 + -1 moreThey came and took down existing awnings for cleaning. Then claimed they couldn't clean them and I need to buy new ones. I told them to just return the awnings and I would clean myself. They charged $150 to take down then wanted another $50 to return them. Shellie, in the office, sent me threatening emails and phone calls and hung up on me. A nightmare dealing with them.

Description of Work: I contacted Montgomery Tent and Awning on 1/06/2015 about a recover on an existing frame over a bank of 4 windows, aprox. 12' long and 3' to 4' wide and paid a deposit that same day. The new canopy was installed ONLY 3 DAYS LATER! WOW! Looks great. Not only were they faster than they predicted, they were way less expensive than another company. Wonderful people to do business with. A true family owned and operated company that is in its third generation of providing personal, affordable, quality service no matter the size. My job was quite small compared to the huge commercial installations they have done that I saw pictured in their photo album, but I was treated like royalty. I would recommend them to anybody, and already have.

Description of Work: Very difficult to discuss your job with the sale staff. You are not allowed to talk to the sales staff you must go through the office and they will call if interested.

Description of Work: They came out in the fall and took my awning. they then repaired and cleaned the awning and also the frame. They stored it all for the winter and thenreturned in the spring to install the repaired frame and the cleaned and repaired awning.

 + -1 moreAwesome. These guys really know what they are doing. Very helpful every step of the way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my wife's 40th birthday party. Their tents are excellent. Clean and very sturdy....I felt I got quite a deal given the quality of their stuff. Pub and banquet tables were also high quality, linens were crisp/clean...drink troughs are a must if you need a keg or two. They came over to my home to make sure the tent would fit where I wanted it installed. Their delivery and set up was efficient and the tear down was the same. Seems they made a special effort to leave the yard and landscaping, where the set the poles and stakes, as if there never was a tent there. I'd use these guys again and again. They really know their business and they are very, very easy to work with and their tents and other items are top notch quality.
Description of Work: Rented, delivered, constructed and tear down of a 20'X30' tent. Also rented several pub style tables, 6' banquet tables and linens, also rented drink tubs.

 + 0 moreThey were WONDERFUL! The receptionist was absolutely charming and helpful and assisted us in determining the appropriate sized tent for our party. She orchestrated the delivery and set-up, and they also tore down the tent as well. I could not be happier with my experience with them. Everyone was extremely professional and I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a tent for any type of event. I would certainly use them again!
Description of Work: They provided, delivered, assembled, and removed the large party tent for our grandparent's anniversary party.
