Over all fine - door looks great. Installation went well and quickly. Minor service issues were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Suggest thery organize their order from better as there were some issues with door hardware that could have been avoided with a clearer order form. issue was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.

The job went very smoothly. Very pleased that they decided to put 4 guys on the job to ensure a proper installation.

The installers called to inform me that they would be a little late. However, Mick sent 2 crews, and the work was completed by 4:30, a very pleasant surprise. The installers were polite and hard-working, and seemed very well trained. From the inside, it's nice to look through my windows again, and the work they did on the outside looks fantastic. The windows are a huge improvement, I wish I had done this 5 years ago.

Very well. This is the second time we used them. Mick came out and measured twice before ordering. Installers are very longtime employees who did a great job. The sub who stains the interior sills for them does great work. The only problem we had was some dissatisfaction with the caulk job and it was handled very quickly and we were kept apprised of the status so we never felt ignored. Never had a leak in a window he installed, which is much more than I can say for the builder we had. The windows in the house all leaked originally when we built it and it is so nice to not deal with that anymore. Use these people for windows; you will not be sorry.

It was a pleasure working with the owner, Mick Widmeyer, and his crew. Everyone was extremely professional and took great care with all details. The project went seamlessly, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I brought up. They repaired a small mistake from the manufacturer immediately. The windows look beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Mr. Window was on time for the estimate. I have used Mr. Window many times in the past and haave always been very pleased with the work performed. This time 5 windows in the rear of the house were replaced along with all rotted wood around the windows. The wood was wrapped with aluminum. The two men who did the install were polite and worked well together. They completed the work in a timely manner. When Mick arrived after they were finished to inspect their work, he noted that some of the work was not completed to comply with the contract. He had his men come back and complete the work as specified in the contract. I will positively use Mr. Window again.

I have delayed submitting on this service and the other report I made today on windows because I have felt somewhat ambivalent about the door installation. This is partly my fault because I wasn't feeling well and slept through the later part of the door installation. The install was delayed a week because the first door delivered to Mr. Window was damaged and the manufacturer had to make another. (This was noticed at the store before an appointment was made.) The same installer who did excellent work on my windows did the door install but the installation was difficult. The door had very little margin in terms of width and was difficult to fit into the opening with the surrounding brick making it more difficult. The installation took till after 5pm and the installer said it could usually be done in a morning. Under the wooden threshold which was removed there was a gap 4-6 inches wide and about that deep the width of the door. I'm not sure if this was filled in with gravel or not but it is likely it should have been filled with concrete for a solid threshold. Part of the gap outside the door was spanned by white aluminum coil and this has proved to be lower next to the door than at it's outer edge and catches some water when it rains. The aluminum threshold moves when I stand on it. This causes no specific problem and may be characteristic of aluminum thresholds but may reflect my assumed shortage of support underneath the threshold. In my opinion there is no way to resolve this without ripping the door out and that seems like overkill for the symptoms noted, nagging though they may be. The double cylinder dead bolt seemed to have some vague problem with fit and finally after 2-3 weeks began to turn in its opening. Mr. Window's repair responded the same day I called with the original installer eventually (same visit) replacing a part of the lock which was a different size than the original piece but was also difficult to install because of the larger size and tighter fit. To summarize I am pleased by the appearance of the door and sidelights but remain mildly troubled by the items above.

Excellent experience overall. The windows have been very good and it seems much quieter with the windows closed. The installation by installer and helper was very efficient and the installer showed very good attention to detail. The exterior was wrapped in white aluminum coil and the installer also covered the top of the framing so there is no painting at all to be done on these white plastic windows set in my brick faced walls.

Mr. Window installed windows for us two years ago, so we asked for a quote for five more windows. As a preferred customer, we received the same quote as two years ago. On the date of installation, the installer came on time. He was the same person as last time. The job was professionally done and he answered our questions. He also cleaned up the area when finished.

Very well. The installers were prompt, very competent, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job on the installation, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

Since we had worked with Mick Widmire before, we experienced no surprises in the initial visit for the purpose of quotations. I thought the price was a little high, compared to a couple of years ago, but probably did not factor in inflation of materials and labor. Mike and crew arrived just when we had arranged for the installation and one day and a little bit the next day. We got exactly what we expected, done very well. We were replacing Pella windows with Pella windows, and felt the quality of the product was better than the ones we got a couple of years ago, but not as good as the 38 year old windows we were replacing. We recommend Mr. Window highly for their professionalism in selling and in the quality of their workmanship. The final price was exactly what we had been quoted -- no surprises.

Excellent service start to finish. Mick spent extra time measuring the windows, as the previous replacement windows were not custom fit to the opening. The installation crew headed by Mike was excellent, arrived early and worked solidly on the project until finished. They cleaned up after themselves inside and out, were courteous to questions, and made sure I was happy with every step. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Mick Widmeyer and his salesman and installers were very competent and professional. Mick and Chris were very careful in measurements so that windows fit perfectly. The experienced installers were also able to do some "field engineering" to assure that the existing blinds would fit properly. They completed the job within the 3 days they had projected. They must have done a good job because I have not had a single issue with them in the seven months since they were installed. I have no doubt they would service any issue that arises. I recommend Mr. Window to anyone who is need of these services.

Working with Mick was a great experience. The windows arrived from the manufacturer ahead of schedule. Mick and Charla worked with us to schedule a convenient time for installation. The install crew replaced all 12 windows complete with trim work in less than 7 hours. I received a call from Mick the day after install just to check in and see if we were pleased with the product and the service. I really appreciated the follow-up. Overall, this was an excellent experience!

They did a great job. They worked Saturday and Sunday to get it completed. They were excellent.

We did not use them. They were prompt and informative. At the time when the representative came, we were still deciding what we wanted among the many options there were for replacement windows. So it was not a particularly helpful interaction, but that could have been a factor of where we were in our promptness. It seemed that they just didn't really have something that was going to meet what we wanted. They were pretty responsive.

They were great. They were able to hang my singing vertically instead of horizontally because we didn't want to turn the look of our contemporary style home into that of a colonial style. We were going to have the house painted. They never showed. The rep for Mr Window came by because he saw another painting contractor's van in our driveway. He asked us if we had ever considered installing vinyls siding to save money in the long run.

It went well. They are straight-forward, clean, and very nice.

It is gorgeous. I love how it looks, and I really liked their work. I plan to use them for windows soon

They were great. We looked at a couple of other window manufacturers and we really liked that they had a showroom. We liked the fact that we could go and actually look at the windows. The other companies brought small windows to the house and we liked looking at the actual windows and seeing the different options. We liked seeing the full size window and what it would actually look like in a house. That was a plus for us. The work was great. They normally have one installation crew and they were able to get two crews. They started at 10 am and were done by 3 pm. They were clean and neat. They picked up after themselves. There was some siding that they missed, but I think they didn't see it because it blew into the neighbor's yard. They were funny guys; they just hung out and were hysterical. We have recommended them to other neighbors. The guy that actually measured our windows had done our neighbors windows 15 years ago.

It was about $10,000 for each. They did a great job! Everything has held up well. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were very easy to work with and on time. They did a great job and I would recommend them to others. Compared to other estimates and products, they were affordable and had a quality product.

Everything went well. There was 1 broken window and the salesman replaced it after it was received.

The salesman gave us the estimate in November, Mick measured the windows in December and the windows were installed in January. It was all done in one day and they reinstalled my mini-blinds also.
