Spent a lot of time with salesman Chris up front trying to decide whether to go with the vinyl and if so, which windows to do. He was very patient and helpful as we worked through that decision. We ended up deciding to do all the windows and use the new vinyl brick molding which was available. With the special install that they did, it looked very similar to a wood window installation only with the lifetime warranty that comes with the vinyl windows. We were thrilled with the result. The vinyl brick exterior molding felt a lot sturdier than some of the other vinyl and wood window installations we have seen. The windows themselves are beautiful, very easy to open and to access the exterior for cleaning. The installers were awesome. Very nice and polite and neat; I felt very comfortable having them in our home. The whole process actually went pretty quickly. We ran into one complication that arose due to the fact that the installers do not paint the wood insert that gives the window a deeper inset. That was made clear up front, that it would be our responsibility to handling the painting of that, but if we were to do it over, we would have asked them to hold off on the interior caulking until after we painted, as we ran into some problems where the unpaintable silicone caulk had smeared a little and prevented the paint from sticking to the wood in those areas. Once we discovered this problem, though, Mr. Window was great about working with us to correct the situation, so we couldn't have asked for any better treatment. We highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time; went about work in professional manner; worked quickly & cleaned up after finishing. Took care with furniture inside home; job completed before I thought it would be done. Really knew what they were doing. Very friendly installers; lead installer did very good job explaining warranty & follow-up if needed. Extremely well pleased with the work & the windows. No qualms recommending Mr Window to anyone.

Mr. Window did a great job on the replacement/repair of our windows. The work was done in about 3 hours and my wife and I are so satisfied with the results, we are planning on using them again to replace several other windows.

Mr. Window installers showed up as scheduled on time on a very cold day. They got the old windows out and the new windows in...with one exception. One window had been measured and built to the wrong size. As a result that window was boarded up temporarily. They did a good job with insulating the boarded up area so that it wasn't drafty. I sleep in the bed under the boarded window so that would have been pretty bad if it weren't insulated considering the cold weather. About three weeks later they showed up with the new window and installed it. All windows work beautifully and aren't drafty like the old ones. I love that they can be cleaned from inside the house. They were efficient and everything works great.

The service of window installation very much exceeded my expectations, and my wife and I are tough consumers. Mick was very great to deal with on the front end. The installers (employees of mr window, very important fact) were super polite, respectful of our homes interior, and did a comprehensive installation. It took two days of installs, due to the number of windows replaced. We works with Mick on a new and intricate design. It turns out wonderfully. We are very happy with the entire job. I would recommend mr window to anyone in the market for windows. My wife and I shopped around, I would encourage you to ask any and all questions of your perspective contractors. Also you must compare industry standard efficiency ratings it's the only apple to apple comparison. The true virgin vinyl color options are very hard to find, make sure if your getting a painted window, mr window offers colored vinyl very hard to find in a window. We went with the Okna Windows and are very happy with them.

The windows themselves are very nice. Look good & match my other windows, and apparently they are the only place that has windows the same color as ones previously installed, so I had to use them. However, the sales person at Mr. Window talked to my contractor, and still the larger window he brought for the kitchen did not have a frame on it! My contractor had to build one the day of installation. I think this is a big mistake that should not have been.

When the estimate came in way over what I expected, Chris the sales rep worked with me to get the price down. They showed up on time and completed the job in one day. The house was cleaned up before they left. I was staining the interior trim and asked them to drop off the trim pieces ahead of time so I could stain it before it was installed. This way I didn't have to worry about getting stain on the walls and it made the job much easier. They dropped off the trim about a week ahead.

Mike was very professional and showed up on time. He came and measured my windows and had a quote to me w/in a few days of the appointment. He answered all my questions regarding financing and how long it would take for the windows to come in. I would definitely use them again.

From meeting with the salesman to installation the entire process was seamless. They were very professional. Not one dust particle or scrap of debris remained once they completed installation. If I ever need windows again I will definitely use Mr. Window. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new windows!

We had a great experience from Sales through Installation with Mr Window. We looked at several vendors and it came down to trust and expertise regarding our window situation and the products and services they provided. Sales process was excellent, timely, extremely knowledgeable and handled all of our extensive questions well. We visited the showroom to look at the product, which was extremely helpful to making a decision. We liked the fact that the installation team were full time employees with years of experience. The installation schedule was kept as promised. And it was just in time for the first extremely cold snap of weather, howling wind and all. The installation was great - very knowledgeable, detail oriented and professional. The window quality is amazing and made an immediate difference for us. The worst windows in our home take a beating from the wind that comes across an open area behind our house. Mr Window fixed that problem for us. We immediately noticed less outside noise and the cold air leaking in has stopped completely. We will be scheduling more replacements soon.

Very responsive and professional. The owner came out and followed up after the windows were installed. The only nit was that when the installers were working they found additional drywall damage and could not finish the job immediately. We had to get the drywall repaired separately before the could resume. You would think that the damage would have been noticed on the initial inspection of the house. Nevertheless - we are happy with the windows, and the work they they performed and would use this company again.

This is the third time we have used Mr Window and the service and quality of materials have been excellent. All of our windows now and a conversion of a door to a window have been done by Mr Window and they are a great bunch of people to deal with. They also clean-up really well after completing the project.

After researching a number of other companies we chose Mr Window Inc. The company has been in business for a long time and the staff were very helpful in selecting the right door at the right price. Our door had to be ordered and we were told it would be in around the first of Dec. It came in at the end of Nov. and they installed it Dec. 1. Mike and Shawn were the installers. They were prompt and very professional. They took time to answer questions. Once completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. I checked for air leaks and found none... my family room temp. actually went up 3 degrees because it was air tight. I would recommend them. Quick Note: one company whose name I won't mention, offered a door (same brand) for the same price....said it was one from a miss measurement and discounted it... when asked which model they could not answer and never replied... I'm thinking that they offered the cheaper version saying they were discounting it. The other company might be good and had good reviews but I was leery because they said it was a miss measured door from a previous job and would not tell me the model. Highly recommend Mr Window felt they were honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a few days. They were very professional and did a very good job. The salesman was straight forward and offered what we were looking for. We had no problem scheduling the service. I would recommend the company to others.

Mike and Mr Window were very professional. Work crew did a great job and explained what they were doing when asked questions. They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. This was an expensive project. Mr Window was not the cheapest we could find but at the end of the day, we felt the quality of product coupled with company's history and reputation outweighed what savings we may have had with other options. When I balked at original price they came back and worked with us to wear I was comfortable spending vs. what I would pay elsewhere.

After receiving 5 quotes from various service providers, we chose Mr. Window partly due to the good reviews and good window products they handle. Contract was made in September to replace 23 windows to Okna windows. Installation took two days and the installers were courteous and professional. They explained the process of replacement and detached and re-attached blinds. There was no hassle at all during those two days. We strongly recommend Mr Window to anyone who wants to replace their old windows.

Within a few years of installation, we began to experience problems with the windows. Two (2) of the windows are difficult to raise and lower and have not closed enough to lock for several years. This is because the plastic frame at the bottom front of the window is coming loose from the glass. Next to last contact was a few months after the windows were installed. I contacted the salesman about a problem with a screen in one of the windows. The salesman promised to call back to schedule a time for him to look at the screen problem. I never heard from him again. I caulked the bottom of the ill fitting screen to keep the bugs out. The salesman was Ben McWhorter, Sales Manager. Because so much time has passed, I e-mailed a copy of this review to Mr. Window prior to posting it on Angie's List. There was no response. I am ready to replace most of the windows in my house but I will not use Mr. Window.

The three-man crew arrived exactly on time. They briskly installed the new windows and door, moving a few pieces of furniture as necessary. They cleaned up behind themselves, vacuuming indoors and even picking up bits of debris from my flowerbed. The job took slightly under six hours, quicker than I had expected. The screen to be patio door was found to be damaged but they will replace it at no additional charge. I received an Angie's List discount on the bill. This is third time I've used Mr Window and it completes that home renovation process. Each time I've found the staff exceptionally helpful, friendly, and efficient. I'm happy to recommend them to everyone.

There are a couple of unique advantages to Mr. Window that are worth calling out as important advantages. First, Mr. Window has his own employees rather than simply subcontracting the installs. That might not seem important but this means he has direct control over the install process - as far as I know there are not any other area window replacement companies that can make this claim. The other important aspect of Mr. Window is that they sell very high quality windows. We look at the Okna and the Sunrise, and these are some of the top rated windows in the industry. Mr. Window also sells Pella, but that was not of interest to us as we were looking for vinyl windows rather than wood frame. One of the things Mr. Window did for us was offer a number of different options including many different window combinations such as sliders, casement, and double hung. We also looked at sliding glass doors and French door options. We have a lot of windows in this house that need replacement, so there were a number of possible ways to go about doing this. We have not moved forward on the doors and windows since we are not going to be able to fully move into the house until spring and we have since discovered a lot of things the house needed from the roof, rotting framing, floors, electrical, plumbing, painting, insulation, replacing all the trim, and a 1,000 other things I don't even remember. But, I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Window again as I think he and his team would do a great job with the windows and doors. I'd recommend getting a quote from him and comparing options if you are looking for windows and doors.

I found Mr. Window on Angie's List and contacted them. Their representative contacted me the next day. We met and he gave me excellent pricing. Signed the contract and ordered the items. Mr. Window's estimate of the lead time to make the windows was right on. When they were received at their warehouse I was called to set up the installation time. Windows were installed in 2 days (25 Windows!). The crew that did the installation were great to work with. They were knowledgeable and wasted no time during the install. I would certainly recommend Mr. Window, Inc. to anyone looking for a great deal on windows and installation!
