Overall, the service was very good, and I would recommend Mr. Window to others.

The overall results good not have been better. The salesperson, Mike Sullivan, is very professional and knowledgeable and was very helpful in providing us with options to improve the view. The installers, Mike Louden and Mike Allison, were also very professional and friendly. They made the job look so easy. We couldn't be happier with the windows. I would not buy another window from anybody but Mr. Window. I can't see how anyone could go wrong by selecting Mr Window.

The installers were prompt and professional. After a heavy rain storm, I did have to call them to come back a few days later. . Come to find out that they had to open up seep holes for one window. My only complaint would be that they should have checked all seep holes when installing widows.

We had great service from the owner as salesman and from the two man installation crew. The job took 4 1/2 days. The men came each morning at 8am sharp and left the job neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took pains to contain all lead-based paint and to protect our plantings under the windows. The whole job was performed thoughtfully and minimized our household disruptions. Thanks for the great work!

Overall, not a good experience. I felt as if the sales representative only wanted to sell us a product, then was irritated when we didn't buy. We subsequently found another company that can repair our windows at much less expense.

They showed us the window selection in their showroom which allowed us to operate the same windows we would be getting. They also advised us on the the pros and cons of the sliding patio doors which helped our decision making. We were able to schedule at that time for a December install, ahead of the holidays. When the date arrived they were on time and were able to install all 12 windows and the sliding patio in one day. They came back for a part of the next day to caulk and trim. The installers showed us the features of the windows which helped us to see on site how to tilt the panes in for ease of cleaning. Mick Widmeyer (Mr. Window's president) paid a courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and windows and to see if there were any questions he could answer. Great customer service. The windows were not warmer over the winter months but greatly improved the appearance of our house inside and out. We are very glad we chose Mr. Window for this project.

The replacement of our old wood windows with the new windows went very smoothly. The installers were very professional and completed the job in one day.

Depending on the windows the price they quoted us was anywhere from $5600 to $7800. Mike Sullivan came out and he was in constant contact with me wanting to know if I made a decision or if he could help me in anywhere, so he was very helpful. We would tell others to talk to them if they are looking for a similar quote.

The process was very smooth and very easy. The sales presentation was low pressure and when we were ready to start the project it was done on time and without any problems.

In addition to work requested, also corrected locking on an existing window, fixed screen on an existing window and replaced window with seal damage at no cost. Gave suggestions on fixing a sliding glass door problem. They have replaced almost all windows and sliders in our home. We would definitely use them again.

The salesman, Mike Sullivan, came to our home to give us an estimate. He measured the windows, showed us a sample, explained what the job would entail, and provided a detailed written estimate. The sales pitch was assertive but not aggressive or unpleasant. He was the second window salesman we had seen and was markedly better than the first, but also more than twice the price; in all fairness, the first company seemed suspiciously cheap. He tried to make the case that Seaway windows were better than Alside brand but Mr. Window is the only company selling Seaway windows in the area, so that seemed even more self-serving than you might expect. (Many other local window companies sell Alside windows, which is what we ended up getting.) The sample he showed us was very nice but not $700/window nice, which is where the price started. After an it's-winter discount ($1300), and an I-need-the-sale discount ($200), and an Angie's List discount ($75), we were still looking at $579/window before tax. That was too much for ANY vinyl window as far I could tell. When I called Mike the next day to inquire about the stated Angie's List special, which was only described as a "free upgrade with the purchase of 8 or more windows," he told me the upgrade had already been included; the detail that he described as the upgrade was a standard feature in other windows we considered, and I understood it to be a standard feature in his line of windows too, so I found that explanation lacking. He said he was willing to come down to $575/window if that would clinch the deal. It did not. We chose another provider who installed fantastic windows for 30% less.

They did an excellent job. The quality is great. Very nice, reasonable price. They were so friendly, and great to work with. It was 90 degrees outside they were installing the windows and they worked so hard depsite the heat. Very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

They did a wonderful job. They fixed the drafts that were coming through, and were also very punctual. I am very satisfied with this company.

While we would recommend Mr. Window in the future, this particular project was a little frustrating. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, but there were a lot of little things that cropped up that brought them back out a handful of times. These were mostly minor details that aren't worth going into b/c they didn't necessarily have to do with the quality of the work...but it did necessitate having to schedule several different times for them to come back to the house and take care of the issue. While our experience with this particular project made it hard to give it a "perfect" score, we would still recommend Mr. Window and would try them again for any future work.

We had such a great experience with Mr. Window when we replaced the windows on the back of the house that it was an easy decision to use them again to take care of the front. The quality of the windows and the installation far exceeded our expectations and they look great. Just when we thought it couldn't get better, the windows arrived even earlier the second time around, and despite a difficult installation with two third-story windows in the back, all work was completed in a single day. The workers are friendly and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. We highly recommend Mr. Window!

I found Mr. Window on Angie's List. The serviceman came out and measured the door to be replaced and reviewed the options with me - including prices. I went to Lowes to see what a comparable door would cost installed but besides not having the door I wanted, it would have been even more expensive than Mr. Window. With discounts the work totalled $1234.00. I selected a replacement door but did not like the hardware available in the catalogue and was told I could choose whatever style I wanted and they would order it for me. The owner then came out to do a confirmation measurement. I was told the door would take 3 weeks but it arrived in less than 2 weeks and the owner installed immediately.

He was very informative and very professional. He took his time and truly listened to what I was saying I needed. It went very well. However, I did not use him. He was very expensive.

We are so pleased with the new overall look to our 1965 home and the quality of their products and their work ethics. I would give them a 5 star rating. Mike L. and Mike S. deserve a raise for a job well done. Now I will boast to all our neighbors about this great Company whenever anyone talks about replacing their windows in our old neighborhood.They deserve the 2011 Super Service Award even tho it is only March but with such great standards, they will be following the same pattern the rest of the year.

The process was great we had Bee window come out first and give us a quote but they only showed us on type of window and pressured us to buy it with if you purchase now it will be cheaper. We decided to subscribe to Angie's List and I found Mr. Window with top ratings. We had them come out he showed us a window comparible to Bee's Window but we went with a different model. It was nice to feel like we had options and depending what we chose we could see a variety of quotes.

MR. WINDOW INSTALLERS WERE AT OUR HOUSE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THE TIME IT TOOK TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID. THE CAULKING WAS DONE VERY NEATLY, NO DEBRIS WAS LEFT AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY AIR SEEPING INTO OUR HOUSE AFTER INSTALLATION. WE KNOW THIS IS GOING TO SOUND HORRIBLE, BUT THE WORKERS WERE NOT MEXICAN SO WE COULD COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.

I received excellent service. The technician was courteous, clean, and a nice person.

Installation occurred after Christmas, but before New Year in 2010. Snow was on the ground and the temperature was in the 20's. Two men installed seven windows including a double window and a garden window in one day. Clean-up was very good. Old windows and frames were removed and the inside mess was minimal. The men were professional, polite and efficient as they went about the task.

This is the third set of windows that Mr. Window has replaced for us in the past five years, and have found them to be fair and professional.

The sales person that I spoke to was who I worked with in the past. He came out first and investigated. He was wonderful. He knew exactly what could be done to fix it. He was very knowldegeable in his area. The person that came out to do the work was very nice and personable. He cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. I would tell people the sales person to use. I have interactions with the owner in the past as well. They are very knowledgeable in windows. They do whatever they can to make sure you are a happy customer.

It was great. The gentleman was very courteous, polite, and to the point. I followed his advice and everything resolved itself.
