Mr Window Inc

After much research on window brands, companies and their installers I chose Mr. Window Company. Chris Pasa was my sales person who made several trips to my condo and we emailed back and forth before I made a choice of windows and timing was important as well. Chris was great to work with. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and guided me through the process of choosing the windows best for me. The timing was right on with ordering the windows and installation. The installation crew was friendly and answered more questions. They were serious and focused with the installation paying attention to detail and being careful with white furniture and Asian antiques. They were very neat and when they were finished they made sure everything was cleaned. Chris showed up on the day of the install to make certain everything was going as promised. Can't think of a better recommendation then to say they will be replacing the remaining 11 windows next year!

The salesman, Chris Pasa, was very professional and discussed our options at length. He did not pressure us to buy and most importantly did not put down the competition. We were looking for a well established company with an experienced installation crew. This company has a good crew. They were courteous, respected the space and were done in a timely manner. I will definitely call on them to replace the remaining windows in our house.

Installtation took 4-5 hours. In house worker took shoes off immediately when asked. In house was left very clean. Little to no painting was required. The Okna Insultec indows are solid and look great. The outside look was very nice. They seemed to seal everything well. A few days after installation we noticed an imperfection in the glass on one of the windows. My wife called and they immediately said they would order a replacement glass piece for it. We will go back to Mr. WIndow next year to do the front half of the house's windows.

I initially did my homework and visited four or five different showrooms around Indianapolis. I then went through the contractors on Angie's List and identified four contractors that could do the job. I then talked with three of the contractors. I got on the internet and compared the specifications of the sliding glass doors each contractor was providing. I then compared the contractors based on cost, professionalism and experience of installing the sliding glass doors. I concluded that Mr. Window was the better of the contractors I reviewed. I scheduled an appointment to have the sliding glass door installed. I was called two weeks early that the sliding glass door was received and scheduled to have the door installed immediately. They arrived as scheduled and did an outstanding job of installing the door. I was completely satisfied with the new sliding glass door. The main thing I learned was the importance of having qualified personnel install the door.

The service was fine. He purposefully tried to get everything done right away. They were in the area and he came over on his lunch break so he wouldn't have to charge me for the service call.

The service was great, from start to finish. My ordering the windows from the time of the initial consultation was delayed due to unresponsiveness of my HOA. However Mr. Window still had all of my paper work and quotes and was willing to return to my home with color samples again. The windows came in within the timeframe given and were installed at my convenience. The windows look amazing. I hope we will be able to replace all of the windows in the house someday. I felt like the price was great for the quality of windows as well as the installation job. We are very happy with our decision.

He came out and replaced my patio door and a window in my garage. They did an excellent job, and I would certainly use them again. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up very well.

The workmen had to obtain a large amount of cedar to replace the rotten wood and charged me for materials and labor. I was hesitant to pay for the labor as I thought it should not be an additional fee. After paying the small amount for the additional labor with a note, the owner of the company called me and told me he was going to refund the cost of that additional labor. I was pleasantly amazed and pleased with his highly ethical behavior.

Their workers are great - very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. They ask clarifying questions to make sure they understand exactly what I want - they're very good about that. I'm actually using them again to put in windows in the north part of my house! I like them - they are very easy to deal with.

Began the process of replacing the door back in May of this year, researching doors and companies. Mr. Window was the best fit after considering several factors including price, quality, company reputation, and features. A contract was struck on Aug 26th with the expectation that the door would be installed by Oct 10. The door was installed on Oct 22. The team that showed up to install the door was professional and arrived ahead of the scheduled time for that day. They paid attention to detail and insured that the door was installed correctly. They met my expectations for the job in terms of quality and timing (on the installation). (I have very high standards for contactor performance). Overall I was very satisfied with the experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who looking for sliding glass doors.

Our best home improvement experience in the past 25 years. We expressed our desire for atrium patio doors, that were stainable and paintable. Chris understood "what we were looking for." He was knowledgeable, and efficient. When our doors arrived, Mr. Window setup the installation. The installers were on time, professional and really knew what they were doing. To our surprise, the installation was completed in about 4 hrs and no mess involved. There was a problem with one of the window blinds that would require a followup repair. By 8:30 a.m. the next day Mick called and asked a few questions. Mr. Schulze from Masonite came the next day and fixed the blind. Likewise, he was courteous and pledged service for any concerns that we might have in the future. How refreshing to find a company with such great customer service.

From the time the salesman came and gave me my estimate to the install completion, they were all very nice, professional and very willing to answer any and all questions. I was amazed at how quickly the process went. From removing the old windows, to installing the new, to wrapping them in the beautiful trimmed out finished look, to the clean up, they didn't miss a thing. I was very impressed with the three men who worked on the project. I will highly recommend Mr Window to anyone!

Installers Mike and Pat were prompt and professional. Work was completed in under 3 hours. Removed the old doors, trim, and threshold. Installed fabulous looking new French doors, trim, threshold, and key deadbolt locks. Caulked, and removed all old product leaving the work area clean. They were very detailed in their work. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Window. Should I have need for additional doors or windows in the future, I will again use Mr. Window! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing their products.

Service was performed as specified, on time, with a minimal amount of disruption.

When the gentleman came out and we decided on what we were going to do he said it would be about 5 weeks. It was within a week of that time frame. That is a plus. When they came out to install the windows and door, they found out the manufacturer had sent the wrong door. The installers were extremely apologetic even though they weren't at fault and they installed the door they had for the time being. The head installer said it would be approximately 2-3 weeks before the other door would be in. It was two and a half weeks. They came back and installed it to our satisfaction.

Installers were skilled and courteous. Product is great!

My home has 33 windows, so I have been having windows installed a few at a time. I have worked with Mr. Window twice in the past, and they are always very responsive and do a great job. Since my home is old, they have to do more insulating than in a newer home. My home is two story, so it is great to have the double hung windows when it comes to washing them. Since I began replacing my windows, I have never had a problem with them. The workers are polite and efficient, and clean up and haul off all debris. The salesman is pleasant and punctual, and answers any questions I have. I look forward to using this company to finish the last of my window replacements.

We are very happy with our new sliding glass door. We would use Mr Window again.

They were great -- very professional and friendly. You could tell they had done this many times before. It was raining when they got hear, but they went right to work in the places that had some shelter from the rain and finished the job sooner than I would have expected. No problems at all. Everything looks great, the cleaned up after, and I don't think I could be happier. Price was in the lower middle of the 4 quotes received and high quality windows (in my estimation) than at least 2 of the others.

It went very well. They arrived at 9 am and were finished by 3:30 pm. They were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well (I didn't have to go behind them and clean up). The windows look great. The salesman Chris was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed up as scheduled. There was no high pressure which is very important to me. I don't like to feel pushed into something - makes me distrustful.

This company definitely gets a thumbs up!! From the original estimate to the final installation, they were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had two windows replaced with full screens. It only took half the time I was quoted and gave me more time to do what I needed to do. The installed windows fuction beautifully. They even vaccumed after they were finished. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. They got here on time. I thought the price was right. I received another quote that was twice as much. They removed the old doors and put in the new doors, and did a good job and cleaned it all up.

The three installers arrived on-time (actually about 5 minutes early), and it became obviousl right away that each knew exactly what his function was. I was impressed by how well they worked together. In some past instances where I've witnessed a team effort in doing work (such as installing a new roof), one person would be working and three others might just be watching the one working. Not so with these three fellows, they each contributed equally The finished product looks great, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

The job took 2 1/2 days to complete. Installers Mike, Pat and Dave were very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They protected everything inside and outside and cleaned up afterwards. Mick, the owner and my salesperson, had all of the interior trim board and jam extensions delivered early so I could paint them before they were installed after the windows went in to make my "repainting" easier since I'm also doing a total interior color remodel. Mick also worked with me on a simple and inexpensive solution for 4 of my middle windows that didn't have screens because they didn't open but looked different from the outside when my existing blinds were lowered. I was so happy with my total experience, I've already ordered a set of sliding doors going to my deck.
