Mr Window Inc

It was pretty good overall. I am pretty picky and it took us some time to decide to purchase from them and I did appreciate their patience with me. We had a little confusion on one item during the installation and the Owner, I could tell was having a rough day when I called. I didn't like everything he said to me but he did take care of me and my family. The installers did a good job. I would recommend them.

They did a wonderful job! I am very happy with the quality of the windows. I have used them several times and plan to continue to, when necessary.

It went very well. They got the window in a hurry so it could be installed before I had a party at our home. I was very appreciative. The installers are very nice and do their jobs well. Mick is a great salesman and always makes sure we were pleased.

This is a great company to work with. The sales and administrative staff were very professional and responsive. The owner of the company is hands on. He came out personally to measure for my windows. The sale rep came back out as my windows were being installed to make sure things were going okay. The installation staff was among the best that I have experienced. They take great pride in the work that they perform. They were also very professional and friendly. They left my house immaculate upon completion of the installation. I would recommend this company to everyone.

They are great and the windows are wonderful. They are very trustworthy, professional and prompt. The quality of their work is excellent. It?s very easy to get along with them. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

My experience with Mr.Window was top-notch! I worked with Chris (sales call and estimate), Mick Widmeyer (final measurements), Charlie and Larry (installers). Everyone was extremely professional, easy-going, and answered all my questions. The windows I bought, Seaway Encore, are beautiful; the guys did an excellent job with the installation. The job took all day due to the difficulty in removing my old windows but Charlie and Larry stayed good sports the whole time. Chris has checked in a couple of times this past week to make sure everything is going OK. I'm very happy with my experience with Mr. Window - I got a great product and worked with a fantastic bunch of people. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were excellent to work with! They have a professional staff and are friendly. They cleaned up their mess. They communicated well with me.

The gentalman (salesman) was very professional. He followed through all the steps. He even stopped by when the work was done. We are very impressed. Very good service. We will use them again in the future.

The installers arrived on time and installed the windows in a timely manner. Very courteous. Answered my questions satisfactorily. Took less than a day to install. They forgot to do the trim on one window but I noticed it immediately after they left, called them, and they came right back and finished the window. I have always found them to be most responsive in answering phone calls and questions. This is the second time we have purchased windows from Mr. Window Inc. and we will do so again in the future.

We met with sales consultant Mike Sullivan at Mr. Window's showroom. We came into the process thinking we would install wood windows, but Mike took the time to show us the various options and the advantages/disadvantages of each. We eventually settled on vinyl windows and were impressed how much they resembled our original wood windows. We researched other window companies and weren't impressed with the design of the windows they offered. Mike explained all design, quality, craftsmanship and efficiency features of the windows. Mr. Window ended up installing our windows earlier than the planned date, and they completed all work in a single day. The windows were installed without any need for replacing or repairing interior trim. They did an excellent job! With the new windows facing the west and subjected to the hot, setting sun, we've already noticed that our house is a lot cooler with the new windows. We even turned UP the thermostat a degree this summer! We'll be using Mr. Window again when we replace the windows on the front of our house.

We are pleased w/the window overall, but there are issues that lack attention to detail. The install took longer than projected & the team was clearly ready to finish up & leave. Some concerns are regarding messy & dirty exterior caulking, one brace missing caulk on one side, cosmetic damage on the braces, a dent in the middle of the oak seatboard, & textured coil trim instead of smooth to match the rest. One serious concern is that there is a leak that may be related a plugged weep hole...or not. To their credit, the owner contacted me promptly regarding my concerns & readily offered to correct them. However, now two weeks after the install, no visit has been made to inspect for the leak or fix the small items above as I'm told they have been too busy. We have rescheduled a service call that was canceled by them today, so I assume that the problems will eventually be addressed. After such an impressive start (reasonable quote, timely install, & great communication) this delayed follow-up is disappointing, esp for something as serious as a leak. I would have preferred to wait until the problems had been resolved before posting my review, but I understand that I only have 2 wks from install to be eligible for the extra year of extended warranty labor, so am reviewing what has transpired so far.

Mr. Window was very professional - start to finish. They worked with us through a couple of changes in design, color and material, then waited until the homeowners association gave us their stamp of approval. We finally selected vinyl windows, white inside and out, with aluminum trim colored to match the house. The windows arrived a couple of weeks later and install was done in three days with the third day being touch up and install of a door. A lot of our windows had rot issues, either on the sill or in the window itself. Mr. Window did full tear outs where needed. They cut out all water damaged sills, inserted replacement wood and then covered the new sill with rot proof aluminum. They did all clean up and haul away of old windows, doing a very thorough job - almost no sign that they were ever there! They were very respectful of landscaping - all bedding plants were uncrushed even while moving large (4 foot by 5 foot) windows. The installers were pleasant to work with and have been with Mr. Window for many years - lots of experience made for a smooth install. Thanks guys! I love my new windows and would definitely use Mr. Window again.

Company is very easy to work with. Professional sales personnel. Polite and hardworking installation crew. This is the third time I've had Mr. Window do work at my home.

Considering the confusion on both ends to start, I think everything was great. A mistake was made, that was then corrected. We have a great new front door, and plan on asking Mr. Window to quote replacing our windows in the future.

We shopped several different companies and found the price from Mr Window to be very competative. The windows seem to be of high quality, the work was performed quickly (it took only one day to complete the windows). He did not charge us labor for replacing the shutters on the 2nd floor, which had not been a part of the original contract. The men who performed the work were friendly and professional.

I would like to start off on a positive note. The salesman, Michael was a very kind young man. He was brief, upfront, and knowledgeable. Tim, the installer, was a hard-working man. He worked non-stop to get my windows in and out. The job he did was exceptional. Unfortunatly, one of my windows had a break in the lift bar. My father noticed, when he came to see the windows and suggested I call right away to get it replaced due to a sharp edge. I contacted Mr. Widmeyer, who is the president of the company, and left a voicemail. He called back the next day, apologized and said he would replace in a couple of weeks. 4 weeks and 5 days later I called because I still hadn't heard anything. Michael called the next day and said my window was in and he would bring it the next day. This window too, was broken. He apologized and said I would have another window in about a week. When I didn't hear from the company I left another voicemail with Mr. Widmeyer. He returned my call the same day. I had the phone on speaker phone while I was in the car with my daughter. I was flabbergasted at how rude he was during the call. My daughter and I felt as though he were calling me a liar. He said it only took 3 weeks for the first replacement and that Michael didn't say 1 week. He also said it wasn't an emergency. He said he wouldn't forget about me and would have the manufacturer deliver it this time. I did not care for the tone of Mr. Widmeyer. I will use or recommend this company to anyone. I feel sorry for Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Funkhouser, who did a fine job and represented their company, and themselves with pride and dignity. I am looking forward to hearing from the manufactures of my windows.

They were very efficient, clean up was wonderful, the men were all gentlemen and I just appreciated their service.

It has started fine, but the finish is yet to come. Will keep you informed.

Everything went perfect! The installers Mike & Mike were very professional from start to finish! The new frame and door looks great. The salesman Michael Sullivan even stopped by to see how things were going with the install which lets me know not only is Mr. Window, Inc. interested in selling doors, but also is very interested in customer satisfaction. Excellent job Mr. Window, Inc.!!

I can't fully describe how happy we are with the experience with Mr. Window. We had 3 of the top companies on Angie's list come out and give estimates. Mr. Window gave the best quote that would help give us the maximum federal tax credit for these windows. The windows came in about 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and the job was not an easy one for the installers. We had 15 steel windows to be replaced in our 1951 Cape Cod style house. The windows had to be cut out with a reciprocating saw, but the installers did a wonderful job! If any bits of plaster were knocked out they quickly fixed the problem. The windows are absolutely fantastic, and we immediately noticed our house was much cooler. One side benefit we never realized was how much quieter it is in our house now. The windows do a great job of muffling outside noises that were a distraction before. The installers finished the job in 2 days, just like they quoted, even though they had to work from 9am to 9pm on the second day. They finished the job perfectly, and I would recommend Mr. Window to any and everyone that asks for help with windows. We truly could not be happier with the company.

I first visited Mr Window's web site and office so I could get an idea of the items they provided since I have never purchased these items before. Sales person Chris Pasa was wonderful because he made suggestions and was professional but was not pushie. He came to my home took measurements. took my deposit and explained the next couple of steps that would take place. Mick Widmeyer set up an apointment to come out and verify the measurements, the order and made another suggestion that I liked about the type of deadbolt for the door. My items came in two weeks eary and they called to see if I wanted to have them installed or wait for the orginal quoted date. I jumped at having them installed early. Initially there was a problem with the installers having a part that made them late but the company called to advised me that they would be late. Mike and Kevin came out to do the installitaion and started but saying they were sorry for the problem. Their being late didn't bother me since I was called and they said they were sorry. Mike was the senior installer and really was great! He expalined was they were going to do and when my border around the door was going to cause a problem he came up with a wonderful solution that didnt' cost me extra. On a hot day with rain in the forcast these two guys worked with out stopping to be sure that my work was completed before the storm. I have had a lot of work done to my home over the last year. This work was the most enjoyable, easiest and the best completed work. This company is GREAT and If you don't use them, you are nuts.

I asked for an estimate to repair or replace a kitchen window, double casement with rounded window on top. I was told the entire window needed to be replaced, there was no other way to fix it. They estimated a price of over $4000.00 Mark Fadely, with Fadely Home Design, came up with a much more creative and cost effective way to replace the window, using Pella windows for around $1500.00 Mark has earned my business on this one.
