Mr. Window employs the most qualified people to ensure that your home remodeling experience not only meets but exceeds expectations. We offer free consultations and in-home estimates. We also schedule appointments convenient to your schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We're also available for evening and weekend appointments. I WAS ASSURED THAT SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME THE NEXT DAY. NOBODY EVER CALLED. TO ME THIS IS INDICATES HOW YOU WILL BE TREATED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS. THE OTHER COMPANY I CALLED CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE.

IT IS OUR COMPANYS POLICY TO RESPOND TO ALL LEADS WITHIN 24 HOURS. A REQUEST WAS RECEIVED VIA E-MAIL IN JANUARY 2003. WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF REMODELING OUR SHOWROOM WHICH CAUSED US TO HAVE NETWORK PROBLEMS. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO CORRECT AND RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER. FOR A LEAD TO BE DROPPED IS NOT COMMON. WE STRIVE TO CONTACT EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY THAT REQUESTS AN ESTIMATE AND EARN THEIR BUSINESS. OUR SALESMAN ARE INVOLVED FROM START TO FINISH WITH EACH AND EVERY JOB.
