They replaced the furnace but installed a furnace without a spot to put a filter. They said that cost extra when I found out it was done that way. I agreed to pay them 200 and they said OK but will not come out to do the work. They keep saying they will but never show up. All I want is a spot for my filter. Who would install a firnace that could not have a filter?

New Phase did a fantastic job! They came on time and had us up a running in less than 1 hour. Would highly recommend. Would not hesitate to call them if we have HVAC problems in the future. Thanks AJ for a job well done!!

They arrived on time. I've never seen service workers so spotless. They did a great job. They cleaned it all up. Explained the manual, explained the bill. They followed up the next day. They were very nice. I called them for an emergency service today and they came in within 20 minutes.

AJ owns And operates a well run Heating and cooking business. I’ve been using him for years on multiple properties. He always diagnoses accurately and fixes what needs to be fixed with recommendations for anything that is good to have but maybe not critical if cost conscious. I let him in my tenants properties and give him access to my house if I’m not home and a unit needs to be tuned up or repaired. He has been a blessing and I’m so glad to have him around and available when I need someone I can trust! Thanks AJ for all your help over the years.

Their first visit quickly diagnosed a minor leak that could be quickly resolved. A few weeks later the problem returned. Ajay returned and found other leaks that were not identified earlier. He resolved the issue and has me ready for next summer.
