Chuck Hill came out to see what my problem was and it was easily fixed by replacing a couple Of outlets. Chuck then pointed out that my 33 year old electrical panel had some corrosion on it and said in the near future I would need to replace it. I was so grateful to Chuck and we scheduled it on the spot. Their prices were reasonable and Chuck was a gem. Thanks Mr. Sparky’s.

Well. It was a difficult project because the new equipment did not fit, nor were the wires appropriate sizes for new models. Mike worked long hours without a break to make things come together. We were without power and only his effort assured us it was restored.

Needed to replace the panel and will do so on 9/23/19. Dark metal on one side of the panel showed signs of a possible surge and potential fire hazard. Glad the tech spotted the problem. He showed me the areas in the panel that were the problem and explained the potential hazard. He answered my questions. No charge on the 18th as we have a service contract with Mr. Sparky, but we will pay $1800 when the entire 200-amp panel is replaced on 9/23/19. Got a discount on the replacement panel for having the service contract.
