I was amazed at James the installers drive & ability, working by himself to install all of my windows. The weather didn't stop him, he was neat & careful.

Quality of the product seems good, as does the installation. A few customer service problems occurred prior to installation, putting the project behind schedule. It was also delayed during installation, as one unit was the wrong size and had to be reordered.

Mark (salesman) was on time and knowledgeable of products. James (installer) did a great job (overall) no pressure to buy, very happy with completed job, will use Mr. window in the future.

They took all of the windows out, clear down to the rollers. They made new screens and windows and installed them. They did a great job for me.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Gained a lot of information from the owner. Very impressed that he spent so much time talking to me about a job that was probably not going to take place. When we do replace all the windows, Mr. Window will be my first call.

Excellent! The salesman (Chris P.) was very knowledgeable, and had excellent suggestions. I told the company up front I was on a budget, and could only replace these 4 windows. There was no pressure, and Chris's ideas saved me money. I received follow-up letters and phone calls every step of the way. The install was smooth, and the end result looks great!

He came to our house, gave a 2-hour presentation, and said that he would send an estimate in the mail. A week later, I left a phone message asking again for the estimate. It never came.

Mr. Window had replaced all the windows in our house 3 years ago. Two of these replacement windows were broken during a hail storm. We called to find out how much it was going to cost to have them replaced and were informed that it would be covered under warranty. They ordered the replacement windows and called us when they came in. We picked them up & installed the new sashes ourselves to avoid the service charge. There was a manufacturing issue (the locks did not mate up to the lock on the unreplaced sash.) Shane, from Mr. Window, worked with the manufacturer and came to install them himself. They also repaired several screens that had been damaged by the hail.

I chose another company mostly on price, but overall, the rep. was prompt and professional.

Wonderful. Had arranged for 3 estimates, Mr. Windows was the 1st, canceled the other two. Sales person was knowledgeable, accommodating, came up with good price, researched window manufacturer Seaway on the internet, found everything we were looking for was met such as energy-star and proper construction. Fit the work in 10 days earlier than anticipated due to cancellation. Installer did extremely neat work inside & out. New windows are terrific and have a good appearance, house is warmer. Very satisfied.

They did an exceptionally good job, did it professionally and didn't leave a mess, which surprised me.

We chose Mr. Window over other less expensive replacement window companies primarily due to the reports on Angie's List. The sales person was professional although I wish things like window sales weren't so scripted (during the demos of the windows for example). Anyhow, we made the purchase as we wanted to get this completed before winter. The installation crew deserves an A+ which is probably the most important item for us when getting work on the house completed. They were professional and did a nice job. I would recommend them for the work crew alone! There were only a few issues from this purchase: The sales person said the warranty covered the windows AND labor for the 40 years to the original owner; that was the statement that made us order the same day, but actually the labor is only for two years. The actual window is covered by the manufacturer, not Mr. Window. Be sure to verify this! The ordering of ''non-standard'' windows takes eight to nine weeks not six weeks as sold.

They did a very excellent job on install. I actually found the window I wanted at a competitor, but they were able to get it! My only complaint would be that they did not offer that window to begin with.

The workman were very friendly & did the work quickly.

I appreciated the immediate admission that they could not do the work I needed done. I only wish that this could have been determined before we set an appointment that required me to take time off from work.

On the sales side, both Mick Widmeyer and Mike Sullivan were great to work with. They showed me several options and visited my home to take measurements twice. The installers, James and Rob were true craftsmen and extremely particular about providing the highest quality workmanship. They were very knowledgeable and we worked well together for the four days it took to complete the installation. I am completely satisfied with the products, the pricing and the quality of work.

They were professional, had competitive pricing, and the windows are great. They demonstrated what they could do and allowed us to make the decision. They did not pressure us. We wanted to go with more expensive windows and they steered us toward the window that was best for our house. The installation went well and they cleaned up afterwards.

Very quick to respond. Invited me to look at options at the show room where everyone was very nice. The gentleman who fitted out the windows was a true craftsman. He did a superb job. It did take longer than estimated due to the old configuration of the location.

Competitively priced. Great communication, follow-up service. Performed all aspects as promised. Personal follow-up after install to renew operation of windows & care guide.

CHRIS, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL! MICK,THE OWNER, MEASURED THE WINDOW OPENINGS. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ASSURING. JAMES, THE INSTALLER, WAS EXCELLENT!

I am very happy with my new windows and would recommend this company to anyone. The owner of the company, the salesperson, and the installer were all pleasant and professional. The windows look great from the outside and inside of my home. The price was very reasonable.

The man was very nice and professional. He came in and did the job. He had the paperwork ready to go.

THEY WERE SKILLED AT THEIR INSTALLATION. IT WAS A HARD JOB AND THEY DID GREAT.
