The sales person was knowledgeable, pleasant, and low key. The installers were polite, neat and competent. The product is of high quality, and the finished result is pleasing.

I can't say enough good things about these guys and have recommended them to several neighbors, co-workers, and complete strangers. Chris Pasa is the salesman to work with, if you can. He is *consultative* versus pushy; he *hears* what you want/need and keeps the appointment efficient and to the point, unlike some window companies where they will stay in your home for HOURS to try to get you to buy. Chris came to the job site during the installation, and has been excellent with follow up. As a result of my experience on the windows, I am planning to buy a front door with them (which is a "want" rather than "need" like the windows were). I looked at 3 companies, examined sales style, product (the window companies, features, etc.), and pricing and found that Mr. Window was the best all around. The owner, Mick, came to measure windows with Chris, which was nice to see him so involved. The installers were fantastic & very professional & respectful. Highly recommend.

It was wonderful. They came on time. They went above and beyond. Some trim work was previously damaged, so they replaced that for me. I have had them up twice, so I will definitely have them again.

It was a very good experience. There was personal attention from even the owner. They did lots of checking to make sure things were going well.

I think Mr. Widmeyer has a top notch company with fantastic salesmen and crews. Mr. Widmeyer came out himself to measure the windows. I plan to replace all 16 of my windows over time. Thank you Mr. Widmeyer, Mike Sullivan, and Mike the installer!

This company responded immediately to our call and arrived on time. Their bid was fair and thier estimate was free. The repairs of the windows was done well and they repaired a damaged screen and recaulked our other windows as a courtesy. Our windows look just like new. When I called them back to mention that they hadn't co0mpleted one minor part of the job - they responded immediately and finished up within a couple of days. I'd use them again.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM MR WINDOWS. THEY WERE POLITE, ON TIME, AND WILLING TO WORK WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE. MICK PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE WORK.

Other door places have the doors only in white & not in black. I left a message with the receptionist to call me back. A salesman called me back & faxed me a picture of the door. They told me they usually do windows & doors together & that my sale was not big enough for them. After that, they never called me back. This is just not good business. I don't even want them to call me back, I don't want anything to do with them.

REASONABLY PRICED, EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCT, COMPANY STAFF, SALES REPS, AND INSTALLERS ARE FIRST RATE! WORK DONE AS PROMISED, ON TIME, AND VERY MUCH A QUALITY JOB.

They installed our windows 3 yrs ago and they were became stuck and wouldn't open. I called them and they came (Shane)out and fixed the problem and didn't charge me.

This company was on point every step of the way. From the prompt and fair estimate to the speedy order and delivery of my custom Pella windows. The crew showed up early and worked in the rain all day to complete the job. They finished ahead of schedule and did a craftsmanlike job. When I got home from work, the only way I could tell they had been there was my beautiful new windows.

COMPLETED JOB AHEAD OF PROMISED SCHEDULE. SMALL DENT IN DOOR PANEL, THEY HAVE ORDERED A NEW PANEL. VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Called Mr. Window at 8:00 a.m., Chris called back and was here by 10:30 a.m. This was not the company to do the repairs. Very honest, giving numbers of who I should call. If I ever need structure repair, I will call Mr. Window Inc.

Mr. Window staff was on time, polite and gave us a reasonably priced estimate for this large window replacement job. We felt that Mr. Window had the best installation team of the four companies that we interviewed for this job. However, we felt that the Pella windows would not protect against future rot as well as Marvin windows, so we selected the local Marvin contractor instead. If we need Pella windows in the future, we would hire Mr. Window.

ARRIVED ON TIME, REALIZED THEY WERE MISSING ONE ITEM, CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ASAP. ALL WORK DONE WELL, GOOD CLEAN UP.

They were EXTREMELY nice and professional from the initial quote to the completion of the work. Our salesman, Chris, stayed involved all the way through the day of the installation. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with the staff, service, and price. We would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

We were very pleased with all aspects of Mr. Window's program. Personnel in all facets of their operation (sales, administrative and installation) were professional, friendly and concerned. The product is top-quality. Color choices and configurations are extensive. They will demonstrate and explain their products in their showroom in addition to promotional materials brought to the house. There was no pressure to buy. Everything was explained clearly and concisely up front. Suggestions on where money could be saved are volunteered. The installation team made the process effortless for us. They take down and re-hang draperies and window treatments. The installers are employees of Mr. Window, Inc. and are not sub-contracted. They are well versed in their jobs and performed expertly and professionally. The job was completed well within the time frame stated.

THEIR ESTIMATE ON THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE WINDOWS TO COME IN WAS RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE.

We had one problem that wasn't their fault, and they jumped right on it. There was an odor to our new door when it came from Pella (a new line of product), a manufacturing error. The odor is totally gone. I was so impressed with their effort to keep us satisfied. They got Pella's regional distributor vice president out to look at it.

Mr. Window staff came and measured the opening to ensure they had the proper size. When the new windows were in provided extra assistance in installing them.

Installers were punctual. Efficient, professional and friendly. They demonstrated the operation of the new windows and answered all of our questions. Great job & great company!

PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. COMPANY RE-USED SOME OF THE EXISTING WOODWORK TO KEEP PRICE DOWN. CREW WORKED QUICKLY TO REPLACE WIDOWS IN THE COLD WEATHER.
