Mike answered all of my questions, provided staging consultation and even helped me move a few pieces of furniture per the staging suggestions. My house sold in one day. I would recommend Mike to others looking for a real estate agent.

There were many road blocks to the final sale. The house actually sold three times. The first time in five days on the market but that buyer backed out. The second time in only four days but that deal fell apart 36 hours before closing due to our buyers buyer. Mike held our hands through it all and we stayed a team to get this done. He went over and above what he needed to do. The third time, in off season, was the charm. Mike is professional and caring and very knowledgable about real estate. I can wholeheartedly give him my highest recommendation.

It went well, until the inspector came, and then it was even more work, but Mr Puckett counselled us and went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do. Mr Puckett printed out the inspection report and we went through it line by line. The best thing was he had contacts to fix everything. Mr Puckett is the best. Many times I felt like passing on this buyer/Realtor, but Mr. Puckett kept us focused until the closing of the house Oct 2017.

For preparation for getting it on the market, Mike was available - and with me all the way. He has an in-depth understanding of the real estate business. His lengthy experience as a broker was invaluable. His first estimate of the selling price was right on. He knew how to deal with offers, and later, with the buyer’s inspection, His advice was always savvy. I soon learned that I could trust him totally; he has the knowledge and a sense of what works. He has an excellent network of professionals whose help is needed to put a house on the market. He suggested I have an inspection first, and recommended a qualified inspector. Then, for the repairs/improvements he put me in touch with a superb contractor who did a great job. For the staging, he arranged for a talented and creative person to advise me. His star photographer took beautiful photos for the online listing. All costs of these services were reasonable and fair. He stays with clients for guidance and support throughout the entire process. I had already bought my new house before the Indy one sold, and needed to move while that house was still on the market. Mike stayed in touch, helped me do what was needed to keep the house up for showing. After the sale, it would have been difficult for me to return to Indy. So Mike generously offered to represent me at the closing. Selling a house is very stressful and difficult. Mike made the entire process so much easier by being right there whenever needed, with just the right advice and support - and we even had fun. (he has a great sense of humor!) He became a friend. I’m forever grateful to him for making the selling process so smooth. I recommend Mike Puckett unconditionally as the best broker one could ever want!

Mike made himself very available for after hours home viewing and our initial meeting was on a Saturday. He helped me get the home I wanted in a tight market. I'm also happy with the price we received. He can be tough for you when you need. He was most helpful when the house did not appraise for the agreed upon sales price. He got the seller to reduce the price to the appraisal. Great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional.

The sale of our home had a few challenge. None of the challenges had to do with out realtor. He worked on our behalf to keep things on track. Mike was wonderful. He really went the extra mile for us. We were first home buyer and didn't know much about the process of buying a home. Mike explained every details and gave his suggestions when we needed. His responses were very quick so that we can process every step so fast. Because of his efforts, we think that we bought a house at a fair price in our targeted time. He didn't push us to buy a house, rather he always helped us at our side. That's why I can trust him and respected his suggestions and advices during all process. This review is long overdue, but definitely warranted. We looked at probably 30-40 homes with him before finding our house and he never tired or made us feel like we were too picky. He gave us honest and quality advise at every turn. When we finally found the home we wanted he even negotiated well for us. He is a true professional. Mike even mowed the lawn of our new home before we moved in and gave us the used push mower! Wow! Anyway, we decided to move out of state for work reasons after about 6 years and Mike sold our house in less than 2 weeks. We followed his recommendations and staging advise and were not disappointed. Now that we are buying a home again, I realize just how much Mike did for us. Mike was the listing agent on home that I was interested in seeing last winter. He met there and showed me the place only weeks after having knee replacement surgery. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. But it was not the home for me. He gave me his card and asked that I contact him when I was ready to explore again. He was helpful in explaining the process. He paid for a home stager to come out. I followed their advise and had a full price offer within 24 hours of the home being listed.

Mike did an excellent job helping us sell our house. Within the first few hours of the house being on the market, we accepted an offer. Due to circumstances from the buyer, the sale did not go through. After the house went back on the market, we accepted another off within a few day. Mike even recommended an amazing roofer. Mike was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

Mike was thorough in providing us comp info on other properties in the area. He provided a lot of support to get property ready by finding painters and following up and doing the same for cleaners. He did this for us as we live out of the area. He also located organizations to whom we could donate furniture and items we didn't want to move. He closed on the property for us in our absence and we arranged for electronic transfer of funds. He did all this with only a few questions and did a super job for us. Because of delays we made, the property was listed right before Thanksgiving and sold mid-January. It had been our expectation that it would have taken much longer. Mike did a great job for us.
