They had terrible customer service. They said they would get back to us; however, we did not hear anything from them.

Given all of the positive comments on Angies List, I had high expectations. The experience was disappointing. I would give the initial installer a grade of C. The person (Mike) who came out to correct all of the installation errors would get a grade of A. He was able to work some magic. I averaged the two and gave an overall grade of B.

I had researched window replacement companies on Angie's list and was impressed with all the great comments on Mr. Windows. I called and asked for someone to come out and look at my windows and to give me options and prices. I was able to get an appointment in a few days with Mr. Chris Pas, who arrived promptly, showed me various options they offered, and answered many questions. He then did a first measuring, and was able to email me a quote by the next morning. After a few days, I decided to proceed, and was then given an appointment for 'ordering measurement' with the company owner, Mr. Mick Widmeyer. I appreciated his experience in this critical step, as I can't imagine the difficulty if there was any error with the size. He further explained the process, and how long it would take for my windows to be manufactured and then installed. I was told it wold take about 6 weeks to be ready for installation; however it was about 4 weeks when Mr. Windows called and worked with me to choose a time that was convenient for me. The crews were on time, and progress was made. It turns out that my previous windows were 'over-installed' and literally had to be cut out. Despite the obvious difficulty, there was only superficial damage to the surrounding walls, which the installers repaired. I had expected to need to touch up the paint a bit, so this was not a surprise to me. And despite the difficulty in removal, the windows installation crew finished in two days, exactly as predicted. The workers respected my property, were prompt and polite, and didn't hesitate to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. The doors were replaced by a different crew, and they did an excellent job, though there was a mix-up at the factory, and one of the doors was delivered opening to the wrong side. Mr. Windows solved that problem. In all, I was very pleased with my installation. I enjoy looking out the clear glass, love being able to clean both the upper and lower outside panes from the inside, and can really notice that it is quieter, as these windows really help cut down the sound. I am looking forward to the energy advantage this winter. The final price was exactly that quoted, and I would not hesitate to use Mr. Windows again, though I expect these windows to last a very long time.

This is the third time I have used this company. My experience has always been good from estimate to completion of the job. They removed window treatments for me and put them back up after work completed. They cover floor under windows involved with tarps and also vacuum after job finished . They are respectful of you and your property. Charlie and Jason were the installers and they definitely did an excellent job. They even made sure that their hands were clean before handling those new white windows! This is labor intensive work and they stuck right with it and finished in one day. Cleanup inside and out of the house was good.

Things went pretty well. They were running a few minutes behind on the first day but the called and gave me notice which was fine. I was reading different reports on various windows online and just decided to go to the showroom and check things out. I chose the Seaway windows and I am very happy to this point. Chris was easy to work with, no pressure, and we were able to agree on the price.

They were very thorough, they were particular about getting good measurements, and they did a really good job with the replacements. I have a lot of flowerbeds around my house and they were careful about not trampling my flowers. They got everything replaced and redone in a day and a half; maybe that?s normal but I was really pleased. They replaced them all the first day and they wrapped them and did the finishing work for half a day on the second day. They were very professional and they did a nice job. He followed up but he wasn?t pushy.

We wanted to install Pella energy efficient sliders and only sought quotes from qualified Pella installers to replace the 3 sets of sliding doors in our basement. The existing ones were original to the home and had deteriorated due to wood rot and water damage and were not very energy efficient. Mick came out and took very detailed measurements of the 3 doors. As the existing doors were original to the home, the replacement ones would have to tweaked to fit the openings. I was very concerned about the interior trim and flooring being damaged when the old ones were removed and Mick assured me that the interior trim would not have to be removed at all (not what the other companies said and even one company asked if we had replacement tiles in case they broke some in dismantling the door casings). Mick also had his Pella rep come out who verified all the measurements again and assisted us in making the final selection of the type of doors to be reinstalled. Mick explained what type of doors qualified for the tax credit. We were provided an install date and time. The guys showed up as scheduled and proceeded to remove and replace the doors. They were very careful when removing the old doors and there was no damage to any part of the interior walls, trim, paint or flooring (slate tile and also carpeting). They installed the new units, provided operating instructions and thoroughly cleaned up all work debris and items. The whole job from start to finish took about 4 hours total. Mike, Mike and Patrick were the installers and I can't say enough about their professionalism and workmanship. Mick checked in with us and we are very satisfied with the end product. Not only do we have 3 new sliding doors, but they are energy efficient and qualify for the tax credit. Would recommend them to anyone considering replacement doors and windows and most likely will be using them again to replace some casement windows in the house.

They did just fine. We thought it would be difficult but they had all the right equipment and completed the job promptly, just as they said they would.

I had Mr. Window Inc do an estimate for me back in September. I was already very pleased back then. Due to some unforseen circumstances I was not able to get the work done back in 2010. We moved the work into February 2011. I can't say enough about the quality of the workmanship, professionalism and team that performs the actual work. Initially the plan was to replace all of the windows but when Mick Widmeyer came by to measure the windows he immediately advised against replacing a large half round because it didn't need it. As a customer I can appreciate a business that is interested in doing the right thing and not taking your money and running with it. It's what the American economy and way is built on. I can only recommend this company to anyone that wants to replace windows. No muss, no fuss, the guys come in do their job. They work clean. the place does not look like a DMZ when they leave. Anyone who wants quality workmanship, professionalism and a company that cares about their customer....go with Mr. Window Inc!!!

The crew arrived on time and work during a very hot and humid period. They worked from 8 am to dark as long as it did not rain. The removed the old siding and hauled it away on the first day. No dumpster in the driveway! The crew was very polite and asked to trim the bushes away from the house so that their work was a little easier. One evening about 9:15 I asked them to stop working as I needed to get my daughter to bed, they immediately stopped and cleaned up. They did not realize that we had arrived home. All crew members spoke English as a first language so it was easy to communicate with them. I gave them a garage door opener so that they would have access to some shade and a refrigerator to store their lunches and drinks. They requested that I lock the door leading into the house when I was not home. Excellent workman! The siding is wonderful.

I called the salesman, Chris, who sold me windows before because he was quick to get quotes to me. He again showed outstanding customer service in giving me options for my LR windows, got a quote to me quickly and even met with me at the showroom to show me some examples. Mick came and did the final measurements. He said it would be the end of August before the windows were in. On about September 1, the windows came in and we scheduled the installation for September 9 at 1 p.m. At 1:15 I received a call explaining that the workmen were running late due to the installation they had that morning that had taken longer than anticipated. They arrived about 2 p.m. and immediately began installing the windows. They got done about 4:15 and cleaned up thoroughly. I will continue to use this company. They have done two other jobs for me and have been very responsive and professional. I love my new windows!

They told us that the framing was in excellent condition. He suggested that we just leave them alone and we didn't need their services. I thought this said a great deal about the integrity of this company.

The project went great. Everything looked wonderful expect on the inside. It was a mobile home so they didn't finish off the insides edges with trim. This left a small gap around the windows. I spoke to the owner and he said they would be glad to come back out and put up trim. They came back and added the trim and now it looks wonderful. I am very happy with the job. Also, I told them I was worried about people seeing in the bathroom so they changed out the clear glass for a frosted glass at no extra charge.

Overall it couldn't have gone better. Thanks to Mick and his employees.

I was very pleased with the service and responsiveness to my questions and concerns.

We chose them because of 1. Angies list reports 2. sought our business, willing to negotiate on the price 3. had the better trim color. Our Experience with the Mr. Window installers was very good. They were punctual and professional, and finished the job in the time period they stated. We would recommend them again.

Overall it was a good experience. Replaced old wood door with new fiberglass door that goes onto our deck. The installation took around 3-4hours. Longer than expected but happy it was them instead of me trying to fit in the new door. After install was done the door didn't close quite right and they installed wrong handle. They ordered the wrong handle by mistake and had to wait a week or so for correct handle. Mr. Window fixed door and didn't charge us until the correct handle was in and installed. I appreciated that policy since I was concerned they would want payment and I would never hear from them again about the right handle.

It went great. This is the 2nd time I have used Mr. Window, so I knew that I could expect professionalism and quality workmanship.

Great service reps and sales experience. Left one small part of job for me to do without explaining in advance it would be my responsibilty. Namely staining the portions of the woodwork left bare by the removal of the original windows.

They were excellent and I have been very happy with it.

Our old patio doors were rotting out. I contacted Mr Window. Mick Widmeyer, the president and owner came out to give us a bid. He was professional and I was impressed that he did his own bids. We contracted with him to replace the two patio door. They were done on schedule. I was happy with there work

Our experience was an excellent one from the first visit of sales consultant Chris to the installation of products. Chris went over the products and options I could choose from, explaining each in detail. After my selection, he took the initial measurements. About a week later, the owner, Mick, came and took the final measurements and explained in detail what they would be doing and what they would supply when installing. About four weeks later (which was sooner than estimated) they called to schedule installing date. They installed the following day of the call. The installers could not get here at the time scheduled, but they called to let me know, and they arrived within the hour of scheduled time. The installers were all professional looking in appearance, demeanor and installation process. They were very nice and answered our questions politely and when finished installing went over the proper use of the windows and door, showing us how they worked. Overall a great job. Showed up on time for estimate, ordered windows and then they came in after a few weeks. Mr. Window called to set up a time for the installation. We had to change the first appt. but it was no problem. We reset the installation time and the windows were installed in half a day. The area was cleaned up to our satisfaction. A very nice job.
