Mr Window Inc

We chose this company because they offered the windows that we wanted. They had good reviews on Angie's List. They did an excellent job of installing the windows and we plan on using them to replace the remaining windows.

The windows were installed quickly in 2 days and on time. However a breeze was noticed coming in through the wooden windows installed, (at the bottom and middle where the 2 windows come together). We called Mr Window to come out and fix them. They came out to inspect the windows and said they weren't sure what they could do to fix the problem. In fact they insinuated that Pella had been having some problems with these type of windows! So the next step was that we called Pella Windows directly and they sent a service tech out to inspect the windows. They didn't say much about how to fix the issue with the windows; only that Mr. Windows should come out again to fix them. Mr Window came out again and installed some more weather stripping on the problem windows. This seemed to help but not totally stop the air infiltration at those areas of the windows. So we called Pella Windows again. They sent their technician out again and he shook his head a lot and said he'd expected them to do more than install more weather stripping. And that that would not fix the problem...the problem still existed. So we expected Mr. Window to send someone out again, but they did not for over 1-2 months! Therefore we called Pella Windows back just this past week and they said they would send out some people to fix the windows in August (not from Mr. Windows, but rather their own company). At this point we can only hope they get the windows fixed correctly so that no air infiltration occurs. Additionally, the Pella Wooden Windows are not very sound resistant at all. In fact there is a distinct hum that comes through them...this is not very good when one of the windows is right next to your bed. The vinyl windows seem to work well including noise resistance. This could be because we paid extra for a noise package on the vinyl windows, (which means extra thick glass). After several separate visits (and our report on Angies List) Pella and Mr. Window met together at our home to determine how to fix our leaky window problem. Mr. Window followed up by re-installing our wood Pella windows. It appears that the problem has been fixed and we are satisfied with the results. In response, we?ve updated our overall all grade from an F to a C (reflecting primarily on a frustrating experience).

They were right on time. Very nice to talk to. Straight forward. Gave us an idea of what the total cost would be. We spoke with Mike.

They were hard-working, prompt and efficient. The manager, Nick, came out and evaluated the work and made sure it was correct.

They estimated what had to be done. The workmen that did the work were very careful, neat, and very particular about how they did it. They had to replace the interior windows seals and did it with much care. I would definitely use this company again.

Whenever we needed the sales person, he was always available. They did a very a good job and I would recommend to them others.

They arrived on-time to do the work asked of them. The quality of their work was very good. I would use them in the future. They were professional while they were working. I would recommend them.

Our home is over 80 years old and our original double hung windows, while beautiful, were not energy efficient. Our initial thought was to replace our windows, so we called five companies for estimates. The second salesman that came by recommended storms instead of new windows. This decision was based on two things: we aren't planning to stay in this home for more than ten years and our desire to retain the architectural integrity of the original windows. Mr Window agreed with this assessment and we selected them based a couple of factors. The owner, Mick Widmeyer, did the measurements and estimated the cost of the job. Mick did not apply pressure or try to sell us unnecessary products or services. Mr Window also had a color that perfectly went with our existing trim, which saved us the additional expense of repainting window frames and shutters. Their price was excellent and the quality of the product was comparable to other storms we had seen. Once we agreed to hire Mr Window, the windows were manufactured. They arrived even earlier than anticipated, so that was a big plus for us. Trent was our installer. I cannot say enough good things about him. Trent is a true professional in every way. He showed up exactly at the appointed time. He's super friendly, he works fast, but is very careful and does an excellent job. The windows and door look fantastic! We are completely satisfied with everything about Mr Window and the improvements they made to our home. We highly recommend them to everyone considering this type of work.

They did a fantastic job! The salesman came out and showed me a model of the window. They had the second lowest price. They measured and installed the windows when they said they would.

I shopped around with several different window people and had about 4 different house estimate. Mark Hancock was the rep for Mr. Window and he was the best of all estimators by far. He was knowledge, inform, didn't talk down to me, never late, price savvy and able to do everything that I wanted. He was fantastic and local. The products were quality. Mick Widmeyer, the president of Mr. Window came out personally to make sure the measurements and cuttings were accurate. They were not the cheapest of the estimates but with the quality and difficulty of the project I felt the price was fair. They used no subcontractors and I knew I was paying for the best. In my mind it reassured me that I was paying a bit more but I was confident that it was worth the extra cost. I could have saved a couple thousand elsewhere but his reputation was worth the extra cost. I've had no seal problems and no leaking; just peace of mind.

Chris Pasa, sales representative, was extremely courteous, friendly, and prompt in his response and scheduling. He made a very professional and thorough presentation, looking at each window and prioritizing what needed attention and what could wait. The ONLY reason we did not ultimately choose this company was the decision to use a different kind of window. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend contacting Mr. Window.I certainly will if the opportunity presents!

We chose three of Angie's List highest rated window providers to obtain estimates from. All provided estimates in a timely manner. The presentation by Michael Sullivan from Mr. Window was truly superior in every respect. Michael did an excellent job of listening to us before offering any solutions. He patiently answered each and every one of our questions. The installers were timely, and very professional in their conduct in our home. The clean up was done in superior fashion. We are very satisfied with all of our new windows and thankful we chose Mr Window!

Excellent! This is the second time I have used the services of Mr. Window. Mr Window's approach to every phase of the process is top notch from the sales associate to the installers. The owner (Mick) personally visited my home to verify the measurements taken by the sales associate and answer questions. On this particular job, the installers were unavoidably delayed in arriving at the appointed time. The main office and installers called to update me on their arrival time. Once on site, the installers finisher the interior work on each window first, leaving the exterior work until the next day. By finishing the interior that day, I did not have to take additional time off of work. The installers finished the exterior work the next day. Great service!

We are very pleased with everything, starting with our visit to the showroom. We saw that Pella had the style with the features and exterior colors that we wanted. The salesman who came to our home was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. He measured our windows and asked us about the features we wanted in each one. He called the Pella representative to get answers to our questions. The cost was in line with what we had expected, based on a quote from another company (whose windows did not come in the colors we wanted). The owner of the company came to our home to double-check the measurements and features for each window prior to placing the order. We told him that we had concerns that some companies installations were not as neat as we preferred, and he assured us that we would have a skilled crew, which we did! The 5-man crew was friendly, yet focused. They were careful not to mar our walls or floors or siding. They cleaned up after themselves each day, inside and out. They fixed anything that we thought could look better, without any objections or reluctance. The salesman came back while the crew was installing the windows to assure that we were pleased with how the work was proceeding. He also came back after the job was finished to see if there was anything that needed follow-up attention. The salesman arranged for a painter with experience staining Pella windows to finish the windows on the inside, and we were very pleased with his work, too. We definitely are very pleased with the quality of the work and the windows from Mr. Window!

Our first contact was with our salesman Michael Sullivan who did a great job explaining things to us and helping us find a door we liked. Next we got to meet the owner of the company, Mick Widmeyer when he stopped by and talked to us about what we could expect from his company. This made us feel more relaxed about using this company because the owner cared enough to come and speak with us. The installers, Mike & Mike did an excellent job installing the door and answering any questions we had. They also took the time to inform us of everything they felt we needed to know about the door and the install. Mr. Window Inc. exceeded our expectations and is definitely in line to do future work for us!!!!

I found this company through Angie's List. I called and their sales representative came out and was so helpful. Subsequently the owner of the company also came out because this was the largest residential job that they have done. They replaced 105 windows all at once during a week and a half period. This included changing interior trim and woodwork and on the exterior. The trim around the exterior was removed and clad in aluminum so it didn't have to be painted again. At the end of every day you couldn't even tell that they had been there, that was how immaculate they were. They did a job that was pristine and immaculate. They did an absolutely outstanding job! They are an A++ company! The owner was personally there and was very, very polite and courteous as well. I would absolutely use them again!

The workers came out and did a fantastic and swift job. I couldn't have asked for more. They explained everything to me so even I could understand it. :-)

Mr. Widmeyer was very willing to answer all of our questions concerning the various questions for the windows and doors. He was also very thorough in explaining the installation process. The two gentleman who installed the windows were professional & accomplished the task in a very efficient manner.

Our experience with this company from beginning to end was extremely positive. The company representative, Mark Hancock, guided our selection of an appropriate patio door for our living space. We are delighted with the way the door looks and operates. The company owner took the time to come out and confirm the selection. The office staff worked out the details to suit our needs. The installers worked under some extreme weather conditions but still managed to produce an outstanding finished product.

Mr. Window was professional in every aspect of our job. Their salesman, Chris, is a good listener and works very hard to meet customer needs. Mic, the owner, comes out and checks each job and makes sure it meets customer satisfaction. Follow up is outstanding!We love our new windows and would not hesitate to use Mr. Window again!

The work was done very well and it was a good price. The product is good quality, they did a good job, and we're very happy with it.

Everything turned out great. They removed the patio door and took out two side by side windows and replaced it with a vinyl clad patio door and two picture windows.

I have used them before and they did a good job this time. Mike (the owner) is a good guy & I've known him for a long time. Right now, we're in the process of ordering customized doors from them.

Overall, they did a good job. I would hire them again in the future if needed.
