Pat is amazing. He listen to all of our wants, needs and dreams for our remodel. He looked for ways to save us money and complete the job according to codes and even reuse of our siding and other building stuff so the outside of the house matched perfectly. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. He works hard and makes double sure that the finished job is just what we wanted. He is affordable, and just wants to make a living, not rip people off. He has been doing this kind of work for 30+ years. He is a super nice guy and has become part of our family. Pat has built two homes in the past for two of our family members, when he was working with another team. We think he was the brain and artist behind that team! He Is now working for himself and doing a fantastic job! We are so happy with the outcome of our summer project. It was worth the money and the mess.
