Mr Window Inc

This was an unusual size and style window. We were replacing 2 casement windows and Mr. Window suggested one large awning window. It looks like a picture window above our sink and it simply beautiful! Mr. Window was the only place we could find this window. They installed it sooner than promised, installation took less than an hour and we couldn't be happier! I will definetly use them again.

Mr. Window did a great job replacing our front door. Mick was very responsive, coming to our home several times to show us options, talk through install, and overseeing the install on the actual day.

They know their stuff and where quick.

I talked to the owner and he was really helpful and said if I came in, I would give him a call and he could be there. I just happened to be driving by and stopped in so I didn't call him, but I was just looking around. I haven't made any final decisions. I have other things going on, but I will probably go back. I like the door and stuff, I just had other things going on. So far, it was okay. He told me that was why he wanted to meet me because the one guy there wasn't really the window-door person. If I would call, he would meet me. It was just that I happened to stop in but if I go back, I will deal with the owner this time. He told me that the guy there was more of the accountant. Their professionalism was fine. If I go back, I will make an appointment with the owner or meet with him personally if I go through buying the door. It is a large purchase. It is like $4600 so I am going to talk to him first.

We did not choose them for new vinyl windows or patio slider

We found Mr. Window to be very professional from the estimate to the follow up. We never felt pressured. We were very comfortable with our salesman and the installation team. It was a plus to us that they do not contract out any of their work. The installers did a very thorough job and were able to finish in 1 day. They were very respectful of our home and yard and took the time to answer any questions we had. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with Mr Window and we would highly recommend them.

Overall smooth process. Sales staff were pleasant and reasonable. Installation staff were very nice and cleaned up materials very well. Only challenge we had was a miscommunication on the installation date between sales staff and scheduling folks. Even then they worked with our schedule.

The people that came to do the work were very professional and willing to explain everything thoroughly. We had a unique molding around our old door which they hadn't realized when they did the quote originally and they took on the cost of tooling new pieces. We waited 2 weeks for the new tool but were absolutely fine with the way they handled the situation. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Fantastic! We were extremely pleased and impressed from the moment we walked into their business office. The focus on true customer service was very impressive within the entire organization. Mike Sullivan was terrific to work with and guided us to the best product that exactly met our needs as homeowners. Mick, the owner, followed up by walking through our home and personally measuring each window to ensure the exact measurements for a smooth installation process. Pat and Mike were excellent installers and made sure every window was installed perfectly. Reliability, service, professionalism and courtesy is how I would sum up our experience with Mr. Window. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Everyone was very professional from the salesperson who wrote up the order to the installers. The job was completed in a little over one hour. No problems at all. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of window replacement. They do a great job.

Mr. Window Inc. was fantastic from beginning to end. The sales rep was very easy to work with and there were no high pressure sales involved. I really like the fact that you can visit a real showroom and see the product before ordering. The owner of the company is in the showroom and he takes pride in what he does and provides excellent customer service. The pricing for the quality product we ordered was reasonable. On the day of installation the installer was on time, very professional, and courteous. The job site was kept clean and when he was finished the area was spotless. Love the new windows. We noticed a huge difference between the new OKNA windows and our old builder grade this past winter. OKNA windows did not get any ice formation, helped keep the rooms warm and sound out. Also really brightened up the look inside and outside the house.

They were wonderful in doing everything. When I have the porch windows replaced, I will call on Mr. Windows.

Mike Widner measured the windows for my and my sister's house next door and told us exactly what would happen, when the windows would arrive, how long it would take to install. He explained the whole process and it was right on. Their communication is very good and I would definitely recommend. We both utilized Mr. Window's services and products.

Our experience with Mr. Window was very positive from the meeting with the salesperson to the installation and follow-up. We purchased 23 replacement windows and a front door with sidelights. Delivery came within the timeframe we expected and the installation was completed in one day. They were polite, efficient, tidy, and did good work. One window came in the wrong size and one had a scratch from the factory. These problems were taken care of to our satisfaction with no questions asked. We love our new windows and door and would recommend Mr. Window.

I just met with Mike Sullivan for the 2nd time and finalized my contract. I had to put 35 percent down so they could order the window and it is scheduled for install in a few weeks. I originally had Mike come to my home about 2 months ago to quote replacing a couple of failed windows. He was very honest and recommended I take time to think about it and told me about a company that could possibly save me some money by replacing just the glass and not the whole window. So I had that company come by and quote replacing just the glass. Even though it was cheaper to do that, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole window with Mike and Mr. Window. I usually wait until the actual service is performed to leave a review, but I was very impressed with their customer service and Mike's honesty and felt the price they gave me was more than fair for the quality of windows I am getting. I definitely will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Mr Windows was very helpful reviewing options for window & door replacement. We stopped by their showroom. They clearly want the customer to get the product they need, patiently answering questions & showing options. The actual replacement of the windows & door took about a day & a half. The team was very professional. The product installed looks great. We are pleased with the service they provided.

Installers arrived shortly before 9AM. There were two installers and they worked diligently and were courteous. All old windows and waste were removed I checked the work that was done prior to the capping of the sides with aluminum. They used insulation around the windows. After the installation was completed, the installer went over the the window and work warrantee. He also took time to explain care for the windows and demonstrated how the winDows worked. If we need work t be dene, I will be calling this company. From the initial consultation to the installation, Mr Window Inc. went the extra mile and made this a great experience.

I contacted Mr. Window Inc. for replacement windows. Mick Widmeyer contacted me that same day and set up an appointment. He was very thorough in describing and demonstrating the window. All his recommendations and suggestions were great. He contacted me after the sale and after the windows were installed, to make sure I was completely satisfied. His installers arrived on time and immediately started installing the windows. They were both very pleasant, they put back everything they had moved, they left everything clean. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with my new windows, both in quality and appearance.

From the time we walked in the door until the time the project was complete, everything went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly and courteous in their showroom, and one gentleman (forget his name) even drove all the way down with the estimator to make sure things were going smoothly. Day of the installation went very smoothly. The window installer was actually flying solo that day, as he said his partner in crime couldn't make it out that day, so I was assuming it would take him most of the day to get the job done. He showed up early (between 8 & 9, I think), and he was gone before I got home around 4:30 that day. All five old windows had been removed and all five new windows had been installed and caulked without a hitch. There was a minor issue on one window where the caulk cracked along one side on the inside of the house within a day of it being caulked, but it wasn't a big deal at all. Being a little handyman, myself, I grabbed my caulk gun and touched it up, as I didn't feel a 45-minute drive to my house was worth a 2-minute job. Overall, very pleased. My wife and I are actually planning on heading back again soon to look at sliding and entry doors.

From the salesman, owner, installers,everything went well. The installers were on time and went straight to work. They were polite, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr. Window.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Mike, the sales rep, first met with me to discuss my needs and showed me the window he'd recommend for my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional! Great guy. Mick, the owner, came out a day or two later to do the final measure for the windows prior to ordering them. He told me it would take about 5 weeks to fill the order as everything was customized to my home. Called and spoke to Chuck to schedule my install and then on the 2nd Pat and 2 of his other install guys (unfortunately didn't catch their names) showed up promptly at 8:30 to begin work and they were done by 2. Honestly these guys were FANTASTIC! The installers have been with the company for years! I have old plaster walls and they were careful not to damage any of them in the process. I've been able to finally open my windows and enjoy the fresh air all weekend! It's been great and makes my home look 10 years younger! :) Thanks Mr. Window Inc!!
