The 2 guys who worked on the siding were fantastic. They worked the whole time, cleaned up after themselves, and did a nice job. They were careful with my flowers and did a bang up job! They worked hard through the rain even and they were absolutely fantastic! The gentleman who was in charge made sure the work was done to his and our satisfaction.

One of the sidelights had some broken glass pieces in the design which I did not notice the day it was installed. Mike came out the day after I called to tell them about it. They had the sidelight replaced within a few weeks. They gave me no problems with it.

The windows are big and beautiful, and I love them! I decided to get the small window of my half bath done, so I called them. They quoted me nearly the same price for this small window that I paid for those larger ones. I decided to try other companies since I thought that was too much to pay. I was also surprised that they charged me a labor fee for the repair job that was under warranty. I recommended them to friends who also used them.

All of our contacts, installation process, and sales experiences were all positive. They were very courteous and helpful. We feel like we got an excellent installation, price and a great product. We would highly recommend them. Mike Sullivan was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Excellent. Each year, we have replaced a few windows in our home. This is the 3rd visit from Mr Window. A top notch organization from sales to installation. The owner himself comes to take final measurements, which has always impressed me. We lvoe our windows. The installation crew is very efficient. This job took them only 3 hours. Clean up was great. Your wouldn't know they were here but for the new windows. I highly recommend Mr Window if you are considering replacement windows.

Job was well done. Trimmed out nicely. This was a company I felt good about working with. They answered every question I had completely.

Overall this was a good experience. The salesman Chris was very helpful in explaining the windows features and how the installation process would work. The company owner, Mick Widmeyer is involved with every job, which gave us a feeling of confidence that the installation would go well. The installers did a wonderful job and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. We had a minor issue where the front door was hinged on the wrong side. The company accepted responsibility for the error and corrected the situation to our satisfaction. The windows are a great improvement over our previous units and we felt the price for these was extremely competitive. We had some confusion on which features were on the different lines of window but we are pleased with the Encore line. The exterior door quality was a little less than was we were expecting and looking back the door prices were more expensive than some other companies we looked at. However, the overall package price was extremely completive and we are very pleased with Mr. Window.

They did a good job of installing the windows, and I was happy with their work.

We scheduled the first appointment to occur at 4:45 pm on Thursday. By 5:15 pm the same evening, I did not hear anything from "Mr. Window" so I called the only number available. Then I left a message inquiring about the missed appointment. The following day there was a message left on my voice mail apologizing for the missed appointment. The company also stated that they could give me an estimate over the phone and/or stop by the house. I then returned the phone call and I left a message stating that I was fine with that. That was the last of our communications. Mr. Window has never called me back. Therefore I have not yet received an estimate for my patio door replacement. I have chosen another contractor to do the work.

The salesman had some great ideas for changes to the configuration of our windows. We're very pleased with the way it turned out. The installers were quick(it was a cold day)and neat. No complaints.

Mr. Window was the least expensive of 3 bids/estimates that I received. They did a fine job, all the way around.

I found them off of Angie's List and found others' experience to be similar to mine. They were great. They finished in one day leaving my house clean and orderly. The came and measure twice sending different people to ensure accuracy.

The installer showed up on time and was very professional in his work. He removed the old windows and put in new ones. Then he put up my new blinds. It was the company's offer to do this as I had no idea they would take the time to put up all new blinds. They also offered to replace the window in my storage barn. I feel they went the extra mile for me. They didn't have to do the blinds or the window in the back. I am very impressed with their work and would certainly have them back to do any work in the future. In fact, I plan to have them do some siding for me in the spring. I can't praise them highly enough. They seem to really care about their customers.

Work was done well & cleanup was fine. Scheduling was not as expected. Job was started on time but completion was delayed - one day for weather and two days due to company having other work.

It was easy. The house was better insulated. We certainly noticed a difference in the winter. They were very nice to work with. There were no hidden costs.

This work was done several years ago in January. They were really great. The work was completed quickly to not make the house cold. They were tidy, efficient and cleaned up well.

Everything went very smoothly. We went to the showroom in Carmel and the salesman was very accommodating. We chose the product and the installation went smoothly as well. We are very satisfied.

It went fine. I did call once and requested that they take a look at the windows. The metal between the windows is discolored and could be oxidizing. It is quite noticeable. I talked to one of the service people about this and they did not really follow through. Other than this the windows work fine, the glass looks fine, but the metal is troublesome.

The only issue that I have is that the bedroom windows are hard to open and close. The special treatment is that it has a pull down screen which are hard to open as well.

I was very pleased. It was an old house and they did everything beautifully.

Excellent experience overall, from initial sales call to final installation. All personnel involved were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and extremely capable. The job was completed earlier than committed to, and the installation was efficient and expertly done. We are extremely pleased with the results of the job and would highly recomment Mr. Window to anyone considering replacement windows.

I was greeted over the phone in a professional manner by the receptionist when I called Mr. Window. However, when I spoke to the salesman Mike I was not impressed with his unprofessional demeanor. I scheduled an appointment for him to come out and give me an estimate. I have a very busy schedule and when I schedule an appointment with somebody I expect them to show up. Mike called 40 minutes before our appointment and cancelled claiming he had a cold. Furthermore, he was not very courteous and flexible in setting up a new appointment. For me this is an indicator of the level of customer service to expect in the future. I did not reschedule an appointment with Mike.
