They installed the doors and we are the waiting on the weather to cooperate so they can fix some wood adjacent to the door. There was a moisture problem in the sub-flooring that they fixed. There is a problem with the piece of wood under the door but they are willing to fix it. They gave us an Angie's List discount in addition to a coupon I received in the mail. The door they originally measured for did not come in the correct size so they upgraded us to a different door at no additional charge.

Although they did a professional job of measuring the windows prior to ordering the new ones, several units arrived on the day of installation that were incorrectly made (either wrong size or poorly made). These were returned and reordered, which delayed completion of the project. The old window were removed, openings repaired if needed, and new windows and patio door installed. Several workers were on site, doing multiple tasks. While overall the quality of installation was very good, we noted that the exterior caulking done by the younger worker on the windows at the back of the house was not as high quality as that done by the more experienced worker. There was a bit of a conflict about who would be finishing the interior wood trim. This was short lived and the contractor ended up doing a fine job. We have been extremely pleased with look and function of the new windows and patio door, as well as immediately noting how much warmer our home was that first winter.

I was dreading this, but it really went well. The crew was so professional, and did a great job. We love the new windows and doors. The company was more expensive than another quote we received, but we feel that we made the right decision going with Mr. Window.

Mr. Window came every day until the work was completed. They installed 9 new windows and the installers were very skilled, efficient and clean. The siding installer did an excellent job with the siding and wrapping of all the house trim. All of Mr. Window's installers are very personable and easy to converse with, which is helpful if you have questions or issues. The sales and office staff are also very professional. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Great company! The experience with this company started with a visit to the showroom. The showroom personnel explained the different windows and features. A visit by the salesman was next. Initial measurements were made and features discussed. Very knowledgeable about the windows and features of each. Mich Widmeyer (the owner) visited to finalize measurements and answer any final questions. About 8 weeks later, the installation crew arrived to install. Very neat and clean job site. Removal and installation smooth operation. Recommended a change to the window trim different from the original that made a big difference in appearance of the finished window. Pre-primed trim installed and caulked. Ready for paint. Professional job from start to finish.

The job was done in a timely manner. The installers were polite, neat, and cleaned everything up well after the job. There was less glass in the windows than I had expected. The original frame was bigger. I feel Mike could have given us a better idea of what we were actually getting when we were in the show room. But I am happy with the windows. The patio door has a hand print on the inside of one of the two panels so I won't be able to wash that off!

For the most part everything went great. Mick was very helpful and patient while doing the estimate, answering all the questions I had with no problem or beating around the bush. The windows and doors arrived in the promised time frame and the installers were wonderful - they arrived when they said they would, worked until the job was completed, cleaning as they went. The only challenge was the wrong door was ordered (I marked the right one and wrote down the wrong number) but Mr. Window came through - ordering the correct door and installing it at no cost to me. Thank you for a job well done and service above and beyond!

They were excellent. Any issue that came up, they explained the issue and resolved the problem. They worked really well with us and our needs.

Work performed was good but there were several trips needed due to inferior components supplied to Mr. Window. Trim strips that had been matched to the door color by the factory were supplied with imperfections. Mr. Window supplied replacements that were stained, but pine was used which did not take good stain. Oak strips were then used and the stain was a very good match. The door handle lock and the dead bolt lock mechanisms were installed, only to find out that they used different keys. New mechanisms were ordered and installed.

I found everyone I worked with from Mr. Window to be pleasant, responsive and informative. I met with Chris for the initial consultation and was pleasantly surprised that there was no high pressure sales pitch. He was knowledgeable about the products and helpful in narrowing down choices to fit the needs of my home. He was quick to follow-up on questions and I appreciated that he stopped by the day of installation to check on the progress. The work crew that measured and installed the windows were respectful of my home, cleaning up as they moved from window to window. They were prompt, efficient and very personable, answering questions during the installation. The employees of Mr. Window made this a pleasant experience.

Tim the installer was very nice. But was on the phone too much. Slowed him down.

I would specifically ask for James again if I needed this companies services at a later date. The owner and the salesman both came and visited the job site while the windows were being installed. James was extremely detail oriented and could not have been more patient with me. He was very knowledgeable in his field.

Everyone that we came in contact with, starting with the initial phone call thru post-installation walk-thru, was responsive and very customer-service oriented. They provided information when they said they would, showed up for appointments on time, and proactively followed up to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Mick the owner was very nice and patient explaining things to my elderly mother and answering her questions when he came to measure. Our only complaint was that we were told we could re-hang the existing blinds, but when the installer was on site, he recommended not attaching the blinds to the new window frame due to the weight of the blinds. That made sense, but it would have been nice to know that in advance so that we could have taken it into consideration in the window selection decision. Overall, Mr. Window did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

They provided an excellent, prompt response. Very professional. The price was very competitive, however they did not have the exact match which was an issue only because we were only replacing one window. I would not hesitate to call them if you use Pella products, or if matching is not an issue.

I first went to the Mr. Window showroom and Samantha showed me the product. First impressions are very important and she made an excellent impression being knowledgeable about the product, very personable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Mark Hancock came out to do the initial measurements and discuss the type of windows I needed. He truly went above and beyond as I had a very difficult requirement of wood grain grids on the inside and outside; it seems these are very hard to get. He made several calls and got as close as he could. I ended up with Plygem windows. The windows came early, but I couldn't do it until later, but Mr. Window was very accommodating. The team of Mike, Mike, and Josh installed my windows in about 4 hours. They were extremely efficient, professional, friendly, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They also dealt with working around a deck built up against one of the windows. I would recommend Mr. Window to anyone.

Mr Window's sale representative returned my call, scheduled an appointment and was promptly on time. He posessed knowledge of his productand was very personable. The installation was done while I was out of town with surpervision of a house manager. I wanted to see the finished product before paying the balance and they were flexible and allowed me this. I am very happy with the front door and new hardware. There were a couple of small areas I felt needed a second coat of stain and they promptly responded.
