I've used this company before. I called them about a year ago and got an estimate but I decided not to have them come out right away. I called them a little while ago and they came right out and fixed the cabinet. They had to disconnect the electricity to our microwave to take out the cabinet, but they didn't reconnect the electricity when they put the cabinet back in. I called them and they said they usually didn't do the electrical work. They never did call me back about the electrical work but the cabinet looks and works great.

It went well. They did a wonderful design and the look of the cabinets turned out great. They worked very closely with us to resolve little issues here and there. Their price was much more affordable than some of the other custom cabinet makers. Very happy overall.

THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL AND JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT. HOWEVER, PHONE CALLS TOOK DAYS IF NOT WEEKS TO BE RETURNED. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 4 - 6 WEEKS TO HAVE THE WORK COMPLETED, IT TOOK 2 1/2 MONTHS. I PROBABLY WOULD HIRE AGAIN ONLY FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, EXCELLENT.

WE HAD AN IDEA IN MIND AND WORKED WITH TOM DAVIS TO ENHANCE OUR IDEAS WITH PROVEN PLANS HE HAD USED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE KIND OF WORK, THE NEATNESS OF THE EMPLOYEES, THEIR FRIENDLY ATTITUDES, AND THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETS AND COUNTERS INSTALLED. ANY CHANGES REQUIRED IN REGARDS TO ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING WERE WORKED OUT BY THEM TO OUR SATISFACTION. IT WAS ALWAYS 'WHAT WE WANTED' THAT WAS EMPHASIZED, NOT THEM TRYING TO CONVINCE US WE COULDN'T HAVE WHAT WE WANTED. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE END RESULTS AND ARE PROUD OF OUR NEW KITCHEN. EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE SOME CONFLICTS WITH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORK, TOM DAVIS WORKED IT OUT SO WE DIDN'T HAVE LONG DELAYS BETWEEN START AND FINISH. WE DESIGNED OUR OWN ISLAND AND LOWER ATTACHED TABLE AND WE GOT THE TYPE OF LAZY SUSAN WE REALLY WANTED! IT ALL TURNED OUT AS WE HAD HOPED. WHEN THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD BE HERE AT A CERTAIN TIME, THEY DID JUST THAT. THEY REMOVED THE OLD CABINETS CAREFULLY AND WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE WALLPAPER AS I D

THE PRODUCT ENDS UP RIGHT WITH THEM. THEY PROVIDE DRAWINGS OF THE DESIGNS, AND THEN YOU APPROVE IT BEFORE THE BUILD. THE WORKMEN ARE VERY HONORABLE AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY SEND AN INVOICE AFTER COMPLETION OF THE WORK. I'VE ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I ALWAYS SPEAK WITH TOM, THE OWNER.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN HELPING US MAKE OUR SELECTIONS AND DOING THE LAYOUT AND DESIGN IN OUR KITCHEN.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND SO EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY GO WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MEET THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND THEY TRULY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
