Mister Sparky Electric - Indianapolis

The technicians from Mister Sparky did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous and answered any questions that I asked about the work they were performing. Ver professional and courteous. I would definitely hire again.

Called and booked an appointment. The day of my appointment, I called to get an idea of when exactly they’d be there. I never got a phone call, the only missed call was from a number Verizon had marked as spam. When I called to see what happened, they offered no solution and asked me to wait 2 more weeks to get another appointment booked.

Made the appointment on Sat. 11-28-20, they said the soonest they could be at the home was Monday 11-30-20. There is a problem with the wiring in the home. They waited until an hour before the appointment time and called to say they didn't have anyone available in our area, but their ads say they service this area. We have no heat and have waited for them to show up, just to be told last minute that they aren't going to be here. Very lousy service!

I scheduled a call for an inspection and then scheduled a call for the work to be completed. They called late into the scheduled window 6 hours! So we rescheduled. Never showed or called the reschedule day either. Customer service guy was not the brightest bulb!

Before the technician even arrived, Mr. Sparky sent me a text with a picture and information about the technician. Brett with Mr. Sparky was on time, in a clean uniform and wore a mask. He very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. He took the time to explain what it would take to do the different projects and how they would impact my circuit breaker and wiring on my 1980s condo. Brett was able to provide a very easy to read and understand quote the same day. I’m very glad I chose to have Mr. Sparky bid on my project.

It was awesome! Eduardo came to our home and did an excellent job on everything! He is very conscientious, kind, and his work was excellent! Everyone from Mr.Sparky have always been great, but I think we will always request Eduardo whenever we need work done! He is the very best! AAA+++

Great. I was able to get the much needed doorbell replaced and I receive the information I wanted. The tech was very professional and on time. I was a good experience overall.

Matt from Mr. Sparky came to assess an outlet problem in our garage. The problem was much more serious than expected. The whole garage was energized. Power to garage disconnected for safety. Work needed assessed and estimate given. Estimate was higher than I would have liked, but quality, professional work is not cheap. Work scheduled to be done in a timely manner.

Chuck used his circuit tracer and located an upstream GFI plug that I was not aware of. That GFI plug was tripped, preventing the downstream plug from working.
