Nick's Window Cleaning Service, LLC

Owner and crew of six (including two of owner's sons) arrived right on time. Everyone introduced himself and was pleasant as could be. Crew immediately fanned out over house and did inside of windows. One window, by a chandelier light 14' off floor, had a blind which was opened/closed by remote control. Didn't work. Owner had one crew member take ladder and bring battery holder by open/close mechanism. Batteries had exploded. We took them out. Owner asked for q-tip and alcohol, and cleaned out the battery holder, after which we put in new batteries and put the battery holder back in the open/close mechanism. Still didn't work. Owner checked remote and found that batteries were ot positioned properly. He repositioned them, and everything worked. The young man with the ladder used to clean window and chandelier 14' from the ground, and chandelier 8' above stairway landing, was extremely careful. There was not a single mark or scratch on any of the walls. That he could manhandle that big, heavy ladder so well was a wonder of the age. Crew continued with outside of windows. Entire job was done in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Every crew member shook my hand upon leaving, and my windows and chandeliers just gleamed. Truly excellent work and pleasant staff. One additional and quot;above and beyondand quot; personal service--one window frame upstairs was broken a couple of weeks before, and I asked the owner about how I might be able to replace a torn screen. He showed me how to do it, and took the torn screen out for me. I'm all thumbs, and his willingness to take the extra time was a Godsend. I couldn't be happier, and I added a nice tip to the $370 bill. I would highly recommend these good folks, and would absolutely use the firm again.

I called and talked to Nick and he was able to give me a very competitive quote as compared to others I had received. I explained to him that I had mineral build-up on some of the lower windows due to irrigation system water hitting them and he stated they dealt with that all the time. Although he could not guarantee he could remove 100% of the mineral build-up since many times it etched the glass making it impossible to remove completely, he assured me they would get most of it. I was not able to be home when the crew arrived on the day we scheduled. During the cleaning process, Nick called me as his crew leader had called him to advise that they were not able to remove all the mineral build-up (as suspected) and Nick just wanted to be sure I was aware. When I came home, I was stunned. The windows looked awesome! Yes, there was a little bit of mineral build-up remaining near the bottom of the windows effected but not nearly what I had anticipated! Very happy with the job and the results!

They were quick and they did a fabulous job. The windows were absolutely perfect! (We just had the house powerwashed so the windows were especially dirty). Their price was less than others that did quotes for us from Angie's List. I will be calling them regularly to clean our windows.

This crew really earned their A rating. I was able to schedule them within a week of when I called. I thought the price was reasonable. I certainly wouldn't wash these windows for $310. They showed up right on time. The windows look wonderful. It makes my whole house look better. Joe led the team. He is professional and very capable. They work quietly and diligently. Some of my windows are a challenge to wash--e.g., 2nd story windows where the ground is sloped makes steadying a ladder difficult. I am very particular about my windows, so it takes me a long time to wash them. Joe and his crew did every bit as good a job as I could do, much more quickly. They were also careful about the house, not leaving any associated mess. They were careful not to let my cats out of an open window. I can't think of a think I would ask them to do differently. Why would anyone wash their own windows when they could have a crew from Nick's Window Cleaning do such a great job for a very reasonable price?

I got them off Angie's List. I thought the price was very fair. I called them up one day and they were able to work me in the same week, which I was impressed with. They came out right away. They were here when they said they would be here.

I have used Nick's Window Cleaning Service before, and I am just as pleased with today's service as in previous times. Next year, I intend to have them come out several times during the year. They are fast and efficient. The guys are very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with both their work and the rapport they maintain with me as a customer. I have passed on their name and number to family, and will gladly do the same with friends and neighbors should the opportunity arise.

Joe and his crew arrived on time to do windows on my 2 story house, clean the fans and outdoor fixtures. I have used Nick's for years and the service is always the best. There was a lot happening in my home and the crew worked around other people and did the job quickly. I had had some remodeling done and the crew dusted high spots I could not reach, that is going beyond service. Burned out light bulbs were replaced in the outdoor fixtures. The windows look great and only wish Joe and the crew did vacuuming and floors too!

Could not of gone any better...again the men were just great. They had to work around and over desk, furniture etc. and did so without any problems. Great experience!

Nick's Window Cleaning Service has taken care of our windows and skylights for many years. They always arrive ready to work and have the job done in an hour or two, depending on whether we also have them do fans, mirrors, and/or gutters. They are careful, thorough and professional at a reasonable price.

The arrived with 2 vans and 4 or 5 people and went to work on all the windows and gutters. The even went on the roof to clean the skylights (3). Got the job done efficiently and quickly.

They are fast. They show up when they say they are going to. They are really good. When they are done, it is really clean. All the glass sparkles, and it is like invisible, when we are looking outside. They have all the tools to do the job. They are great.

Gary was very accommodating. We had to re-schedule a couple of times. Overall, they did a very good job.

I have used Nick's Window Cleaning in the past. Always happy with their work. I believe this time the crew was a little rushed. The little things I remember such as wiping out the window sills and asking for new light bulbs to be inserted while cleaning were not done this time. After they left I used acetone to remove a couple of adhesive spots left on two windows. I believe the crew felt that it might be scrapes in the windows as some of them did have some scrapes. Even though I indicated that I was an Angie's member, I was not given the discount until I questioned the price because it was different from the original estimate. He did give me the discount. There were items that I added so by the time we settled up it was just fine. Overall, the work was completed nicely. I would recommend Nick's to anyone, and I have. Very customer friendly.

I have lived here 20 years and never had the windows cleaned. They came and had six men here for six hours. They took off the storm windows and just did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Very thorough and they look beautiful. They went above the call of duty. They even lowered the price when they couldn't open some of the windows. I just have nothing but good things to say about them!

We have them clean the windows on our house every year. They do a great job...always on time and professional.

Everything went very well. We did play phone tag for a few days, but when we did get in contact they came out on day that was convenient for me and they finished in just a few hours.
