Sales person nice, not pushy. Installed as promised, no mess left behind. Hauled away debris. One window was damaged. They didn't install it, but reordered. It was promptly installed at a time that was convenient for me.

They did a really good job. They got it done in one day. We have gotten a lot of compliments about the house with the new windows. I have recommended them to others. They were very prompt.

From meeting with the sales person to the installation of the windows, everything went smoothly. The windows arrived earlier than expected and were installed with few or no problems. We had a lot of wood rot to deal with and our installer dealt with this very efficiently. Extra insulation was put in around the windows making them the most efficient windows in our home.

We were impressed with the professional manner of all the Mr. Window people with whom we interacted from the salesman to the owner to the installers. We met the owner because, after the contract is signed, he comes out to personally take all the measurements. He even went out on the roof to make sure he had the precise measurements on our largest window which is in the upstairs master bedroom and has a half round window over the 2 double-hung windows. We initially chose Mr. Window because they use their own employees (not sub-contractors) to do the installation. Also, and very important to us, they were willing to take down and re-hang the decorative shades over the windows. This was particularly important with our large window that has a half-round window above it. There is no way we could have re-hung the fan style shade on the half round. The other company which gave us an estimate was not willing to do that - which would have meant additional expense for us to have a shade company come and re-hang the shades. We were very pleased with the final installation and before it was complete, the salesman came by to make sure that everything was going according to our expectations. We would definitely recommend Mr. Window to our friends and would use them again in we replaced any of our other windows.

It went very well but that was expected since we had used Mr. Window a year ago for a previous project. This time it only took about 3 weeks for the ordered windows to arrive and actually, scheduling took a bit of time since the turnaround was not expected to be that fast! However, two days were set aside for the installation and it only took one day. Only glitch was a frosted lower pane had been ordered for a bathroom window but it came with a clear pane. Mr. Window immediately said they would take care of that. The pane had to be ordered again and the problem was fixed within a month. Since the frosted pane had to be reordered this was really quite a good turnaround again. The windows look great and we are pleased,. This glitch was not a big deal at all. Based on our two experiences with Mr. Window we would highly recommend them for any window needs!

Over all was very good from the time the owner measured to the time the installers arrived and left. The salesman did not describe thoroughly how the outside would look, resulting in a misunderstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.

The salesman came out to measure and show us the products available. It took a while to get an estimate, but that was probably because the manufacturer had to calculate for odd sizes for our old home (1924). Mr. Widmeyer, the president, came out himself to double check the measurements. Once we decided to go with this company and made the downpayment, I received multiple phone calls to let us know progress on the doors' manufacture. Pat, the installer, did a fine job and made a return trip promptly to fix a few issues with the French doors. The salesman came out during installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the results.

Mr. Window has done work for us before and as always everything went great from start to finish. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. We want to commend Company President Mick Widmeyer, Sales Consultant Mike Sullivan, and the three installers, two of which we know by name Mike Louden and Mike Allison for a job well done!! We could not have asked for a better installation crew, all three men did a great job. Please give them a personal thank you from us. Met with Chris Pasa at my home and he was very informative about difference between fiberglass and steel doors. Reviewed catalog with me. Price was great. Door and sidelites came in earlier than projected. Mick called me on a weekend to set up installation. Door was installed in less than 3 hours. Three workman arrived on time and were very efficient and knowledgeable. Workers did great job with cleanup and explanation of door features. Very impressed with follow through of Mick and Chris. Would use them again without any reservation. Love my new door and sidelites.

This is the second window replacement job using Mr. Window. The product and the sale personnel and installer could not have been more professional and skilled. I would not go with any other company.

This is actually our 2nd installation job by Mr. Window. Let me start out by saying that it is easy to give a good review when nothing goes wrong. The chance to truly evaluate a company’s service is when problems arise & how the company addresses those problems. Our first experience with Mr. W was in June 2010 with the installation of a garden window in our office. There were problems which were ultimately resolved in a timely fashion by Mr. W & the manufacturer by replacing the window at no cost to us. Given this positive outcome, we decided to give our business to Mr. W again by replacing all of our double-hung windows plus a patio door in July 2011. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows & patio door, as well as with the installation process, including trim & caulk work. The installation team was courteous & competent & were able to complete the entire job in one very hot, humid day. It was also nice that our repeat business was acknowledged & appreciated by all, having received thank you’s from the owner (Mick), our salesperson (Chris), the installation team, & even the office mgr (Charla). I would highly recommend Mr. Window for any of your window or door needs.

We had decided to replace our windows since they were the original windows in the house (~30 years old), were not energy efficient and were showing significant wear on the outside. We had intended to replace them with wood windows and shopped around a little. We found Mr Window through an internet search and put in a request for a free quote which was performed a few days later by Mike. He took the window measurements and gave us the quote for the wood windows we wanted but also told us about less expensive vinyl windows that were available. He even came in after hours on the weekend (to work around our schedules) to show us some floor models of the windows at the Mr Window office. After some consideration about price and look we actually decided to go with the vinyl windows.After informing him of our decision, Mike came to our house (again to work around our schedules) to sign the contract and put a 30% down payment. A few days later Mick, who is the owner of the company, came to double check our window measurements to make sure they were correct and to explain exactly what kind of work would be performed so we would know what to expect. A few weeks later we got the call to schedule installation. Unfortunately for the crew the installation day was on a record breakingly hot day. They were only able to install half the windows but we completely understood. They came back within a few days to finish the job. The crew was very professional, courteous and helpful during the installation. There were three on the crew and they worked very efficiently even in the sweltering heat. After the job was finished they even put all of our blinds back up. To back up their work there is a 2 year warranty on labor. The window manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty on the windows. Overall we are very satisfied with Mr Window and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I used Mr. Window in 2009 to replace some doors and windows in my old house. They did a great job then and did another great job this time. Mike is always very responsive. They got the door in earlier than anticipated which was very nice. Would definitely use/recommend again...Mike and I are working on finding a front door that will make my husband happy now :)

We could not be more pleased with our new windows and the service we received from Mick Weidmeyer and his staff at Mr. Window. From our first "bumping into each other" at a friends house, who was getting her windows replaced, to the actual installation and completion of our own whole house window replacement, they have been first and foremost non-pushy, courteous, friendly, professional, and tidy. We had original aluminum sliders that were horrible. We literally feel like we have a new home, the windows have made that big a difference. We immediately noticed the house was much quieter too. We couldn't hear every car that went by, and we live on a busy street. The installation crew had our entire house done in half a day, in which I was home to observe the whole process. They happily answered my many questions, welcomed a final inspection walk upon completion, and readily agreed that one between-glass window grid looked slightly crooked and are ordering a replacement from the manufacturer. I would absolutely recommend them whole heartedly.

I had dealt with Mick several times prior with good results. He came to the residence as requested, made several good suggestions we had not thought of, took measurements and provided a detailed estimate. We placed an order the next day. The windows arrived earlier than the indicated time frame. We scheduled an instillation date, the installer arrived at the appointed time, efficiently installed the items and cleaned up after himself and moved on to the next job. The installer, Pat Hardy is one of the best installation contractors I have ever worked with, plus Mick is one of the best vendors in the area. GOOD JOB GUYS

This is the second time using Mr. Window. We thought we needed a lot of our windows replaced. We called Mr. Window to come out and inspect our windows. The owner Mick came out and after looking the house over, recommended 1 window be replaced due to wood rot, and the patio door be replaced due to age/frame damage. He said the rest of the windows were in good shape and just needed to be painted/sealed to preserve them and make them last longer. It was nice to have Mick educate us instead of blindly selling us windows that weren't needed. Installation was great and took about a day and a half. They cleaned up and aside from the new patio door and window, we never knew they were here.

We had several windows that looked like they needed to be replaced due to rotting sills and sashes. I looked through Angie's list and found Mr. Window. They came out and explained that they had the ability to match all the existing sashes and sills to the exact style as the existing windows. The estimator looked over every window and showed me how to caulk and repaint windows that did not need to be reworked. Then he gave me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I was surprised to find out that they could save all the windows in our entire house for the price of 1 single replacement window. They scheduled the appointment and shoed up right on time. The workers were very professional and took great care to keep our house clean and "bundled up" since it was the middle of winter. They finished the work in 1 day and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Mr. Window to anybody that would like to have their windows brought back to factory new for a fraction of the price of replacements.

We were frustrated because it was a long, drawn out process. When we had contacted the company about the issue and wanted the doors replaced, they were hard to get a hold of. They acted like it was our fault for the problems with the doors we picked when they didn’t give us any recommendations. We finally got our money back from the manufacturer for the staining of the original doors and then the doors replaced but there are still issues with the doors that I am still trying to have fixed. It was a horrible experience and I feel like they didn’t stand behind their work.

I set up and appointment the owner came out to look at my windows and measured. Later an appointment was made with a representative. When the representative came at the appointed time I looked at several options that were available. He was very helpful and I chose the style and color of the windows. I was told the windows would take approximately 6 weeks. The windows were in on the 7th week. The installers did an very good jobe of the installation and answered any questions I had. The installers were quick and and did a thorough job of cleaning up. I give this company an A in all catergories. I would highly recommend this company and I would use Mr. Window Again.

Mike Sullivan came out to make presentation. Very business-like but friendly. Did not try to oversell -- showed us exactly what we were looking for. Windows were received timely. Installers work efficiently and cleaned up their mess. Had a problem with one of the windows and when Mike Sullivan came out to inspect the problem he found some other issues that needed to be addressed. The follow up repair has not occurred yet but so far I am pleased with their product, willingness to address my concerns, and their timely response.

We got quotes from many different window companies. While Mr. Window was not the cheapest we felt they offered a better quality product for what we were looking for. If we had just wanted white vinyl windows interior/exterior we probably would have gone with a cheaper option but since we wanted the exterior frame of the windows to match the exterior of our home we felt that the Lifestyles windows sold by Mr. Window were a better option due to color choice and durability/garuntee of the product. Chris at Mr. Window was very responsive to our questions...researching things for us when needed. He also was NOT high pressure in his tactics unlike another company we received a quote from and we greatly appreciated that. They did an excellent job on installation. I would highly recommend and use this company again.

It went very well. We have an older home and the old windows were over 50 yrs old. The new windows are more economical and are certainly easier to clean. We have wood window frames and a brick home and disliked the idea of white windows, so we chose the color option and were very pleased with the results. The windows should save on utilities as well and we are looking forward to seeing what a difference they make in this regard. We enjoy plants and had two bay windows put in. The bay windows really opened up the rooms and make our house feel like a home. We had one window that wasn't working properly and they came out and fixed it quickly after notification. The only negative in the whole experience is that a couple of emerging hosta plants were trampled in the process. I'm sure if the installers were informed ahead of time to avoid the plants, that this could have been prevented. Overall a good experience and we LOVE the new windows. It was a pricey project, but one that we should have probably done a long time ago. The price was similar to two other companies. We had a basement window that was difficult to remove and deal with...Mr Window installers were patient and did a nice job with this.
