Description of Work: My provider installed a Verde sliding door to my custom home. It took longer than expected but the crew worked diligently in the cold. They not only worked to preserve the wood work trim in the interior but also worked via phone with my security system providers. They were amazing and exhausted by the time the left my house. Description of Work: forgot our appointment, didn't have info with him, suggested I drive to the showroom but the only person there was the accountant who said he didn't really know about windows.

Description of Work: This provider did nothing. I called for a quote to replace two windows on a house I'm selling and they charge 89.00 just to come out and give you an estimate. Didn't bother to ask if I really was replacing and basically didn't call me back when I called the day before I had to phone them again to see about my call from the day before. A quote is a quote... You should really find out if someone is replacing before you blow off a deal. All because you assumed. GOOD luck in future. Don't tell them you're selling your house maybe someone will call you back and also potentially give you a free estimate which most vendors do to ensure you have the right to pick the right vendor.

Description of Work: We needed some window work done on our house as we were selling it and moving to Iowa. They were very timely and responsive and their price beat two other providers. (They also could get it done quicker than the other providers.) All in all, a very good job. (Since we have moved to Iowa, we cannot use them again, hence that rating.)

Description of Work: Installed four new window: The installer did an excellent job and windows look great. There were two strips missing and it took about six weeks to get those installed to complete the installation. We had a date and time for the owner to come and measure our windows and after waiting one half hour on that date I called and was told that he forgot the appointment. He did come at that point and measured the windows. We went with Mr. Window because our salesman Mike Sullivan convinced us that we would get better service from them because they have an established location and would respond quicker then other companies that work out of their house or sell other items besides windows. Mike also stated that he would stop by during the installation to see how things were going. Not only did he not stop by but he hasn't bothered to call to see if we are pleased or not with the windows. The last we saw of Mike was when he left our house on Sept. 3rd. with our deposit check in his hand. We could have gone with another company and saved $435.00 and most likely would have received the same quality of service. All things considered we are happy with the windows but I think we will try another company for our patio doors when we are ready to move on that project.

Description of Work: I called their office on 10/27/14. Spoke to a gentleman about a quote for a patio door. He told me he would pass along my information to one of his salespeople and they would contact me. 7 days later and haven't received a call back.

Description of Work: They came out and gave us a quote. They will be installing new windows in August. There are 9 double windows and 3 separate windows. The experience has been good so far in regards to the quote and the meeting with this company.
