Went well. Was much less intrusive than I thought. Clean up fine. Windows look good.

Mr. Window was really good. They were up front and everything was what they said it would be. They charged us what they said they would and they took their boots off to avoid dragging in snow. I cannot think of anything negative to say. It was not that big of a deal but I paid $100 more than from another company.

Really a professional job from beginning to end. It could not have gone better.

We received a quote that was competitive with other offers we received but decided to go with Mr. Window based on the fact that they use their own installers (not sub-contractors). The installation could not have gone any better. They quoted us for a two-day installation. They removed and installed all windows in one day (impressive for 2 guys), then came back on the second day to complete the finish work and trim. They took down all window treatments and put them back up which was also a BIG plus as another company would have required us to do that ourselves. The installers cleaned up VERY well and you couldn't even tell they were in our home. The finish work (ie. caulking and trim) looks amazing. After the installation there were a few small issues with the trim on the outside of our home, but they were very quick to have somone out to correct it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Window!

I was very, very satisfied. The sales presentation was very thorough and they explained about what they would do and the costs. The service individuals who did the work were very polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. The pricing seemed like a fair one. They were very good with their scheduling and stayed with it.

We spent about $13000 or $15000 on that work. The job overall went awesome. They were amazing and we would highly recommend them to others. The salesman Mike Sullivan was awesome and he came in here and brought us a sample. He worked with us and he was very accommodating. He even went to a hardware store to get us a storm door and he picked it up and brought it over, and he was awesome to work with. The guys who did the installation were very professional, on time and worked continuously the all day and got it completed in a relatively short amount of time. Their pricing was comparable with everyone else we got an estimate from. They are going to do our patio door this summer.

They did a fine job. I've used them before and have liked them so I used them again. Their customer service is very good and they contact you letting you know when they're coming and they show up on time. They are good at making sure you understand everything. For any problems that might occur, they are quick to come right out to fix them. They are also very neat and are good with their clean up. With this company, you might pay a little more, but they make up for it with excellent customer service which makes it worth it.

The soffetts, trim and siding was done in September 2010. The front and side entry doors were installed in October. The initial storm door did not fit. The second storm door was installed in late November. At that point, we notified Mr. Windows that the new front door frame was slightly smaller than the original one. As a result, the trim around the door needed to be reworked. This was completed in January. The project took longer that we anticipated. However, it reflects more on the door suppliers than on Mr. Windows. Mr. Widmeyer visited on several occasions and was helpful in the successful completion of the project.

Workman were prompt, courteous and worked efficiently in cold weather and finished in under 3 hrs. The salesman came before completion to check on our satisfaction and the installation. We had replacement windows installed a few years ago to our complete satisfaction so we are well acquainted with this company and have no reservations in recommending them.

Overall, the experience was very good. The approximate cost included all new pro-lined windows in the entire home. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work. The technicians were always prompt and courteous, as well as professional. During this process, they were respectful & kept my home tidy, which I appreciated. I had a bathroom window that was over a tub, which is in a difficult spot, and they did an excellent job with that. I am very satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend this company to others.

It went well, with the weather being a factor they rescheduled once but overall it was understood. They came out on the day expected, were very professional and speedy and completed job in day and a half.

Overall they did a great job. They even squeezed me in through inclement weather. My main concern was that they were an hr and a half late showing up. BUT indeed they got my window installed before I had to leave at noon. They did a great job on the install too.

Determining the product to acquire, selection of the company, and installation was very professional. We did have a miscommunication concerning the timing of the installation. We verbally committed to a date, but scheduled a date a week later. After arranging travel plans, boarding of the dogs, based on the verbal discussion we learned that we were scheduled for the date that was on the order versus what we discussed. We had to rearrnage our schedules, to accomodate a new date. I assume that with the tax energy credit expiring, the amount of work scheduled by Mr. Window was significant and our verbal discussion was lost in the scheduling process. Despite the inconvenience, I would recommend and use Mr. Window in the future.

From the owner to every other individual involved in installing the windows, they were absolutely professional, courteous and kind. Everything you could ask for in a company. The company representative, Chris, was delightful. The president, Mr Widmeyer, was, too. He came by at least twice to check everything. Everyone was just fantastic, including the workers who put in the windows.

Overall, I would give Mr. Window an A-. The window experience was fantastic and flawless. The windows arrived before the doors and the owner (Mick) called and said he would have his guys install them right away and I wouldn't have to pay the balance until later when the doors arrived and were installed. This was a very nice thing to do, and in the dog days of summer it was appreciated because I could start saving energy right away. The window installers arrived on-time and they were professional and courteous. They were also extremely fast. The trim work after installing the windows almost took more time than installing the windows themselves. When the guys were done, I had great looking windows. There was not a speck of trash or debris around the house where they were working. I really liked the fact that Mr. Window uses color-matching aluminum trim coil around the windows, rather than just a generic white vinyl. I was able to match this almost identical to the color of the soffit and little bit of siding I have on my house. It really helps to reduce the problem of vinyl windows showing too much white. It looks great! The price was not the cheapest, but I negotiated a little and grew the order by throwing in the doors and what I got a good value with a solid installation (installation was my biggest concern with the cheapo guys). Now for the doors..........this was a little different experience. I had high hopes because the installers were the same, plus they brought a 3rd guy. This time, they showed up an hour later than quoted to me on the phone. The work went swiftly, but after they left I noticed several issues. I had to leave right at the time that they left so I could not do an in-depth inspection before they left. On the front door, they scraped my siding a bit right above the door and did a bad job caulking around the doorbell. The door must have settled a bit because the next day I could not lock the deadbolt without pulling up on the door. On the back door, it closed fine and the deadbolt locked, but one day I inadvertently pushed on it from the outside when the deadbolt wasn't locked and the door popped right open. Without being deadbolted, the door would just barely latch closed, so any kind of pressure against it would cause it to open. I also noticed air gaps down in the bottom corner. There was debris left in my driveway, including a nail. I called Mr. Window to setup a service call to fix these issues. They redeemed themselves because the guy who came out really did an excellent job shoring up all the issues and even proactively did a few more things. In just an hour, he fixed everything up and it's working great now. The service call experience was much more in line with my first experience from Mr. Window to install my windows. So, in summary, I would absolutely recommend them for windows. For doors, I might consider going elsewhere if you have a good referral. Windows = A++ Doors = B- Total: A-

I couldn't be happier. The window selection is great and the terms are convenient. Mick, the owner, came out several times to check the work and his staff are professional, friendly and tidy. The windows are beautiful and I have a great service warranty. I highly reccommend Mr. Window.

Friendly salesman Michael Sullivan carefully explained the features of their product and wrote the order. Their estimate was a little higher than another company that I interviewed but the presentation was superior and therefore inspired more confidence. Owner Mick Widmeyer did the final measurements. The two-man crew was brisk and professional. They cleaned up everything afterwards. It's so nice to have snug windows that operate smoothly again!

Working with Mr Window company and all of their representatives, especially Chris, is always such a pleasure. This is my 5th time to work them. They always arrive on time, provide competitive bids and do the work on time or early. Once it is complete they will call back to see if there are any issues that surfaced after the fact, and take care of it. They were not the lowest priced bid that I got, but definitely someone that I know will provide a quality service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Windows Company. I used this company 2 years ago to replace most of the windows in my house. I was very happy with the personnel and the quality products that they offered! This time, I needed to replace my living room windows, front door and garage window. Just as he was the first time, Mike Sullivan was exceptionally responsive when I called and I could not be more pleased to have worked with him. He was accommodating, creative, professional - with a great sense of humor - and knowledgable about what I needed to do. All the way from Mick the owner, to Mike, to the installation team, to Charla back at headquarters, they are a great group of folks to do business with. I would recommend them highly and will use them on my last window at some point in the future!

The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable , capable, conscientious and worked expeditiously.

The overall project went very well. We were thankful that the salesman directed us toward windows that matched our interior trim, even though we went from wooden windows to vinyl. We had dreaded replacing our old windows, so had postphoned doing so. Now we are very thankful that we proceeded and that Mr. Window did the work.There was some touch-up work to do after installation, which was completed to our satisfaction within 2 weeks of the installation.

Went well. Salesman called and stopped by after I called the company. He measured the window, gave me an immediate estimate. I signed the paperwork and paid nothing. Owner came out another date to double-check measurement. Another day, earlier than expected, 2 other men installed the window without any problems. Then I paid.
