Ted was excellent from beginning to end. He arrived early and/or on time for each of our meetings. I explained to him we wanted a custom bar with cabinets and drawers built into an alcove in our living room. I drew him a photo of exactly what we envisioned. Several weeks later, we had the exact cabinets from our drawing delivered to our home. Ted kept in touch during the cabinet making process and alerted us as soon as they were ready. I should mention we live in a century old house with uneven floors and walls. Ted expertly installed the cabinets...you don’t even notice that space is uneven! We are so happy with the work and price. Will absolutely hire again!

Best contractor I have ever worked with. His professionalism and thouroughness were a breath of fresh air! I will call Ted the next time I need help with a project.

Ted was so organized and detailed it was very impressive. Very nice man and was flexible when it came to last minute changes. We would love to work with Ted again on future projects!

Very professional and responsive. There were problems with moulding color as received by supplier, and he came back to the house after new moulding received to make corrections. He also took time to install rolling trays at the height I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with all details of the install.

I thought they did a pretty good job. There were a couple of surprises that we were not prepared for; one was not necessarily their fault but the other was a misquote on decking costs. Overall, we were satisfied with the work they did.

He went out of his way to get the windows here and put them in. He was very cooperative.

My experience with them was good. They did a great job. The guy showed up on time, did a good job and left. There is a waiting list for those guys. If you want something done you need your name on their list.

The quality of the work and the willingness to do the work in the way I needed it completed was impressive. When he came to the house to do the work, I noticed a problem with my cabinets. He also fixed that for me. He did so at a very reasonable price. It was very difficult to find some one to tackle this project. Most wanted to replace the whole window. This definitely helped save the money of replacing the entire window. He did everything in half a day. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself after the project was completed.

Ted intially took our call for this project right away however, we were soon to find out that he could not do the job that he had quoted us. His subs that he was suppose to be watching to make sure the job was completed properly damaged waterlines, cable lines and the finger system from the septic sysem. No apology from Ted. His subs were caught on numerous occasions doing nothing on the job and milking the clock. His drywallers only used 2 coats of mud on drywall and now you can see the lines left from them. His painter painted brand new $5,000 plus windows shut and did not cleanup their messes. The insulation subs insulated the wrong rooms. The home owner bought all the product and had to over see the work as Ted would not show up for the job when he said he would. This was true for his subs as well. He wanted paid before the job but, could not perform the job as he had promised. As a result the home owner has had to call other contractors to get the work done right.

We purchased all of the items separately and Ted was there for us through each step of the way giving us guidance and advice. He completed each piece of the process in a timely manner with overall excellent results. Any delays have been a result of other vendors and their time tables. He was there when he said he would be, cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very.

I have used him before and he is always very good about getting things done. I would recommend him highly and would use him again.

THE WORK WAS FINE, BUT PELLA MESSED UP THE ORDER, AND THE GRIDS AND CROSSPIECES HAD TO BE BACK ORDERED, NOT HIS FAULT THOUGH.

TED IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND HAS DONE OTHER WORK FOR ME.

THE OWNER GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF $175-$225. HIS WORKER COMPLETED THE JOB WELL AND VERY PROMPTLY. HOWEVER, THE BILL SUBMITTED WAS FOR ALMOST $500. THE OWNER DID NOT GIVE ANY REASONABLE EXPLANATION WHY THE JOB TOOK SO MUCH MORE TIME THAN WHAT HE HAD ESTIMATED. WHEN PRESSED FOR MORE INFORMATION, HE DISMISSED ME AND STATED THAT I SHOULD PAY WHAT I THOUGHT WAS FAIR AND HE WOULD WRITE-OFF THE BALANCE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT HOW THIS JOB WAS HANDLED BY HIM. HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK, BUT I AM NO LONGER COMFORTABLE USING HIS SERVICES.

BUILT A BEAUTIFUL DECK AND THEN EVEN TRIED TO HELP US OUT WITH SOME MICE IN OUR CABINETRY. MADE IT HIS BUSINESS TO REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE!!

TED CHARGED $75/HOUR. THE TOTAL PRICE INCLUDES MATERIALS. TED IS RESPONSIBLE, KNOWLEDGABLE AND SKILLED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AS THEY DON''T SEEM INTERESTED IN FOLLOWING THROUGH ON THE WORK AFTER AN ESTIMATE IS GIVEN.

PUT A $300 DEPOSIT DOWN IN SEPTEMBER, MORE THAN A CARPENTER CALLED AND CHANGED SCHEDULE REPEATEDLY. I FINALLY CALLED AND TOLD THEM TO SEND MY MONEY BACK AT THE END OF NOVEMBER.

I MADE CONTACT WITH MORE THAN A CARPENTER VIA EMAIL AND SUBSEQUENTLY BY PHONE. WE ARRANGED FOR THEM TO COME TO MY HOME TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE, BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE ARRANGED TIME OR CONTACT ME BEFORE OR AFTER THE TIME IN ORDER TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY DID NOT COME. I HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM SINCE.

COULD NOT RATE QUALITY OF WORK SINCE WE DID NOT USE HIM.

I WOULD SAY THAT HE WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED FROM A CONTRACTOR. IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. HE CAME AND DID THE WORK AND WORKED THROUGH UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE.

WE WOULD HIRE TED MORRETT FOR ANY PROJECT.
