Description of Work: I took my spring coat in to be cleaned and to have the shoulder pads removed, which I could have done but for lack of time. There was no major sewing involved, just a simple ripping out of stitches, removing pads, and re-stitching. I also had a coupon for $5.55 toward any one item. While I am not one to use cleaning establishments all that often, I thought the price was very high and was more than a little shocked at the cost due to the added use of the coupon! The belt alone cost $2.50. This was just a fabric belt, not leather or anything fancy, and didn't even have a buckle, just a tie type belt which they said was a separate item! Something that bothered me because it matched the coat!

 + -1 moreI've used Milto's Cleaners several times and I'm always happy with their service. Their staff is always friendly and they've never messed up any of my clothing! I've had bad experiences with other dry cleaners in the past so I'm happy to find one that I trust!
Description of Work: They've cleaned several garments and coats for me. Plus, I have an account with them through work. They pick up and deliver my cleaning at my office so I don't even have to bother going there after work.

 + -1 moreI am on one of their delivery routes where they pick-up and deliver laundered and dry cleaned clothing to my door. They have 2 scheduled days per week where they drop-off and pick-up laundry. They were punctual, and the shirts were clean and pressed as expected.

 + -1 moreSTAIN HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED WHEN COAT CLEANED. SHOWED AMY THE STAIN AND AS SHE WALKED AWAY SAID, "YEAH, IT DIDN'T COME OUT." AFTER MUCH SCOWLING AND SIGHING, AMY AGREED TO TAKE IT TO THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK FOR ANOTHER TRY. COAT RETURNED, SANS STAIN, IN TWO MINUTES. I WOULD HATE TO DEAL WITH AMY ON A BUSY DAY.

 + -1 moreTHEY TAKE EXTRA SPECIAL CARE OF ALL OF THE CLOTHES THEY CLEAN. THEY TRACK ALL OF THE ITEMS CAREFULLY WITH DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH ITEM DROPPED OFF. WHEN YOU PICK UP THE CLOTHES, THEY ARE MUCH MORE CAREFUL WITH PACKAGING UP THE CLOTHES THAN OTHER DRY CLEANERS. FOR MY SWEATERS, THEY LINED THE INSIDES AND THE PART THAT TOUCHED THE HANGER WITH TISSUE AND THE PRICE IS SIMILAR TO OTHER COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE LOWER QUALITY CLEANING.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE REP TOLD ME THE RECORD SHOWED THOSE HAD ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS AFTER THAT. AFTER I INSISTED ON SPEAKING TO SOMEBODY ELSE, SHE PROMISED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO ASK THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF CLAIMS TO CONTACT ME. 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED, NOBODY CALLED ME BACK AND I STILL RECEIVED THE BILL FOR THE DRY CLEANING. I WON'T USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. I SUGGEST YOU DON'T SEND ANYTHING VALUABLE TO THEM, ESPECIALLY NOT SUPERVISED ON-SITE SERVICE!
