Busy time for them, I was told to wait a few weeks then call if did not hear back to see if windows in. Made installation appointment with Charla, very helpful and personable. They hire their own installation workmen, definitely very good at their craft. They were prompt, informed my wife and I how they planned to proceed and that with size of the project, would require more that the two days we thought. This is what we liked up front about what going to take and discussed plan of how installation would go (2nd floor first, followed by 1st floor, return to then do exterior wrap); different than what was initially going to happen but adjustments were made to make it work for us (homeowners) and them. Again, the installers were prompt all 3 days, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away old window and old trim. Installers showed us issues with old windows that were not insulated well. When windows were installed and they had left, my wife was cleaning window, opened and pulled out one double hung window, could not get back in. Called Mr. Window, spoke to Charla and an installer returned afterhours to show us how to correct the situation. A cold winter this year, we will see how they will hold up. I was informed if any issues with windows to take pics of the problem and send them to Mr. Window or Sales rep we worked with via text so they can seen the what the problem is when it happens and be provided with opportunity to correct. I like hearing that. Last year despite a mild winter, still cold in our home which is why we replaced.

Very pleased w/3 windows replaced. Mike was excellent in explaining the product and not pushy! They employ their own installers which was very important to me. The 2 men installing my new windows were great, answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company. They are going to replace 3 more windows at a later date.

Everything went perfectly. We had used this company at our previous residence and were very happy. The installation was scheduled at our convenience, and once again, the technicians arrived at the appointed time, worked hard till the job was skillfully completed, and cleaned up properly after they were finished.

I contacted Mr. Window for an estimate through their website, and did not receive any communication about getting a time set up. If someone did call me, they did not leave a message so I could return their call. I then contacted the company through Angie's List, and did receive a message, saying that a sales rep would be in touch with me. I let them know that email is the fastest way to reach me because it is difficult for me to take phone calls during business hours. The sales rep named Chris Pasa emailed me a "no subject" email the next day asking for my availability, to which I replied with a potential date and times. I never heard from him, and it has been over a week since I replied to his email. The person I communicated with through Angie's List was very nice and prompt, but the overall lack of communication, mostly from the sales rep, is unprofessional. I have moved on to other companies at this point, and was able to get estimates scheduled and completed right away.

Very well! The windows and doors are excellent quality. Everything came in on time and except for the hinges on the wrong side of my first front door, everything went smoothly. The installers worked quickly and neatly. My 2nd front door arrived about a week after the first installation and looks great! The only concern I've had is that I twice requested a detailed receipt so I could know the cost of each window and door, but that hasn't been provided to me.

They replaced the window. They got it done more quickly than they thought they would. It looks great!

In January or February of 2016, I asked Mr. Window (who appeared as Mike Sullivan) to give us an estimate on replacing two old windows in our dining room. If I liked his approach, I was going to ask him about doing a patio door, also. He was friendly and professional. I got an estimate for all the work, and then we sat on it for about six months. When we finally decided what we'd do, we called them back. It took about six weeks before they could schedule us in, but it was worth the wait. The whole job only took Pat, their installer, about four hours. He and his son did an excellent job. I mean that. Excellent. We're very happy with the quality of the work, and don't anticipate any problems. They provided a one year warranty on labor. If I would do a review, he said, they would extend that labor warranty to two years. I was not asked to provide a favorable review... just do a review. So I can say that this review is entirely honest and not coerced. The only way they could have improved is to have done it for free. I won't hesitate to call on this company again in the future.

Chris was very helpful and provided great advice. The installers did a wonderful job. I am definitely pleased with their service and with my new windows.

Best price - everyone else wanted to negotiate but they gave us the best price from the beginning. Scheduling and installation went great. They even came back later to install trim after the dry wall and painting was complete.

Best company I've ever worked with. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and really good quality work. Had 11 old metal windows with aluminum house siding replaced with new vinyl windows. After we ordered the windows we waited about 4 weeks to have them custom made. They had an opening pop up in their schedule and called us to schedule the install 2 weeks earlier than I expected. They were done in less than a day, in around 8am, gone by 2pm. Am planning to have them replace doors and basement windows too. Thanks for the great work!

I am very pleased with this company. Prior to choosing them, I endured in home consulations by Pella, Bee and Franklin Window and Door. Mr. Window was, by far, the most responsive and the most straight-forward with their pricing. Rather than the gimmicky whole house quote with a discount for this and that and taking off some insane amount of their overcharge, I received a window by window itemized quote. I had done my research and found out that the Bee Restoration line of windows was made by Sunrise. Well, Mr. Window carries the Verde line of windows, also made by Sunrise. Check out the Sunrise company and compare the windows. Mr. Window has an A on Angie's List for a reason - make that several. The installers were on time, super kind, very polite and knew what they were doing. My salesman has been very quick to answer questions, communicate and follow up since inception of the project. Don't be thrown by the price I paid for 3 windows. The eyebrow arched window is not even carried / manufactured by many companies. In fact, neither Pella nor Marvin Windows could even supply a vinyl window replacement for it. That custom window is VERY expensive, no matter what company you call. Mr. Window was able to still come in cheaper with a comparable product. They don't have tons of installers - this is a smaller company that takes pride in their work and prides themselves on customer service AFTER the install. I have 7 more windows that I will soon be scheduling. Then, I will be following that up with a sliding glass door and a garden kitchen window. The installers were clean - they put down drop cloths, took off shoes if stepping through the house and cleaned up their mess. I have a beautiful candy striped phlox plant that I was just sure would be destroyed since it is directly in front of the window they were replacing. Nope - it's still perfect. My brackets had to be taken down that held a vertical blind. One of the installers helped me to put up the new brackets and then he even helped me to hang my replacement cellular shade. What took him literally 3 minutes would have taken me much longer. Thanks!!!! And, my son needed to nap in the room while they finished up outside. No problem thanks to that installer helping me quickly put the brackets back up so I could darken the room and get him off to sleep. Shawn (sp?), the main installer, knows his stuff for sure. I trust him and I will request him with the next step in my window replacement project. I spent hours reading about window companies and getting quotes. I strongly encourage you to give this company a try. The Verde windows are warranted for life - and that is a transferable warrant to the next homeowner, and it is not prorated. Nice selling point! I feel like this company appreciates my business and I have someone that will follow up and care if I have a service issue. Thank you Mike, my salesman, for a great experience thus far. And thank you, Charla, for rescheduling so easily with the passing of a close family member. Mr. Window = No Hassles, no high pressure sales tactics and no misrepresentation. P.S. They also weren't jerks where they MUST have both homeowners home to high pressure you into signing. My husband works ALOT and relies on me to do the legwork with the home improvements. Other window companies should realize many times THE WIFE will make / sway the decision. I purposely avoided a couple companies that hassled me over my husband's non presence. Money lost by those companies. :) Thanks again, Mr. Window, for realizing this and respecting homeowners' time (or lack thereof!!)

It went very well. Over the years they have replaced all of our windows in the house. We always go back to them because they give us such good service.

From start to finish, everyone was very professional. Work was done as scheduled and we couldn't be more pleased. Special thanks to Chris, Mike and Al for a wonderful experience and going above and beyond.

I like their products and their prices. I like that their installers do nothing but install windows and have worked for this company for years. That said, there was a major mistake in the measuring and half the windows were the wrong size. Luckily, the installers checked every window before ripping out the old ones and discovered this problem before leaving me with gaping holes for a month. Honestly, I was impressed by how the company owned up to their mistake and didn't try to sugarcoat or blame someone else (like me or the manufacturer). In the end, I am very pleased with my new windows and door and would hire Mr. Window again.

Arrived went right to work. Didn't take long. Left the place VERY clean. The guys were all very nice and efficient. The windows look great! The old windows didn't fit well and I could feel the cold air around the edges. These windows are tight and sealed! Will have Mr. Window back to do the upstairs of my condo.

It went GREAT !!! Mike & Pat arrived about 8:30 and finished about 3:00. Looks like the new windows came with the house. Colors all matched and NO MESS to clean up. Chris was wonderful to deal with. A GREAT local company and would use again without question.

Windows arrived a couple weeks early from manufacturer. Install scheduled the same week they arrive. Took a team of 3 professionals approximately 5 hours. Great product and experience.

Mike Sullivan is wonderful! He was not pushy and genuinely seemed to appreciate our business, even though our job was not very big. Installers were on time and very professional. So happy with my choice!!

It went very well! I filtered my search results to show only providers with Page of Happiness and Super Service Awards. Mr. Window was one of them. They didn't try to upsell me. Chris was great for that. Shawn was the team lead and they did a fantastic job!

The guys did a great job and were professional in all aspects of the job. Chris Pasa was our sales rep. Chris was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was also responsive to questions and concerns. This was a complete replacement including interior trim and case work. I was very happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Mike (installer) did a great job match the original look of the trim. In the course of the job, we found some exterior trim that was rotted but the installers had missed it. Even though the replacement window had already been set, Mr. Window agreed to replace the rotted pieces for the cost of the material. I appreciated their willingness to work with us to make it right. We have been pleased with the windows and plan to call Chris again when it's time to replace the front door.

This is the 2nd time we've used Mr. Window for replacements. Just like last time, their install is impeccable. This time we had them install "frosted" glass in our bathroom so that we no longer need window treatments. Joe was careful to remind us to us tempered glass near the bathtub so that the work would be up to code. We're kind of getting "addicted" to replacing our windows. The windows they are installing are SUCH an improvement in terms of insulation, ease of use, and what we've noticed the most-the rooms are SO much quieter. We will definitely continue to use Mr. Window as we work our way through the house replacing windows.

They showed up on time, worked super efficiently, were friendly and cleaned up there job. II was super impressed. A team of 4 put in my custom windows in 7 hours ( 15 Windows and a sliding door). I interviewed 5 window companies and got the best service and product from Mr Window!!! I really appreciated the salesman because he did not take advantage of my time and followed through on what he said he would do. I had a great experience.
