Gary Nickless responded to my phone call right away. I appreciate that Gary! I will continue to use them for any cleaning services that we may need in the future.

I called for an appointment and the work was scheduled several weeks ahead at my convenience because I was going to be out of town in the meantime. I was told on the phone the crew would come between 8:15 and 8:30; they actually came about 8:00 A.M. The crew of several men was very efficient; the work was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. My windows are sparkling clean. The work was done without any mess and everything that was moved was returned to its original position. The owner's son, Joe, was very cordial and the work crew was quiet. An excellent experience overall. I have used this company in the past and will use them again.

They responded to my phone call very promptly, came out to get an estimate and set a date to do the work the following week. They called to say they were running a little late and were on their way. They had a crew of 5 men. They were all courteous and worked constantly to get the job done. It was not an easy job as many of the windows are 3 stories up. The windows and fans look great! I would use this company again. I highly recommend them.

Great service. 2nd time I have used the company. They showed up when they said they would, had several employees (who clearly knew what they were doing) and were extremely efficient. They wore shoe covers to protect the carpet and were very careful with cleaning solutions. I didn't think my windows were as dirty as they really were until I saw the difference when they were done! Much better than job than I would have done myself. Will definitely use again.

We had some bricks sealed and they got it all over some windows. I called the brick company to see what they suggested to clean the windows. They said it was very hard to clean off. Nick's has been cleaning my windows for about 8 years and I called him for help. The next morning at 8:30 Joe ( his son ) was there to clean the windows. And he got them clean!

They're fabulous. The price is reasonable. I've used them a few times before to clean our windows and I will continue to use them in the future.

I've used this company for a number of years and always have been completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. Accommodating as to date, too, but then I always put my request in a couple of weeks in advance.

I called him ahead of time as his schedule was filling up quickly. He didn’t have a time slot available, but talked with me in great length offering suggestions on price and timing. He was very nice and quite helpful.

Excellent service. The crew was on-time, worked efficiently cleaning both interior and exterior. Moved furniture as needed and replaced. Removed screens and cleaned before re-installing. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them regularly in the future.

Excellent work. Large crew. finished 3000 sq ft two story with finished basement in 1.5 hours. Very reasonable price.

I have an Italianate farmhouse, built in the 1800's, with tall windows of the original wavy glass. There are several different styles of storm windows, each with their own challenges, so it isn't an easy task. The house is quite tall and I had contacted several companies after we moved here to get price quotes. Most companies refused because they thought they'd need a scaffold and just didn't want to mess with it. One guy cleaned the windows for a few years, but crabbed and moaned the entire time and did a half-baked job. Then I found Nick's through Angie's List. They have cleaned the windows for three years now and they do a great job. It isn't easy, but they are efficient and I haven't heard any whining yet. The folks in the office are great, too. And they are reasonably priced. You can't beat that!

Response time was great - responded and cleaned house gutters within same week requested. However, did not clean garage gutters and still charged $80 for doing a one story house. My fault that I did not ask but I assumed it would be about $60 which is what I have paid to others to clean both house and garage. Job done well as best I can tell.

We have used them several times and will continue to in the future. Very professional and get the job done quickly with a large crew and minimal interruption to us.

They were good but they were very pricey. I’m not using them anymore because I am using a new company.

There were five men that came, and they were here an hour and 15 minutes. I thought they were very careful and thorough, and they put on shoebonnets to come into the house. They were very quiet, they went about their business and got it done. I've had them before and I will certainly use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Quickly responded to request for an estimate and was able to schedule work soon after. Was able to reschedule at last minute without complaint and showed up on time as promised, ready to do the job. Very cordial and helpful. Worked hard and did not leave a mess. Windows were spotless. Was able to free jammed windows and gave good advice for keeping them moving freely.

They're very efficient. They were in and out in less than an hour and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows and storms.

I have been using this company annually for cleaning windows, skylights, fans and gutters since 2003. Nick and Joe are very conscientious and always do a thorough job. The crew they bring is well supervised and has the work done in about an hour, depending on how much I want them to do each time.

Cost was VERY reasonable for the amount of work involved (many hard to reach windows) and the results were great. Will definitely use again.
