They didn't actually charge us, so we were thrilled.

They were fine. They were here when they said they would be. They were very professional. I left them here with their work. It was done by the time I got home. They did a very good job. They cleaned up. We have had no problem with them so far. If I get more windows, I will definitely go with them.

They phoned me to say that a job had been scheduled before mine so they would be about an hour later than planned. They were there in 45 minutes. The four windows were replaced in less than the 3 hours quoted by the owner. Both workmen were courteous and friendly. They were patient with questions I had and explained what they were doing and how to operate the new windows. They covered the floor and nearby furniture with material, moved furniture as needed and took down and replaced window shades, etc. and vacuumed up when finished. Their warranty was explained as well as the tags and form needed to file for tax credit. The owner, who quoted the job and made the first presentation, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and low-key. I did not feel pushed to make a decision.

We were very happy with them. We chose them because of the price, the way they demonstrated the windows and the features of the windows. We haven?t had any problems with the windows for all these 10 years ever since they were installed.

He was honest and accomplished the job. I was satisfied with his work.

Project went very well. All installers were prompt, polite, and professional. They laid tarps on the grass to catch scrsps from removing old windows. They took down and rehung all window treatments.

Overall very well. Everyone including Chris, Nick and Crew were professional and they care about doing the job right!

We had a very good experience with them. They had the materials that we wanted, they came and installed it. They were prompt and we didn't have any problems with them. Their price was good and they came out when they said they would.

Small inconvenience with scheduling - they had a schedule conflict with another customer and had to delay my installation - but it seemed to be unaviodable and they were very professional about it. Estimator/sales guy was friendly, patient and fair. No haggling or sneaky pricing. Gave good advice about what I actually needed. Windows took 6 weeks on order. Installers were very friendly and courteous and cleaned up everything well. They worked through a cold mist the whole time but were determined to get the job done.

It was a very smooth installation. We are very pleased with the service provided.

From start to finish everything done in a timely manner. Office staff helpful. Installers did good job and cleaned up after installation.

My main complaint which I reported to Mr. Window was that the workmen did not cleanthe windows, smudges,etc. no reply from Mr Window. Inside the house he cleaned up nicely; outside the other workman did not clean up to mr satisfaction - spray paint on the grass, saw dust on the driveway, small debris on the porch. Charlie, showed me differences in trim that was required and asked for my approval, he also showed me where thge screen did not fit and ordered a replacement. Charlie did a good professional job; I did not think much of his assistant, Nate.

They were very neat and I didn't even know they were here. They were also very accommodating with my schedule.

The salesperson was excellent. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. We felt they were the most credible among all the companies that we had checked out. They were rated well on Angie?s List too. They did an excellent job, and we were very pleased with their service.

From the initial phone call to set up the estimating appointment thru the completion of the work, Mick & his staff were wonderful to work with. Mick's suggestions were helpful, his appraisal of window designs very informative and his projected time frames accurate. The windows actually arrived a little ahead of schedule, and the installation was smooth and efficient. The installation crew clearly had a lot of experience and their expertise showed. But what really stood out for us is the care and concern they showed to accommodate our pet parrots. The install days (it took 2) were cool, and they kept us informed as to which rooms they would be working on, so that we could relocate the cages to a warm/non drafty area. One of the guys also went out of their way to speak to the birds, and actually calmed them so that the entire process was much less disruptive to them then we anticipated. We already knew Mr Windows reputation for top quality products & services, but the extra care they demonstrated was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. .

It went very well. After having a free estimate, I found out I needed 5 total replacements. The window that were installed are quality windows and a huge improvement. There will not be any more rotting because these casement windows are not installed with wood. The installers did a great job and were very clean. They made sure everything was neat and clean after they finished the job. The windows are awesome. They are energy efficient... the glass is insulated. They are very easy to open and close. All in all, it was a great experience working with Mr. Window, Inc.

I chose them because of the write-up on Angie?s List. When they came out, they seemed honest and straight-forward. They have a good product and it seemed like a fair price compared to other quotes.

He was professional and showed up on time. His pricing was reasonable and the quality of his work was very good.

They were just very, very good and I will not complain at all. They came almost an hour early which is quite unusual and it was fine. They were nice because I was not ready for them yet, so, they left, came back and worked really well. They also explained everything and did a great job for me.

They coordinated the work - waiting until the roofers had finished and prior to the painters arrival. They worked us in so that the painters did not have to wait. Mr Window does a special bend in the aluminum that makes it look nicer that any of the aluminum wraps we have seen on other houses. Mr Window replaced all of our windows several years ago and we have been very happy.

I had another company do this job before, but, I really liked Mr Window because they did a better job. They were very nice, very personable and really checked on to make sure everything was going well. It just looks very nice and I would use them again.

They once again did a nice job. They didn't have enough screen to finish one window we needed fixed, but showed up the next day to finish up.

After researching several companies, we saw an ad that included Angits List recommendation. Called Mr.. Window (Mick Widmeyer) , who responded quickly to request for information. and came to home to measure and provide estimate. Showed examples in showroom. Gave several cost options and a list of neighborhood jobs his company had done in the past year. We looked at several and made perosal visit to closest one who "highly recommended" Mr. Window and showed us their windows. We signed a contract in our home on June 24 and received approximate start date of August 15 and work started on that date and was completed on August 17. The 2 men who did the work were pleasant and efficient and steady workers. They repaired an inside area under a front window that had some water damage under the sill and replaced several mullions on the exterior that had to be removed during installation. Everything was completely cleaned up when they were finished. We are VERY satisfied with our new windows and the excellent service provided by Mr. WIndow.
