Good service and the price was right.

I found out that my neighbor had hired them and called to see if they could do mine while they were in the neighborhood. In 15 minutes, the gutters were emptied and the leaves were bagged and at my curb.

They were on time, when they said they would be here. I did not expect so many people - 5 men came. Did a very nice job. They all covered their shoes with the booties. They did get a little dirt on the carpet, but cleaned it up, apologized, and totally took care of it. I was very impressed with them. I will definitely use them again. I felt their price was very reasonable.

He cleaned all my windows and they look really really nice. He also changed my security light one day after work and didn't charge. They are a very good company and do a very good job. We have 18' ceilings with tall windows, so they have to use ladders. They are very cautious and considerate of our home.

It was a great experience and so worth the money -- it's amazing at how much more light gets in and how much better we can see out now! When I called to arrange for an estimate, Gary Nickless offered to come by one afternoon when we weren't home -- I appreciated that I didn't need to take time off work to meet him there. He left a written estimate at the door, so there was no phone tag involved to figure out pricing. Joe Nickless and his crew (all very friendly) arrived exactly on time and got right to work. They wore protective foot coverings so they didn't track anything into the house and despite having to go in and out several times, they were very careful not to let our cats get out. The cleaning took about an hour and the estimate was exactly what they charged me. In addition, Joe also pointed out a couple of windows that had blown seals. The windows look absolutely amazing!

His crew completed the job on Wednesday morning as promised. Nick's price is about half what other window cleaners on Angie's List wanted. This is the second year I've used Nick's services, and I'll use him again next year. He saves me the hassle, and the risk, of climbing a ladder to the second floor at an affordable price. I know several men who have been injured severely by falls from ladders.

They had a team of four or five. They did everything very quickly and carefully.

The crew worked very carefully and efficiently, especially considering that they had to remove the storm windows and clean them inside the house. For this, they used easels and spilled nothing in the house. They were careful in removing and replacing window coverings.

They were very punctual, careful, and charged a very fair price.

They are very professional. When they are coming, they are there, very prompt.

I called for an estimate and did not even have to be home to get the estimate. Nick came by and left us the estimate. I called to schedule the cleaning and arranged to have it done when I was going to be home from work. Nick came and brought his 2 man crew at the scheduled day and time. He worked along side them the whole time, coaching them on how to make sure everything was done to his standards. There were bulbs out in the chandelier. He brought this to my attention. When I told him that I didn't have any bulbs that fit, he went to his truck to see if he did. The ones that he had were too small. He then suggested that we take working bulbs our of the chandelier hanging over the dining room table and put them in the one in the entryway. I could reach the one in the dining room to replace them. What a great idea. Everything went beautifully.

They came out on time, quoted me a price, and started right away. We had more windows (actual panes) than I originally indicated, so they did part of the job, went on to another scheduled customer, and returned that afternoon to finish the job. We were pleased with the results.

Outstanding! 1000 characters isn't nearly enough to express how pleased I am with the excellent job they did. Wow! I don't think I have ever been so pleased or impressed with a service provider. Everything about this job was performed with first- rate quality, efficiency, and professionalism. When I contracted for this work, I couldn't believe they could actually do a quality job in the time estimated. A team of 6 arrived right on time and worked with amazing diligence and efficiency. They did far more work than I expected. In addition to thoroughly cleaning all of the windows and storms, they carefully cleaned the screens, digging a lot of dirt out of the tracks, vacuuming everything as they went. They were very careful not to damage the floors, walls, or furniture. I asked them to clean 5 additional panes of glass that were not included in their estimate and to add to the charges. They did so without adding charges. They were even indulgent of my kittens' attempts to "help."

We have used this company on an annual basis for several years and have always been very pleased with the quality of work, promptness, and professionalism. We like that Gary always has a well-supervised crew that doesn't waste any time getting the job done. This year he also pointed out a gutter that needs repair that we would not have known about otherwise.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They did a great job cleaning the windows and installing the screens for me. The windows stayed clean for quite a while.

This company was very timely about getting us an estimate and scheduling the job. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Our windows were sparkling clean when they were through. We'll definitely use them again and recommend to our friends and neighbors.

The first time i used this company was in May this year (2006). I had two different teams come out (one in May and one in December), one was managed by Gary and another by Joe, and both were very professional, on time, thorough, and very careful not to plunder my plants and garden. Thank you!

I only wanted the outside of the windows washed. They were here and gone in a flash! Everyone was friendly and polite. I would definitely call Gary again.
