Ryan showed up at the exact appointment time. Took just over an hour to install an access point, network switch and get our whole house networked so we were not dropping signals on the top floor. It has now been over a month and everything is still working well. We were very pleased with their professionalism. The total labor charges were only $120 the rest were equipment charges. The equipment charges were not inflated and were the same as what I could purchase for myself at a major retailer.

They did a wonderful job. All the work was done in a couple days. They were neat, very polite and professional.

I learned about Millennium Sounds from a neighbor who had used them in their home and were very favorable about their experience. I called Matt when our system failed and he promptly came over to assess our situation. Matt gave us two estimates: one to get us up and running but leaving most of the outdated equipment and the second to completely upgrade our equipment and give us a highly technological but simple way to access the equipment. We chose the more expensive option because we wanted the system to be upgraded properly. Once we made our decision, Matt ordered the components and installation was done less than two weeks later. It took three people about a day to install everything and the customer service has been excellent. We are repeatedly told to contact them with any questions at all to to let us know if anything needs fine-tuning. It is working beautifully and we are totally satisfied.
