Installers were knowledgeable & courteous.

They came out to give me an estimate. Gave me a price on part of the work because I requested it at the meeting. I was told I would receive the final estimate in a couple days via email and never did and that was almost 2 weeks ago. They were professional and on time for the initial meeting just did not follow through.

The representative was very nice, but their price was $2000 over another company's.

They put vinyl windows in my house. The quality of the windows was not as good as I would have liked. I wish they would have informed me of fiberglass windows.

We started with a quote in the summer of 2006. When we decided to do the work 4 months later, the price had changed drastically. The second sales person said that the first sales person had measured incorrectly. However, because the second quote was still relatively in line with other quotes, we still chose to go with Mr. Windows. It took 2 months to get the windows in, but their installer foreman fell off a ladder the day before they were supposed to start the project, so they had to delay another 6 weeks. This specifically stunk because that took us into the heart of winter for a late Jan. installation. Then, just before they were supposed to start, they had another scheduling problem and put it off for another couple of weeks. They finally got the windows installed in Feb. of 2007, but had a problem getting the French doors in. So, we continued waiting for that portion of the job to be complete for another several weeks. Then, they failed to put in the screen door as promised, so that took more time to complete. When it was all over, it was 6 months from the time we ordered the windows and put the down payment check in their hands. The trim carpetry was very sloppy for the window molding. In the end, the windows and doors are a good quality product, but the experience dealing with Mr. Windows was much less than satisfactory.

Initial consultation with Mick was productive. The window is extremely large. I expressed I wanted to add some curb appeal but did not want a bay or bow window. He presented some options which were also cost effective. The installers were very nice and professional. I wish they could have cleaned it better and inside and out before leaving but the heat from the sun and the need to let the caulk dry did not permit this. Overall, I am pleased with the installation.

They were prompt, courteous, showed up on time. The tech was knowledgeable, nice and took the measurements in a timely manner. Then I never heard from them again. It has been almost 4 weeks.

They did an outstanding job on installing my French doors and they had to go thru the walls and the brick of my home and the owner came out himself to make sure they could do it. He arrived on schedule and provided an estimate. He did not pressure us to replace the window but made suggestions about what type of window would be best.

Chris the salesman was very polite with no pressure. The crew was on time & very friendly. Workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and hire them again.

The man that was here was very professional, had a good idea about something I hadn't thought about and overall found them to be very helpful and their pricing was very fair... surprisingly fair.

They were wood windows and I have no complaints about them.

The installers (three of them) arrived right on time. They were very professional and very courteous. They took out the old doors, installed the new ones, and cleaned up after themselves. In all it took about three hours. The new doors look great and we are very pleased with them. They even installed a brand new lighted door bell button that matched the new screen door.

It was an excellent experience overall.

I received an estimate from Mr. Window and another company. The estimate from the other company was about $1000 higher. After the estimate, I ordered the windows, and then the windows were remeasured. The installers were awesome. They were quick, efficient, courteous, professional, and they knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend Mr. Window, and I will be using them again when I replace more windows.

They did a great job. They came out and explained what they were going to do. Showed us a variety of projects. Came out and measured everything. They made recommendations. Came out and set an appointment. They called ahead of time to say they were coming. They installed everything in one day. They did a great job and they did do excellent quality work both product and instillation. I would recommend and use the again when the need arose.

The sales person, installed and owner were very knowledgeable and courteous. The windows came in earlier than expected and were promptly installed in two days and they are beautiful. The owner even made an extra trip to show us again how to operate the windows.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went beautiful. We scheduled. They showed up on time, did great work and finished in one day. They were very courteous and cleaned up fantastically. They followed up on their work. I will have them back.

Great price and service. he sales rep was clear and up front on my options, spelled out the contract and pricing clearly. Mick the owner came out after I signed the contract to handle final measurements and see if I had follow up questions. I found that to be very reassuring that I was getting quality service. Installation was fast, well done and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Window does great work and they always go above and beyond. We have used them for many years and we will continue to use them in the future.
