Mr. Window employs the most qualified people to ensure that your home remodeling experience not only meets but exceeds expectations. We offer free consultations and in-home estimates. We also schedule appointments convenient to your schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We're also available for evening and weekend appointments. Description of Work: Did not complete project and backed out after giving $300 discount on an initial $5600 quote because he didn't want to answer questions about the project, wood rot of the window sills etc. claims that "scope" was changed when asked about interior finish which was not included! Ridiculous waste of my time.

Our company provided a detailed estimate to this prospective customer five weeks prior to this review being posted. The Angie’s List member agreed to proceed with the project, due to our reputation on Angie’s List and because we provided him with the best price for the project. During this period of time, they continually requested to change the scope of the project, which would result in added materials and labor costs on our part, while continuing to request additional, deeper discounts. While never signing the contract presented to him, we were asked to repair extensive wood rot, which was more structural and goes far beyond normal wood rot associated with most window replacements. We eventually had no choice that to bow out of the project. During this entire process the customer was treated with the utmost respect, which is how we treat all of prospective and established customers. It's unfortunate to hear that this member feels as if their time was wasted. Our company motto is, “When you treat people right, the word gets around" and by treating people right we’ve stayed in business since 1987 with over 8,500 satisfied customers.

BEN MCWHORTER INSTALLED OUR NEW WINDOWS THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY A STORM, HE ALSO FOUGHT FOR US AGAINST THE INSURANCE CO, TRYING TO GET THE CLAIM COVERED AFTER THEY DENIED IT TO US. HE WAS SO HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY FOR US.
