Mike was very helpful with evaluating he value of our property. It sold quickly thanks to his ability to market the property properly and with great pictures which showed the property well on the internet. We had some unexpected issues come up during the inspection process but he helped us to resolve these issues as quickly as possible so that we could continue on to closing. Mike is a very hard working real estate agent. He will give you his full attention no matter what the price of the property you are buying or selling. He helped our daughter find her first home a few years ago and directed her effortlessly through the whole process. Because of her great experience, we listed our home with him this year. Even though our home was a very unique property in a rural area, Mike got it sold in a very short period of time for more money than we had hoped. He is very knowledgeable of real estate values and what the market is doing currently. If something comes up that he does not already have the answer for (not likely to happen very often because he is very prepared), then he will quickly find the answer. He works really hard and although I know he stays busy with many clients, he always treated us as though we were his top priority. Mike was a fantastic buyer's agent who represented us as we were looking for a house. The area we were looking was a seller's market and we had limited time to find a house and several requirements that made finding a house challenging. We decided to sell our home and make a move from the south side to the west side of town. We had used Mike before and had great results. Mike talked to us about the value of our home which was higher than what we had originally thought. The property was listed and we had an accepted offer in the first ten days. Unfortunately the buyer received a new job and had to back out of that offer. Mike immediately put the property back on the market and we received an accepted offer very quickly and have now closed. Mike is such a professional and so knowledgeable taking the wants and needs of the his clients into full effect before making a decision. We were so pleased with his efforts that we would like to recommend him to anyone needing assistance in selling or purchasing their home.

Mike sat down with us and interviewed us as to what type of house and property we were looking for. Then he took that information and made appointments for us to see houses that fit our criteria. He researched the properties and was very knowledgeable when we viewed the properties to answer our questions. As with many real estate transactions opportunities can arise through the inspection process and the total process. When there were glitches with the inspection process He helped us navigate through the issues and even helped to find service providers to do some work. Mike helped me with buying my first home during a rather short time window. He was extremely flexible with my travel schedule, as I was coming in from quite a distance. Mike demonstrates a high degree of committment to his clients and highly ethical and trustworthy. Mike provides advice and recommendations based on pragmatic experience and while he is highly personable, he is also very professional. Mike advised me on the pricing of my parent's home to meet my timeline for contract and closing goals, he suggested the updates and changes necessary to support the listing price and goal timeline for closing on the sale, and was conscious of the budget I was working with to make the changes. I felt that I was getting trustworthy advice. The result was that my parent's home was under sale contract in 4 days on the market and one showing. The sale price met my expectations and I was fully supported through the insection and post inspection process by Mike. Contacted Mike initially in August about selling a home that was owned by my father. He responded very quickly but was actually on vacation at the time and asked if it would be OK to work with his daughter Holly. I said yes and proceeded to work with Holly for most of the time though Mike also was involved throughout. Holly met me at the house and gave me a very good list of what she thought should be fixed or changed and what to leave alone. I'm very glad that I consulted with her when I did because my todo list was much longer and more expensive than hers. She got the house listed right away and immediately we had showings. The price that she recommended seemed to be right on for the market at the time as the house was sold in a few short weeks. Both Holly and Mike helped with negotiations as well as meeting the buyer's list of items to fix. Given that the whole thing went very smoothly and quickly I am sure that their recommendations were right on. This is the second time we have used Mike. He helped us purchase a home two years ago and because the market was down we decided to rent the old house while we waited for it to come back up. When we decided to sell the old house, I called Mike and he was able to squeeze me in before leaving for a family vacation because he understood the urgency of getting the home listed. We met, went over pricing, put a sign in the yard, took pictures of the house and got it listed almost immediately! The house was on the market for less than 10 days and we got an offer. Mike Puckett is truly an amazing real estate agent! Our family began our home search nearly a year before its completion even as we lived in a different state. Every time we visited Indiana and resumed our search over a weekend or extended visit, Mike was able to meet our tight schedules. He provided multiple listings that met our criteria a week before we arrived. When we visited, he toured each home with us and gave us overviews of each area he was familiar with. Then after each home, he asked us what we thought and he provided his insightful advice (with experiences) if we asked for it. The search never felt like work at any time; it was often as if we were returning to Indiana to visit a close friend! At the same time, Mike recommended a local mortgage consultant that we worked with early on during the search. It was helpful advice as it prepared us with financial paperwork and approvals for when we found a great home. Ten months later, we found a great home that we now love! Mike met with us all the way through the closing, negotiated a fantastic price - a price UNDER the home appraisal value! - and called or emailed us regularly just to see if we had questions or if we needed to complete some step in the process. He is a very organized and friendly person and has been a true gem in the field of real estate. One would think that this was the end of the journey but Mike always goes the extra step. After purchasing the home, he asked if we had any additional needs. We asked about decorating, painting and duct cleaning services and for each one, he had a stellar contact on hand. Each service - interior design, painting and duct cleaning - has been excellent and we would highly recommend (and I believe have "A" ratings on Angie's List.) Mike Puckett has not only been a great agent but a personal friend and confidant. He has always been honest, explained every nuance and challenge in the overall home search and purchase process and is one of the most patient and talented people I have ever met. Mike was great. He made initial contact within hours of my message to him. He had done his research and gotten back to me the next day. He was very professional, straightforward, and pleasant. I'm not listing my property at this time, so that was the extent of our interaction. However, I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future or recommend him to others.

Our home search and process was made easy and enjoyable with Mike's help and knowledge of the buying process. Our initial contact with Mike consisted of a 3 hour meeting to get to know each other. We were able to get to know Mike and his history and experience with selling real estate. We gave Mike an idea of the style of home we were looking for, as well as, the locations we were interested in buying in. For a little over 6 months Mike was an amazing Realtor! He stuck with us and looked at over 30homes, I'm sure. Mike stayed with us until we found the right one! We both had some medical issues that kept us down at different times over our search, but regardless Mike stayed with me! He is kind, patient, and just a above and beyond Relator!!! We worked with Mike Puckett for our relocation to Indianapolis in the summer of 2013. He was a true gem for us, particularly as we weren’t living anywhere near Indianapolis and weren’t familiar with the city, its neighborhoods, etc... He quickly demonstrated a solid understanding of our needs and helped us to begin focusing our search on just a few targeted neighborhoods and a price range that would give us the kind of house that we were looking for. We organized a long weekend trip to Indianapolis, and Mike gave us a huge amount of personal attention while we were in town. He organized an efficient tour of properties, punctuated by just the right number of breaks for processing everything we had seen and for stewing over our decision. He was right there when we needed him and artfully quiet when we needed to sort things out for ourselves. He was everything we could have asked for once the offer was drawn up and we had to return to our (previous) home and wrap up the loose ends from afar, as well--a great advocate on our behalf throughout the negotiation process, home inspection, etc… Is it rare anymore to find someone who you trust to speak on your behalf, who can both put his foot down when needed, and just be an all-around nice guy at the same time? From the outset, Mike explained the process to us in great detail. We immediately had a lot of confidence in him and our instincts were correct! Mike professionally marketed our home listing, had professional grade photographs taken and listed our home within 24 hours of our agreement. He was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had (and we had plenty!) and provided guidance every step of the way. The best thing is, our house sold in under 48 hours ... thanks to Mike's skill and expertise!! Since we were moving out of state quickly, we were not able to attend the closing. However, this did not present any problem at all to Mike. He took care of all the details, to ensure a smooth closing despite the fact we were unable to attend. We cannot say enough about his professionalism, experience and results. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again, should the need arise. BTW, we found him on Angie's List and couldn't have been happier!!
