We were pleased with the price. We got a couple different estimates and this company was right in the middle. we loved the salesman, he was very knowledgeable. My daughter has a teacher that is really into science and he has a laser that you can point at the window to see how much heat is being lost. We tried this out and with the old windows it was 6.8. With the new windows it was 7.3. We're already seeing the benefits from the new windows!

Mike, the guy who gave the estimate and who was here initially, was great! Very professional! On the morning of installation, the installers didn't introduce themselves, just said they were here to install a window. They did a great job of installing, but they failed to bring the screen. I signed and paid for the window with the promise I would have the screen later that day. The next afternoon, I still didn't have it, so I called Mike. Within a couple hours of that call, I noticed the screen had been put up.

They showed up when they said they would. It took us two weeks of calls to get them to come back out as they had forgotten to caulk some of the windows. The windows are good.

11 years ago Mr. Window replaced all but 2 windows in our home as well as installed aluminum siding and soffits, gutters, windows and enclosed our existing screened porch. They also installed wood trim around the inside of the windows. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. When it was time to replace the remaining two old windows, I did some price and quality comparison. Mr. Window was the best choice based on my previous experience with them. Their price and quality also came out on top. Today, thanks to Mr. Window the outside of our 25 yr old home looks new and is maintenence free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

There was a small problem and they were very responsive when I called them about it. They are going to come and fix that. Their quality of service, professionalism and price was fine.

The installer had to come back several times to reinstall the locks we purchased and to set the weatherstrip;ping on the bottom of the doors. This was done cheerfully and promptly. Over all, this was a good experience and we will call on Mr. Window again for other projects.

The owner of the company came out and did the appraisal and gave the quote. The installers came on time and did a good job. They also cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work quickly and I was satisfied with their service.

Almost all of my windows are now from Mr. Window and I have been very happy with them.

The crew were very professional and explained the job in detail and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The replacement of the windows matched the previous window space exactly and the new trim required very little work before painting. The final finishing was done extremely well. There were a couple of followup touchups which I requested and the crew was back as soon as I could schedule to complete the job. I've heard many stories of window replacement that has not gone well. This experience seems to indicate that Mr. Window is a step above others in their approach to the job.

It was very good. We have a large picture window that was three window panes. They came out and measured and realized that if we change the dimensions of the windows just a little bit, we would be able to open the windows rather than having them be stationary. We took him up on the offer and they came and replaced the window.

Very professional installation. The owner and sales rep even came the day of installation to check on it.

Everyone involved was very professional. When there was confusion on a part of the estimate and a specific window type for the bay window, they immediately confirmed my preferences and the work was completed in a prompt manner.

The installers showed up exactly at the appointed time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up all the debris from the replacements, and reviewed all the warranty and instructional materials with me before they left. Plus, they left the office number in case we had any problems with the windows. They were very professional, thus we had a very positive experience!

They did a great job. They had put in the windows of our house before we bought it. They were able to match the house well. One man came and did the job in a day, and it was fine.

We found Mr. Window on Angie's List, and went to their showroom. They told us exactly what the windows were made of, and were very helpful. They made 2 trips to our house to measure each window, and the windows actually came in 2 weeks before they were due, so we were able to have them installed earlier than were thought. The installation went very well, and the windows are beautiful.

They did just a great job. The product is top-of-the-line, and for what I got, their price was the best. They do offer all price levels, and their showroom includes all types. Mr. Widmeyer, who is the president, actually came out himself and measured the windows, and came out twice during the installation. The father and son team who installed the windows worked hard all day, and even did little extras. I found their service to be really great. I was very happy with them and would absolutely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anybody because they did a great job.

My experience with them has been very good. They did an excellent job. The workers came out on time and they were very professional. I asked for the best guy and I got the best guy. He was very knowledgeable. The price was competitive.

Our first meeting was for the owner, Mick, to come by the house on a Saturday morning. He never showed up. He apologized profusely the following Monday and we scheduled a time for the following week for his sales rep, Mike, to come by the house. Mike came by and was very knowledgable about the windows. He did tell us that there was a "sale" going on through the end of August for $100 off each window. We expressed our interest in wanting a vinyl siding estimate too. Because it was over 90 degrees that day, Mike asked if he could come back later to measure the exterior of the house when it was a little cooler. We said that was fine. A few days later, we went to the Mr. Window showroom to look at the actual windows. We again expressed our desire to have an estimate for vinyl siding. Mike said he would be out to do that. Since we wanted to get more than one estimate, we tried to find a contractor who installed the same windows Mike was quoting us. During our research, we found that the window manufacturer of the windows Mike quoted was experiencing financial instability. We contacted Mike to ensure that the company was stable so our lifetime warranty that came with the windows would be honored if needed. At that time, we again expressed that we wanted an estimate on vinyl siding. Mike assured us that he would look into our concerns with the window manufacturer and would also be out to measure the exterior of the house so he could provide the estimate. As of today, September 2, 2009, we have not heard anything from Mike. Our $100 per window discount has now expired, we still don't know the financial stability of the window manufacturer that was quoted, and we still don't have a vinyl siding estimate. We've received two other reputable (Angie's List companies) quotes and Mr. Window was by far the highest quote. We are deeply disappointed in the way all of this went and felt it was completely unnecessary especially from a company with such high remarks on Angie's List.

From start to finish, the project went smoothly. Everything was actually completed within a shorter time frame than anticipated. The installation was a one day project. The owner of Mr. Windows called and then dropped by at the end of the day to inspect the work. He gave me a complete lesson on how the new windows functioned. Installers moved all furniture, removed all window coverings, and then re-installed. They removed all debris and left a clean jobsite behind.

Sullivan came out and was very clean and he looked very good. He was very professional. He did not speak poorly of any other companies, and we were very happy with him. The work is scheduled for the 20th, and we look forward to working with them.

The quote was painless (no wasting of my time). Everyone was polite, professional and clean. They did a great job installing trim on the interior of the windows as well, which made a huge difference in the appearance. They were able to do different interior/exterior colors, that was important.
