Our salesman Chris was very pleasant and professional. He did not waster our time with the same demonstration that we had seen from every other window company. Windows were installed around the time that we were expecting. Installers were great. It has been six months and no problems. We love our new windows.

Company was quick to send someone for an estimate and get back to me with price. They also gave estimates for windows and didn't pressure us to do more. There was a change in what door had to be reordered, and they adjusted the price. Only complaint was they didn't come on scheduled day to install and rescheduled 2 weeks later.

I was impressed by the whole operation. The guys knew what they were doing and they were done in under 4 hours.

Their prices were comparable with others. Their professionalism is what impressed me. We received our windows a week early and really like them.

Mick was very professional in explaining my options. No hard sell like other companies and not trying to sell me more than I needed. Installation went well and no mess left behind. Mick followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Very good experience. A few minor issues that I didn't notice at the time, caulked blind bracket in place. I guess only 1 issue.

My representative was knowledgeable and very prompt service and reasonably priced. Would recommend for any window install.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Appreciated showroom so you could see products in a proper fashion. No problem since installation.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They provide a quality product, deliver it in a timely manner, clean up all of their mess and treat me like they truly value my business. They are even willing to work with me, as my budget would not stretch to replace all of my windows at one time, they willingly let me do a few at a time and still treated me like I was important to the business.

Nothing spectacular or unusual. I called for a salesperson to give me an estimate. The paperwork was signed, windows ordered, windows installed, invoice was paid. Smooth and simple from start to finish. The only issue was working around the weather.

Took 3 times to get it right, but they did! There was a problem with the type of glass then the color of the exterior. It was resolved satisfactorily.

There were several problems in the ordering process. The original windows were not available. We agreed to a different brand. After approximately 2 weeks I thought they had been ordered and just happened to call to check and found out they had not been ordered and that certain features were not available. After complaining to the rep's manager and eventually the owner the order was straightened out. The installation process went smoothly, the installers were very good. They did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up.

Work was efficient & clean up way superb.

Mr. Windows was very prompt in returning my phone call in request for a windows replacement estimate and Mark Hancock was timely, professional, and knowledgeable in speaking to me about my alternatives. Mr Windows' showroom is a plus, where you can see and visualize your options and Mark was accommodating to meet us after hours in order to accommodate our schedule. Mark was forthcoming in applying all discounts allowable to the quote (including Angie's list discount, money mailer discount and a Pella promotion. His efforts in this respect were most appreciated.

Very professional. Ten windows were replaced. All in one day. Cleaned up after. Very satisfied. With kids, the breakage coverage I am sure, will come in handy one day. Had draft problems with previous windows. Through the winter very satisfied as windows kept out the cold.

They did a very good job and they were very dependable. The gentleman that put the door in told me how to put my alarm back up which saved me some money. I would use them again.

They had good products and were very trustworthy. We ended up using someone else with equivalent product but a lower price. I would consider Mr. Window for future projects.

I called Mr Window on March 7th, Mr Sullivan called the 8th and made an appointment to give me an estimate that afternoon. He said the job would be done sometime before April 20th. On March 12th Mr Window called and said they could come on the 13th and do the job which they did. The job took about 3 hours and I am quite satisfied with the result.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mr. Windows. Not only were they very informative, but were on time, quick & courteous. Plan on having the rest of the windows done this spring.

Mr. Window did a beautiful job on our siding. Trent and Jeff were spectacular, very professional, considerate, and skilled! We have had so many compliments on their hard work. We were very thankful to Shane (and everyone else behind the scenes) who helped with all the paperwork/administrative duties. We are looking forward to the next phase (gutters); we know they'll do great with those as well. We just cannot say enough about how much we appreciate everyone's hard work at Mr. Window.

As a member of Angie's list, when my mother needed new windows, I checked the list, and we selected Mr. Window as a company we wanted to talk to. After our meeting with Chris, the sales rep, we decided this was the company we wanted for the project. All involved in this reasonably priced project (Chris the sales rep, Mick the owner, and the installers and office staff) were courteous, considerate, prompt, efficient, and accommodating in their respective roles.

Fine. Did not show up 2 times when they said they would come.

Everyone we came in contact with at Mr. Window demonstrated top notch quality and customer service.

Mark came out for the estimate. He was on time and professional. He seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. The windows were double pane with argon. The estimate was a little higher than a competitor. We decided not to have our windows replaced at this time though.
