Mr Window Inc

These are triple-paned windows that 100% better than the ones we had. They are the most professional group I've ever had work for me on anything. They were true gentlemen. They came out and did the actual work. One was named Charles Wilder and the other one was Jason Thomas. I've never had a company group like that ever come out. They explained exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it and when they were going to do it. They showed up exactly on time. We had one of the old windows that had dropped out and broken. They came in and fixed that window enough be water proof and looked the same way that the other ones did until they could get the other windows built and shipped in and put in. They did that without charge. That was a pretty good service. They were out here within just hours. After they took the order out, they gave me a date of two weeks out that they would have this job completed and they had it done on that day. The windows make tiles look a lot better. They were here at 8 and they didn't leave here until 5:30. When they left, there wasn't a scrap of trash anywhere in the yard. I kinda watched in amazement because I've had a lot of work done and most of them have done good work, but these guys were extraordinary.

We have used Mr. Window before and hired him to finish a project we chose to do in segments over several years. We had had a DIFFERENT contractor install windows elsewhere in the house at the beginning of this project and were very frustrated with his service, but Mr. Window is great and has done a great job each time we have used him. The salesman (Mike Sullivan) and all the crew are courteous and on punctual. The job was scheduled and done promptly and without a callback or a need to have anything corrected. The crew was very neat and kept the mess out of the house and they cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. The finished job is very nice.

Ownwe Mike Widmeyer accompanied his salesman to personally double-check the measurements. They suggested a different design to replace a difficult to raise window over the kitchen sink. The new windows arrived about a month after ordering. They were all installed within two hours by a careful and friendly technician who also removed the remains of the old windows.

Very well. There was a problem with fitting the deadbolt lock we had into the new door because the opening was a different size, but Mr. Window found replacement hardware promptly. The door and the installation work are very high quality. The people at Mr. Window are also very responsive.

The integrity of the original windows installed in our home was failing. The sales rep at Mr Window Inc was very experienced and knowledgeable. He came out to our home to assess what we needed and then we met with him in the showroom to review his recommendations and learn more about the types of windows available. We wanted to install a high quality window that was energy efficient and we wanted something that would last for the lifetime of our home. The neighborhood association had to also approve our selection and choosing professionally installed Pella Architect Series made their approval easy to obtain. Given the size of the job, it took about 10 days to replace every window in our home. The installation went very well and the workers were very experienced, professional, friendly, clean and prompt. They took time to answer any questions we had as they went and they enjoyed doing their work. We could tell they took pride in what they did. That is our overall impression of Mr Window Inc. Both the owner and the sales rep came out to inspect the wok as it was on going. Their main goal was to make sure we were satisfied and they took pride in the work they were doing. Finally, the Pella Window rep who came out to measure all of our windows was also very knowledgeable and professional. The windows were custom manufactured just for our home. The Pella technical support was very helpful when I called them about questions regarding the window warranty and painting requirements. One Awning style window came with a slight defect, a scratch in the glass, and Pella agreed to replace it immediately without question. So, overall, we are very pleased both with Mr Window Inc and Pella Windows and we would recommend them to anyone needing replacement windows in their home.

My phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Installers were on time and polite. After window was installed they walked me their what the did and how to operate the new window.

Initially, Mike came to our house to get rough estimates of the window sizes. When we were ready for a more accurate quote my husband and I went to Mr. Windows showroom. There Mike went over the options and his recommendation based on what we said we wanted. His estimate came in at the mid-point of other estimates we had gotten. The product was of the quality we wanted, without overbuilding our working-class neighborhood. He left us with a detailed contract to sign, including an estimate of the date for installation. We were not pressured to purchase that day, nor did we feel overly pressured to buy, and we appreciated that. Originally we were told it would take about 6 weeks for the windows to be made and delivered. It turned out to be about 4 weeks. Mick called to schedule installation. He thought it would take one full day, maybe part of a second day. It turned out to take nearly two full days. The two men who came to install the windows were professional, and seemed skilled and knowledgable about the installation. Our old house gave them a few hurdles, which they overcame without too much trouble. They laid down canvas and plastic to protect our floors and furniture, and were careful of our belongings. They repaired the few nicks created in the window openings, and offered to paint the patches. They even took down and re-installed the blinds that were on each window. They cleaned up after themselves, both inside and out. I'm very happy with the windows' appearance, inside and out, and with thier function! No more drafty windows, stuck windows, or broken screens!

The job took only one and a half days from start to finish. They only problem I had was with the smell of the lacquer thinnr they used. I have a very sensitive nose. But that only lasted for a short time.

The service was very good. The men arrived when they were supposed to. They started their job, there were several men, each had a job to do and they did it. They were very professional. When the windows were installed, they cleaned up the areas where they had worked. I would and have recommended Mr. Window Inc. to my neighbors .The next time we need work done we will definitely call Mr . Window Inc. again

I called Mr. Window and a few others to get a quote. Mr. Window's price (for what I wanted done) was the best. Picking out an entry door is not as easy as you might think. There are dozens of door styles along with different types glass in all different shapes and sizes that may or may not work with what you have. Mr. Window was very helpful and helped to keep it simple. After picking the style and glass we wanted it took about six weeks for the door to arrive. The installation took only 4 hours. The installers were friendly and on time. Overall, very happy with Mr. Window and our new door.

Fast, professional - love the windows! Unfortunately left several pieces of hardware from old windows in the yard.

A visit by representative resulted in a quote 3 days later. The windows were ordered and arrived 3 weeks later. The installation was scheduled for the following week and performed expertly in a single day. Very happy, and I will use Mr. Window again.

I was pleased with Mr. Window overall. The staff was very friendly, yet professional. Everything happened just as they said it would initially. I noticed a defect in one of the windows and a scratch on one of the sashes after installation. I called their office immediately and was reassured that they would take care of the issue. A new window was ordered. Unfortunately, when the sales person brought the replacement out, it did not have the lock on the window. The sales person said they would have to reorder the window. So I waited for a month or more to check on it, as the initial order took about a month to come in. When i called, I found out that the window didn't need to be reordered. The sales person hadn't returned the window to the office. An installer just needed to transfer the lock from the defective window to the replacement window. Once that misunderstanding was cleared up, an appointment was made to transfer the lock. The installer did a great job.

We called Mr. Window for an estimate on replacing all the windows (double casements) in our house for the following reasons? 1) Good Angie's List rating/reviews 2) Recommendation of a neighbor 3) They sell Pella windows My husband called to make an appointment for an estimate and a man (cannot remember his name now) answered. I was listening to the conversation. My husband made it clear that we wanted to replace ALL the windows in our house. He requested an appointment time, asking if a Saturday appointment would be available as it would be most convenient for us since we both work. The man simply stated that Saturday was not possible because he "had other plans". That is certainly understandable, but that was ALL he said. He didn't make a suggestion for another appointment time or if anyone else might be available? or anything. So, after a pause my husband asked if the following Monday might be a possibility. He said he didn't know, he'd have to check his calendar which was not available to him at that time. Again, that was all. He didn't ask to take our name and number and return our call after he could check his calendar. He didn't even ask if we could call back at some later time. My husband asked some other question about appointments and again the man simply seemed disinterested and his attention was completely elsewhere. Needless to say my husband hung up and I immediately crossed the company name off my list. I was so completely astonished at the total lack of customer service that I actually went to their website and provided feedback on this particular person by name. I never heard anything back from the company!

Mr. Window replaced two storm doors on our house. Its product, a Pella door, is very high quality. Its employees (and the owner) take extra care in making sure the measurements are correct, and they do an excellent and careful installation job.

The experience was very pleasant. All individuals whom I intacted with during the process exhibited high degree of professionalunam, from the sale representative to office lady and from the owner to the field technicians who acturally did the job. The schedule was delayed a couple of times due to weather related issues, but was promptly rescheduled. The price was competitive and the staff was competent. I was happy with the work and will be happy to use them again in the future.

Mr. Window did a fine job. They were helpful. The workman who installed the windows was pleasant and efficient.

From the beginning this has been a smooth and pleasant experience. Mike Sullivan, the sales rep, was informative and professional. All appointment times were punctual, estimates were easily understood, and all questions were answered quickly. The installers arrived on time and well prepared. Their work was finished in the time frame estimated and well done. They are employees of this company and have much experience. It was a cold and snowy day but they had the windows in and out quickly. They reinstalled all our shades, making adjustments for new windows where necessary, finished insides, caulked and left everything clean. Excellent experience. We are happy with the quality and new look of our windows and looking forward to having the rest done. Thanks so much!

Best company I have ever dealt with in regard to home improviement. Sales man answered my call and scheduled appointment. He arrived exactly on time. He educated us about windows and sold us the best product for our needs. He did not try to sell us a product that wouldn't get us a return on our investment in regard to energy efficency or resale. I then visited the showroom and our sales person made sure he was there to greet me in person. Once we commited to the purchase, they were back out for the official measurments at the exact time they scheduled. Can't wait for for the windows to be installed! I have every confidense based on my experience to date that things will go perfectly!

They did a great job showing us our options and giving us estimates. Once we decided they came out to double check all the sizes and ordered the door. Once it arrive they came out and very efficiently removed the old door and put up the new door and side windows. They insulated it well and it looks beautiful. Once the alarm company came out to reattached the alarm, Mr Window came out to put on the finishing touches. It is a beautiful door which is very sturdy and well constructed. I am sure it will be much warmer this winter!

Amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the sales representative, Michael, to the installation crew- our interaction with this company was excellent. Everyone was professional, kind, considerate, family friendly and very clean. The installation crew made window replacement look easy. Our home looks updated and is more energy efficient. We recommend Mr. Window to anyone looking for new windows!!

The bid was competitive. The ordering process was as described and the windows were installed on time as promised. The installers were very professional and did a superb job.

I was very pleased with the service provided from Mr. Window. I had confidence in the salesperson as well as the installation crew that completed the work. The salesman met us at our house and reviewed our options and gave us an estimate on the windows. The price was higher than some of the other quotes we received, but in the end we had more confidence, and liked these windows better than some of the other options. We also made a visit to the showroom to look at the windows in person and further view our options. The installation crew was very courteous and efficient in doing their job. The first day they came was rained out, but they came the following day to finish the job. They completed all the work in about 6 hours and left everything in great shape. I plan to use Mr Window again in the future for any new projects.
