Description of Work: I asked him to give me an estimate on repairing several double hung windows. He visited my home this evening. He looked at my windows and said although he would like to work that it would be better for me to get all new windows, His honesty and professionalism was refreshing. He referred me to another contractor who he thought would do a good job in installing new windows if I chose to go that route.

I WILL BE CALLING MIKE IN JANUARY OR FEBRUARY TO GO OVER ALL OF OUR WINDOWS TO MAKE SURE THE SAME PROBLEM WILL NOT BE OCCURRING AGAIN. SINCE THE WINDOWS ARE ABOUT EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD AND THE PREVIOUS OWNERS DID NOT TAKE ANY TIME TO KEEP THEM WORKING PROPERLY, MIKE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THIS.
Description of Work: THE WINDOW WOULD NOT CLOSE SO I CALLED MIKE AND LEFT A MESSAGE. HE RETURNED MY CALL AFTER THE END OF HIS DAY AND ARRANGED TO COME BY THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THE WINDOW. HE SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE WINDOW IN LESS THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
