Installers Mike and Pat showed up exactly on time and started to work right away. They removed blinds and curtains and hung them back up after the windows were installed, moved furniture, and did several extra jobs for us. They were extremely pleasant and fast workers. They started about 9:00 am and were finished by 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, the windows were not the ones we ordered (had 9 squares in sash instead of 6) but they are replacing them next month (had to be reordered). Even so, the windows are beautiful and the work done was amazing. I will definitely use them again as we still have quite a few windows to replace.

I had bought an old home that needed the windows replaced. I had 3 estimates that all were about the same price but I went with Mr. Window because the quality and features of their windows seemed much better. They also offered financing which was very helpful for me. Measurements were done and the windows ordered. They arrived a bit sooner than the typical 5-6 week timeframe. I was scheduled in right away and fortunately the weather was fairly warm on the installation day. I was very impressed with the installers. There were 3 installers and with 18 windows, they were done in one day. The work was done very professionally and I had almost no clean up afterwards. The windows look great and I am very pleased.

Everything went very well. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this company. Mr. Widmeyer did all the sales, estimating, and measurement work himself and was easy to work with. I went to his showroom to look at their windows and he came out the next day to talk with me. He is very concerned about his customers and did a very good job of explaining his products. His estimate was very fair. It only took 3 weeks from the time I signed the contract until my windows were ready for installation. The installation went very smoothly and only took one day to complete. I was concerned that the process would create a disruption in the house but it went very well. The installers were great and easy to work with. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. They did a fantastic job and the windows look great. I could not be happier. From start to finish everything was great and it is easy to see why Mr Window is highly rated each year. Great job!

Everything went fine. The salesman came out and spoke to my husband about the job, and then the owner came out and took the measurements and collected the deposit from us. A few weeks later, we got a call to schedule the job. The installers arrived on time, and took about 2 hours to install the door. No problems at all and the door looks great.

The Mr. Windows team was great. I had all of my 17 aluminum windows replaced with double hung vinyl and it took just a little more than a day after the windows came in. Guys were professional and did a great job. Michael Sullivan was my rep. I have over-sized reverse cottage windows in the front and the company matched them up exactly. I also had an issue with one of the windows and the company was out right away to correct it. Great experience and great windows.

It went really well. They were professional, explained everything, and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced trim when they put the new stuff in and fixed a window seal as well. No pressure from their sales people, we were able to take our time, get estimates, etc.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and service Chris provided from estimate through installation. We were also impressed with the installation crew (4 total) who did an amazing job from demo to clean-up in 30 degree weather. We received estimates from several companies and Mr. Window was the only company willing to work within our budget without us having to compromise quality.

We have used Mr. Window two times in the past. Mr. Window replaced all the windows in our rental property back in 2006. We dealt with Mike and were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job from the initial appointment to the clean up. We have had no issues with the windows. Mr. Window gave us a good price on good windows and installed them with efficiency and professionalism. Fast forward to 2013 and we needed windows for our new house. We contacted Mr. Window and Mike again was our salesman. The continuity of ownership and sales team is one of Mr. Window's greatest assets. Mike is so good at being the epitome of all good traits of a salesman, talking to him about windows is very easy. His passion and knowledge on windows is second to none. We purchased two windows, type and quality based upon Mike's recommendation, to replace two worn windows upstairs. Mr. Window even allowed as a phase in program that allowed us to purchase additional windows at the same price for up to two years. In 2014, we again needed two additional windows for our downstairs. Mr. Window was able to get the same windows as before. They honored the phase in price as they promised. They ordered them direct from the factory and they came in 2 weeks earlier than the date quoted. Mr. WIndow scheduled an appointment for installation that was convenient for our schedule. They installed the windows on March 14, 2014. The installation went smoothly, as before, and we are very happy with the whole experience. As an added bonus, Mike extended the phase in for any remaining windows for an additional two years from the date of our last installation. If you are looking for new windows, Mr. Window is one of the best companies in the area. I will not hesitate to contact them again to complete the window replacement in our house.

We purchased the windows in late December, and were told they would arrive in about 5 weeks, with an estimated start date of February 10 for installation. On February 11, I called the company since I hadn't yet heard from them. I was told the windows had arrived, but they were behind in scheduling because of the unusally severe winter weather. They came out just a couple of days later on February 13 and installed all the windows in a matter of hours. The crew was courteous, fast, and professional. The only nitpicky drawbacks were: they left handprints all over the new windows from handling them during installation (which is perfectly understandable), but when I asked if they wiped them off as they installed I was told "no, we don't do that", so I had to go around and clean all my brand new windows. They also left a couple of pieces of furniture askew from moving them away from windows and neglecting to put them back, and left a few pieces of window casing on the deck that we had to pick up and throw away. Other than that, they did leave the both interior and exterior clean and tidy. I also would have preferred if they would have called to let me know the start date would be delayed, rather than making me call them. However, the overall experience from sales to installation was pleasant, low-pressure, easy, and competitively priced. The windows seem to be performing well and they look great!

We are very happy with the windows. Especially with the severity of the weather this winter. It seems that they were installed well: no hint of draft, easy opening. Good value (quality of window for price.) The initial sales visit went well. No pressure from Mike, the salesperson. Very nice and straightforward compared with other replacement window sellers. During the sales process, we were assured that installing replacement windows would result in no damage to the surrounding sill and frame on the inside and that the installers would fix any damage to the cedar trim outside. Installation was earlier than promised. It was much appreciated. The installers were punctual and polite. They were a dedicated crew for MR Windows, as described, and not just jobbers. They even rehung some blinds for us. Unfortunately, they rehung some that we were not going to rehang and they rehung the blinds on wet caulk. They also rehung some without using the hardware that went with the blinds, substituting long screws. They had good intentions. Interior damage: There was damage on the interior frame (the part of the house around the window, not the replacement window frame), sills and surrounding walls of all of the window installations. Most was minor. There was a significant dent in the wallboard bead around one of the windows. We had initially expected some damage, but had been assured by the salesperson that damage should not occur. We had also had relatives have replacement windows installed without damage, so we reset or expectations to "no damage." Silly us. When we initially showed the salesperson the various damage, he noted all of the places I pointed out and, at that time, validated that there was damage. The previous owner of our house had painted the inside window frames to match the room paint, so we could not just go back and touch it all up with a brush and a quart of white paint. After talking with the owner, the salesperson changed his tune from validating the damage to minimizing it and suggesting that most of it was unnoticeable to most people. Long story short, after back and forth and the owner offering to have his painter come do touch ups (he would not spring for an A-rated Angie's list painter to do the same for some reason) we settled on a price reduction of about a third of what we thought the paint job would cost to have done + materials. One of the replacement window frames was scraped during installation. Exterior damage: The exterior damage to the trim around the windows was more than we would ever have expected. MR Windows had replaced one trim board during installation. They apparently did not see the other 4 that needed replaced, the cracked and displaced trim around 5 other windows. The salesperson was shocked (Captain Renault-level Shocked!) at the damage outside and committed that they would make it right. They did not make it all right on the first trip back. We had to call them back for a second trip. They did not make it all right on the second trip back. We had to call them back for a third trip. They did end up addressing all of the trim problems. The salesperson was about as exasperated by the end of this process as we were. I cannot call the exterior repair workmanlike. The trim used was of a significantly different roughness than the existing trim. Cracked trim was simply caulked back together, not replaced. Displaced trim was not pulled back into line. Instead the joint was caulked to provide the illusion (not a very good illusion) that the joint was even. The entire exterior caulk job is very uneven. 2 Surprises - things of which people buying replacement windows should be aware (we weren't - these are not a knock against MR Window specifically:) 1. Apparently replacement window installers will not be responsible for exterior painting related to trim damage. 2. Replacement windows are one of the only products that you buy new but that you will not receive in a clean condition. The installation grime and sticker adhesive is the homeowner's problem. We did not have much difficulty at all getting the salesperson to be responsive. I believe part of this was just our salesperson (a good guy overall) and part of this was that we did not provide final or progress payment unless and until our concerns were addressed. So why would we use them again??? We believe quality and price point of the Okna product can't be touched by the other replacement window lines and sellers. We're very happy with the quality of the product, if not the installation. Next time our expectations would be moderated and we would want write in some damage protection language in the contract. We also really liked Mike, the salesperson. We think he did the best he could with the competing priorities of a customer who would not pay until their concerns were addressed and an owner who did not want to cover all of the damage done by the installers.

Lead time was at least 6 weeks for the windows to come in, but that was what we were told so we were prepared for that and it was fine with us. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and came out twice to verify the measurements, and called the day of the install to ensure everything went well. Install team was amazing -- a team of 3 came to the house and installed our windows in truly awful winter conditions, bone chilling weather, and did a great job. Professional, tidy, careful, efficient and friendly. I really appreciated the work they did quickly in poor working conditions. With it being a winter install obviously when it warms up we will take a closer look at the outdoor caulking and such, but I can tell you that our house IMMEDIATELY felt less drafty and quieter which was a great surprise. Overall Mr. Window did a great job and I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the work.

Due to an unfortunate event, we had to replace our Patio Sliding Door. We had Mr. Window install all new Renaissance Vinyl windows about 18 months ago. We were so pleased with both the windows and the installation crew that we went there to see what we could do about our door. Since the door was a heavy, high quality wooden door, that's what we were planning for replacement. However, they had a vinyl door of the same brand on display and it was beautiful. We got it ordered and when the installers arrived, they made a quick, efficient and very professional installation. I still had a few reservations about the insulating properties of a vinyl vs wooden door, the installer pointed out a few features that the door had and promised I'd be just as happy as I've been with our windows. Well, we've had the "polar vortex" come through in two waves now and our family room was warm as could be as the new door worked perfectly! Shop around all you want, but make your last stop at Mr. Window! You won't be disappointed. Whether you get one window or a complete house done, you'll wish you could have Mr. Windows' installers do all your home improvement jobs!

These windows are spectacular and the installation was superb. Mr Window overlooked ordering one window but they rush ordered the window at their expense. I won't be replacing these windows any time soon but I would definitely use them again if I'm in this house long enough to replace all the windows again

They were wonderful to work with from my first conversation with the owner Mick to the salesman,installer and follow up employees. They made the purchase a pleasure.

Installed 12 windows, a picture window and sliding patio door with screen. We are extremely happy with the windows and the excellent job they did. Mike was our Salesman and he was personable and professional and worked with us during entire process. This is the second time we have used Mr Window at 2 different homes. Perfect experience both times!

It was a good experience. They did a good job. There was a particular thing that I had a question about or that we kind of misunderstood, and they fixed that.

Mr. Window sales and installation staff were punctual and professional. From the initial quote to the final installation, the process was easy . We also love the Restorations sliding doors! Our replacement doors are in a room with a significant amount of woodwork (windows, flooring, trim) and we were concerned that the vinyl doors would not match. They look exactly like the original woodwork but we now have functioning, much more energy efficient doors.

This was a positive experience from start to finish. The salesman and the installers arrived at the scheduled time, each and every time. The salesman was very helpful in guiding me to a product that would work with both the exterior of my home as well as the interior woodwork and decor. Once the windows were ordered, they were manufacturerd and shipped earlier than expected whch was advantageous. Mr. Window was able to accomodate my work and travel schedule to install the windows. During installation, it was determined that 7 of the 13 windows had been manufactured incorrectly. A new order was placed, the sashes arrived very quickly, and we found a mutually agreed upon time for them to install the replacements. The installers were very respectful of my home, inside and out, cleaning and vacuuming up waste from the tear out. Purchasing windows is a large investment, but Mr. Window made the process a positive one.

From getting the quote to installation everything went smoothly. Will be using them again when we can afford to get more windows installed. A nice touch would have been to clean the glass after install, at least on the inside.

My husband and I went to the showroom and had a conversation about our interest in purchasing a new front door for our home. Went home with catalog after seeing a few options. Then received a call from the owner to make sure our questions were addressed. Next came an in-home inspection and measuring. Mr window provided lots of information about various types of doors and hardware. Since we had never purchased a door before, we had a number of questions, all of which were answered patiently and fully. Based on their Angie's list rating and our own sense of comfort, we made our decision to go with this vender. We made our selections and then paid a deposit. Mr. Windows followed up and kept us apprised of the progress on our door. Unfortunately, the weather put them behind and our installation was delayed 1 week. The installers came on December 9 and were on time. They were super pleasant and they were efficient. During the installation, they encountered a couple of issues which they promptly resolved. They also cleaned up very well after themselves and didn't leave any mess. This was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again for other jobs.

The salesman, Chris Pasa, was very professional and discussed our options at length...NO PRESSURE SALES. We were looking for a well established company with an experienced installation crew. When buying windows 50% is the quality of the product and 50% is the quality of the workmanship of installation. Mr. Window exceeded my expectations for both. After much research on window brands, companies and their installers I chose Mr. Window Company because the use their own crews NO SUBS. This company has a good crew. I've already had Chris back to quote me on more windows to be replaced in the spring. Highly recommend

Salesman Chris didn't show up at the appointment time. He had come and gone when I arrived at the appointment time. He did not call me after the missed meeting; I called him the next day to see what happened. |I gave him my E-mail address and asked for a proposal from him. He said that he would E-mail a proposal within a couple days. No proposal was forthcoming.|I called him again and he said that he lost my E-mail address. I left a message with him again disclosing my E-mail address. I still don't have a proposal from him.|Therefore, I have decided to contract with the other contractor who gave me a detailed proposal with 3 options in a very timely manner.|Simply salesman Chris made it very clear that he didn't want to exert the effort required to make the sale.|I have 35+ years experience in the construction industry and have 34 rental units.

First of all, Mick, one of the owners, was great throughout the process and stopped in today to check on the work. Mike, the crew "chief" of 3 installers was engaging, informative, and, importantly, productive. We had some ant damage on a trim board which was replaced, two areas of drywall damage that emerged as the crew did their work, was pointed out and nicely patched and some fair advice as to when to return our blinds and shades to their original position post installation. Crew came about 8:30 AM, left about 3 PM. We need to do some touch up painting outside, but that's on us not Mr. Window. At this very early juncture, Okna windows look great, operate as promised and we look forward to years of trouble free service. Nice job. We'll see these guys in the Spring to do the upstairs windows (at a price Mick guaranteed).
