We were very pleased with the work, windows, quality and the installation. These windows resemble the old windows we had that were almost 150 years old. Chris was the sales rep and he was on time, very professional and the windows delivered and installed on time.

The experience with the salesperson Michael Sullivan was terrific. He was prompt, professional and responsive. The door itself (Sunrise was the manufacturer ) is very nice and we are satisfied with its performance. Two issues we had both occured during installation of the door. First was our experience with the owner of Mr. Window. We had to change the alarm location when we switched from French doors to a sliding patio door. The day after the door was installed our alarm company (Nelson Alarm- great company) came out to change alarm location. The technician from Nelson alarm wanted to have Mr Window verify in writing that if he drilled a hole on one of the vertical panels it would not void the warranty on the door. When we called Mr Window to double check the owner answered and went into a bit of a tirade. He told us (loudly!) that in 20+ years he had never heard about this, and "it sounds like your alarm guy doesnt want to work today"! So after insulting our alarm guy and shouting at me, he said he would call Mike Sullivan and he would come over to handle the situation. As I stated earlier Mike was very professional and resolved the problem in nothing flat. This was something his boss could have easily done as well but chose not to. The second issue we had was that the door was installed backwards. This caused the door to rattle when closed and not create a solid seal. Once again, Mike was on the case, brought out the manufacturers rep to look at the job and he quickly (in about 2 seconds) determined it was installed incorrectly. Mr Window and the manufacturer did resolve the issue by quickly ordering another panel and having it installed.

Mike came to my home and gave me an estimate. He was very friendly and professional especially since I will not be the one buying windows. I would definitely use this company for windows in the future and will encourage my buyer to use them. High quality windows, local company and great service.

We are really happy with the service we received from Mr. Window, and we are so pleased with our new door and window. We started the process with our salesman Mike, who helped us to choose the best window and door for our situation. He explained some options with our window that we didn't even realize would work in our situation, and it turned out to be the best choice for us. We also got to meet the owner of the company when he came out and measured the window and door for a second time (our door and window were a little oddly sized). Mick was so nice, and he listed to all our concerns and he really wanted to make sure that we got a great door and window. He even let me choose a different color for the locks and knobs than the color I had originally picked out. On the day of the install, the installers arrived at the appointed time, and they began work immediately. They spread out drop cloths to catch the debris from the old door and window, and removed all the rotted wood in the old door frame, and put the door in, and it is wonderful. We chose a door with a blind between the glass, and it is just a fantastic and well installed door. We really love the window as well. it is a very high quality window, and its so nice to be able to open it up and let the breeze in. The new window was also installed so nicely, and we are thrilled with the result. Mr. Window made us feel as if no job is to small for them to offer stellar service. They were really professional, and courteous, and just wanted to make sure we are happy with our door and window. We will definitely call Mr. Window again when it is time to replace our front door.

After looking at several window companies, we decided to go with Mr. Window because we liked the quality & look of the Okna window. Price wise there were competitive in the window market place. Couple of features that stood out (we did not find with competitive windows) were locking screens, and the top sash stays in place when you slide down the bottom sash to close the window (double hung windows). We requested for a total tear out of the windows and not just an insert. Mr. Window sent between 2 to 3 guys and took 2.5 days to complete the work. Their crew was thorough and detail oriented. They replaced the rotted 2x4's on which the windows sit. Installation was done professionally. They cleaned up well and overall did a good job.

It went very well. they made a big mess but cleaned up everything. I was pleased & will have them again.They were professional & nice. UPDATE: There customer service is lousy. They refuse to honor my 10% off coupon. I am disappointed because I was planning on hiring them to replace a sliding glass door which was estimated to be around $3,000-$4,000. They were very nice and professional until they got paid and then the customer service went down hill. They also have yet to respond to the two referrals I gave them.

My experience overall went very well. They were very professional and friendly. They came to give an estimate right away. I would recommend them to others.

1. The job was scheduled approximately one month in advance and they arrived exactly on the day scheduled. 2. They did the entire job including prep, installation, caulking and clean-up all in one day. 3. The product and installation exceeded our expectations. It is a real quality job. 4. There were two minor snags which Mr. Window addressed promptly. 5. Overall, we could not be happier with the product and installation. I would recommend Mr. Window and their products to anyone.

They removed old door, warped door jam, threshold and subfloor. Repaired damaged wood and replaced and installed new jam, threshold and door. Excellent job, very professional, corrected all the problems; couldn't tell they had been there when they left. Everything was put back together perfectly.

The whole experience went very well. Chris was our salesman. He came and met me at our home after work, and discussed what we wanted and the variety in pricing for different types. He then met him at the showroom so that we could see the window first hand. Throughout the process he was very professional and easy to work with. Their pricing was not the lowest, and not the highest, but we felt that they were the most cost competitive. My spouse has a little bit of a background in windows, and they were able to answer all the specific questions asked. We received the windows we wanted at a good price. The installation process went very well. The guys were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They cleaned up after themselves, and put things back where they belonged. In an older home I know that everything is not square, and they had to work to make sure things fit properly, but they took the time to do the job right. The only negative was they left some of the cigarette butts on the ground outside, but that was very minor. Everything else was very professional. They were on time, neat, and professional.

It was great!! The gentlemen who came, were the same gentlemen that installed the first patio door so they were very familiar with what needed to be done. The gentlemen were on time and very professional, not to mention friendly. They did the job promptly and cleaned up better than I would have done!!! Thank you so much.

One of the rare times we have had workers arrive at the scheduled time!! From start to finish, a very clean and professional job. Salesman arrived onsite as well to confirm workers were here and that the job was going well. Very pleased. ***It's been a few weeks now since we had the new windows installed and I can't even begin to tell you how pleased we are with them. What a difference in the fact that we now can sit in our dining room for an early dinner and not have sweat dripping down our faces from the heat of afternoon sun. The bedroom stays so nice and cool. Haven't received an electric bill yet, but I'm betting that we see a significant reduction in our cooling bill. So, so pleased with these windows and how they look and operate.

We called for an estimate and Chris Pasa came out quickly and gave us a quote on the spot. Other companies had to call us back, email or send an estimate. We liked their directness, their price was excellent and we decided to have them do the work. The owner himself, Mick Widmeyer came out about a week later to measure. Since the windows were custom orders, they told us it would be about 6 weeks for them to be made. Five weeks later they called to say the windows were in. We set up the installation for 9:00. The installers were here at 8:50, had the large window out and the new one fitted in by 10:00! Sure there was still a lot of fitting and finishing to be done, but the smaller window was in, the mess was cleaned up outside and the guys were gone by 1:00. The installers were polite, respectful and clean. They were nice and personable. The company seems very well run and was a pleasure to work with start to finish. We'll be using them again when we do more windows and I've referred them to several people. We couldn't be happier with the windows, the price or the service!

Everyone from Mr. Window was very good and professional. They really aim to please. They helped us go through all the window features and pick the best ones out that fit our needs. They made great suggestions like replace the double windows over our sink with one big window that would me much more striking. They were right. Because of the number of windows, the installation took 3 days. They did a great job of installing the windows keeping my existing window frames inside the house intact. They did a great job of repair nail pops and cleaning up after themselves. At the end of the installation, Mr. Window made sure I was completely satisfied. They reorder a window that had slight damage to it. They came back to fix up some caulking that had some gaps after drying. Mr. Window and Pella have been great with replacing windows that weren't perfect. Two had some damage to the wood and one had a handle that would not stay on. Pella will be delivering me 2 additional windows. I am sure they will be perfect!

All around great experience. They really know windows and doors. From the showroom to installation, every step of the process was great. The new sliding door quality is phenomenal, and the installation process went flawlessly. They showed up right on time and they were done early.They showed me how the new door was flashed so that we would not have any leaks like the original door did. Their attention to detail is great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

They arrived on time. Installed the windows in a timely manner. In fact, they completed an hour earlier than originally estimated. The installation is flawless and cleanup was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they did what they said they would in every step of the purchase and installation process.

The experience of working with Mr Window was great from the start with the sales person coming out to give us price estimates to completion of the work. We had a couple other companies out for estimates and none seem to have the knowledge of their product the way Mr Window had with their product. The work was completed in one day. The workmen arrived on time , completed the job cleaned up, and gave us a very detail demonstration of how to operate our new windows. We are quite happy with our new windows . We plan to use Mr Window again.

iMy experience with Mr. Window was excellent from start to finish. Chris provided the estimate in a timely manner and after accepting the proposal the windows were ordered and an installation date was set. I had other work being done on my house which needed to be coordinated with Mr. Window. They worked together with the other contractor to complete my project as scheduled. The installers showed up on time and completed the work in 1 day. They were professional, and did very good work. They cleaned up after they were done and even renstalled my window treatments. I can't say enough about how smoothly everything went from the initial estimate, to the ordering of the windows, to the installation. The windows are beautiful and we could not be happier with how the windows look. I would highly recommend Mr. Window and we are planning on using them when we replace the Casement Windows in the front of the house. Thanks again Mr. Window for a job well done.

Estimator miss measured a large window that will be replaced next week. All other windows were installed per our specification and are all that we expected. The sales person was very helpful. The installers were professional and expedient. We are looking forward to the last window being installed and the project completed. We are using Mr Window again to replace our exterior doors. The quality of their product and the work of their installers is tops.
